I brought ***************** the owner of powerline cycles a radiator to be fixed. He said he has a service that he sends the part out to for repairs. When I got the radiator back and installed it on my motorcycle it leaked out of the radiator. I noticed there was some cheap poxy where the hole was and it leaked from that area. I don't think he ever sent it out because companies that fix radiators preform a pressure test.

Hello BBB , In response to this Complaint - This Individual was once Banned From our business because of Bad Behavior and a lack of Respect and Courtesy and through a Customer of Mine he was able to apologize and we allowed him back in so we could help him with his off road bikes when he rides Our trails and has issues as he has had like Flat Tires and oil Leaks and Busted Radiators . Our Mutual Friend **** that the complainer rides with probably once a month just had both of his Radiators repaired from the same shop that the complainer's radiator was sent to . The complainer and I discussed his options and the complainer made His Own Decision to have Us send his radiator out to the Radiator repair facility . Remember - His Decision is His RESPONSIBILITY . We assisted him by allowing Him to use our Service Managers tools - At No Cost - in our Parking lot to remove the damaged radiator He Damaged Riding Our trails - Not His trails . I tested the radiator after it was repaired and returned and it did not leak . I am sure this noggin head messed with the radiator and caused it to leak again . We have had to repair his attempts at service a few times as he has very limited skill and knowledge on how to resolve mechanical issues . I offered to have the Radiator returned to the Vendor but that was not what he wanted - All He wanted to do was He wanted to Cry about the time he spent and the coolant leak on his garage floor - getting loud - abusive and cursing the whole time opposed to a resolution by returning the radiator to the vendor He Accepted to send it to . He will get nothing from Us and My offer to return the radiator to the vendor is no longer an option as I will NEVER help this Block Head again as he is Permanently banned from Our shop - Thank God as no one needs to listen to Spewing from Abusive - Ugly Men .
