This place is a joke and the owner is the biggest clown of them all. They dodge every question, cant provide a basic out-the-door price, and expect people to waste hours driving in just to be played. Its shady, its unprofessional, and it screams scam. Dont let them waste your time like they tried to waste mine.

Bait and switch/shady advertising fraud alert! Called in about a car that was listed for $34,801 online. Called multiple times about the car and asked if the price was $34,801 and I said yes. Finally after two days and going through pre approval they tell me the car is $10,000 more than the advertised price. The price doesnt include $3,200 down payment and $1,200 LoJack system. It was hidden in the 5 paragraph description only on their website and no third party website which is where I saw the car. I told him thats the price as advertised that I want the car for. And he said he couldnt do that and wasnt willing to risk his job and cost the dealer money. Not my problem you advertised the car as that price so you should sell it for that price. They need to advertise the price of the actual car, not reflecting the down payment and bull c*** LoJack system installed that no one asked for.

Horrible customer service. Car was priced reasonably online and after repeatedly having to ask for an out the door price was told the actual price was 10k more than what was listed. Manager tried to explain that this is the only way for his dealership to survive. Avoid this dealership at all costs as not only was the manager unhelpful but the entire sales team is subpar. Was told by one associate that there is no reason to talk to a manager when discussing a price and then another associate told me that if I called saying I was from a different state then they would offer an out the door price. Its a shame that places like this exist with the sole purpose of having a low advertised price to get people in the door only to tell them the actual price is much higher than what was listed. Extremely unprofessional as well to have the sales associate in the background of the phone call commenting on the conversation while I was on the phone with the manager. Overall a horrible experience and I hope that others can learn from this review to not give this dealership any business.

On February22,2024 the consumercalled in and inquired about a 2020 **** F-150 XLT. The consumer expressed to me that he has been waiting for a call back from one of my sales associates which I apologize for. After listening to the consumer vent for a few minutes I began to explain to him the market value of the above-mentioned vehicle as well as to how this particular vehicle is advertised on a variety of dealers websites along with pricing disclosures. He immediately became highly irritated, I attempted to express to him the market value of the vehicle and hence why he has been in the market for so long looking to purchase a vehicle under market value. We are more thanwilling to educate the consumer on what the market value is on this particular vehicle or steer him inthe right direction. We are even willing to locate & purchase a preowned vehicle from the auction for this consumerwithin hisprice range. Additionally the consumer stated the out the door price was $10,000 which is in accurate, At no time during our conversation was the consumer given an out the door price, he was dictating price on his own before abruptly hanging up the phone.

Dealership is a complete scam, based on there online advertising. Nothing but a tactic to draw customers in. Car listed ended up being 10k over what was listed on-line. On top of that there was an "LBI FEE" of $4100 dollars to pay CASH for the vehicle. Absurd. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

If i can give 0 stars I would. This company gave us a lemon vehicle we had the car for less than a week and had major issues already. We mentioned the issue to the manager and all he had to say is its no longer in their hands

If I could leave negative stars I would. Please dont be silly like me and ignore the negative reviews, they are likely ************ be writing for an hour explaining the fake refurnishing fee of nearly 4K placed on every car yet the car I bought wasnt even detailed when I took it home. None of the damaged on the used car I bought wasnt fixed so what exactly the ***** spent on? Nothing. ******* the manager down to the useless secretary ******* are all terrible to deal with. Once those papers are signed they couldnt care less about you and the car you drove off their lot. Called countless times regarding the car and given the runaround or simply ignored. They need to be investigated for poor business.

******************* contacted me on 5/21/2023 regarding an EPC indicator that was displayed on her dashboard. I asked the client if she wanted to bring the car back to the dealership or go to a VW dealership in her area. Being that the client lived about 2 1/2 hours away in ********, she elected to go to a dealer in her area. I looked up VW dealers in her area & directed her to VW of Dover. On 5/23/2023 ******************* contacted me again inquiring about the possibility of obtaining a 2nd key, I made her aware that the vehicle only came with one key. I also attached a copy of the Carfax showing the vehicle was fully serviced & retail ready prior to date of sale. The client has not reached out to the dealership after the 23rd of May regarding any additional issue.

Bait and switch. These people list their vehicles within KBB pricing and once they have an interested customer, proceed with their "Pricing structure" which includes a down payment of $2995 on top of the listed price, along with $995 for title and documentation and $39.95 for detailing. The listed price was $23,510, but after the "pricing structure" was told that the total purchase price would be $31,500. The math simply did not add up. Multiple questions trying to understand this "pricing structure" were met with the same response repeated over and over again - "our pricing structure is on our website." I cannot understand how any customer would be ok with paying an additional $4,000 for nothing or for bogus fees and charges. What they're doing should be illegal.
