I ordered from the Company StyleWe on April 26, 2023. I received the clothing that I ordered within ten days. I liked one top that I kept. The other four items I ordered either did not fit, or I didn't like them. I requested a return and refund minis the shipping. The company told me I would hear from them within 24 hours. StyleWe said they would send an email to me with the return information and address. It is three months later, and I still haven't received an email. The company has no address listed on their website. I can't find an address or telephone number. I tried the online chat, but I just got a digital response telling me they would send me an email within 24 hours. Three months later and I am still waiting for that email. I would like my money back. I would love to return these four items of clothing. Is this a legitimate company or have I been scammed? I check my email and spam folder every day, still no email. Date of transaction: 7/17/23 Order was shipped on:7/18/23 Amount of purchase: $31.67 I followed the customer return instructions but was given the run around i.e incorrect order number, zip code, although information was correct. I ordered $200 worth of merchandise and it was shipped and returned to sender due to undeliverable address because the merchant shipped **** and not **** I contacted the company and they said the clothing was thrown away and I couldnt get my refund. They offered a 30% refund, equaling $60. I didnt respond because of the feeling of being helpless. I paid via Klarna. So my bank could not help me. This company is a scam!Initial Complaint

I made three purchases in late April/early **** Each transaction had multiple items. I have received most of the items. Several did not fit. I followed the directions on the website to initiate a return. The website says to fill out a ticket, provide my email address and order number(s) and I will receive a return slip within ***** hours. I have done this for each transaction multiple times starting in April thru May and June. I have yet to receive a reply. The site instructs me to check spam. I have done that and continue to see sales and other promotional emails from the business but nothing in order to return my items so I can get a refund.Initial Complaint

On May 19, 2023 I ordered ladies' wear from this company and I have been trying to return several items that doesn't fit and have been given the most possible obstacles in trying to make my return. This company is dishonest. They use great photos of clothing but when the item arrives it's not as described on the website and their sizes are completely wrong. I didn't receive an order confirmation so I had to reach out via chat to get that information. The item I got was an adult XL but it was cut so small with a hole for your neck that an adult can't fit their head through. This obviously doesn't fit and when I tried to return this, they say they'll send me return instructions, address, label, etc.. but they did not. I ended up cancelling two of the items in the order since they weren't going to be sent in a timely manner. They said they cancelled the order and will refund me but never did. This was all on Chat transcript so I disputed with the credit card that I used. The credit card company only gave me a partial refund for items that weren't sent but they said the merchant won't refund me for the one item I can't return even though I've tried multiple times. I've tried returning the top that doesn't fit using StyleWe's own instructions but it says the order number and email doesn't match. This is the order number their customer service rep gave me from using my email to look up. So if my email and order number matches and works for them when I chat with them but doesn't match when I try to return it, it means I can't ever return the item and I'm now out of the money I paid for a top that doesn't fit and is not as described on the website. Everyone can see from all the other complaints on here that this company clearly isn't trustworthy. They sell things that aren't as described which is false advertisement. They also make it impossible for you to return anything and get your money back. Clothing was purchased March 12, 2023 order #***********. totaling $131.66. I requested a return authorization on April, 11th, 14th, 16th and 17, 2023, but never received a response from the merchant. *** attempted to return purchased items. They have not provide a return address or authorization as stated in their return policy. This company is totally fraudulent in their sales practices. I quickly learned I was duped when I attempted to return the unwanted items. Something needs to be done about this company. I dont know where else to turn, butfo Stylewe needs to meet Karma head on.
