      I purchased a bedroom set consisting of five pieces on 1/4/2025. Two weeks later I received all of the pieces except for the storage bed. I was told I was going to receive the storage bed the following week. The bed never came, I constantly kept on calling them asking where it was and I always received the same answer from ********..."it's on it's way and we'll call you when it arrives". Two months later in March they finally called me on a Thursday that the bed arrived and will be delivered Saturday, only to call me on Friday to tell me that the bed arrived damaged and that they would have to reorder it. It sounded strange to me because they unbox the furniture in your driveway so how did they know that the bed was damaged? In my opinion, they probably gave it to another customer that was waiting for the same bed. I asked ******** if this was going to take another two months and she said it shouldn't because they were going to put a "rush" on it. Here we are three months later and still no bed, and no courtesy calls as to where my bed is. I truly regret ever setting foot in that store. I also warn anyone that I encounter looking to buy furniture to stay away from them and to spread the word. After reading all the negative reviews I hope that any organization that exists to protect the consumer should investigate The Gallery Furniture store. They take your money upfront and then lie to you over and over again. They are very unreliable and their customer service is terrible.

      Our transaction started in November 2023 and we finally got the last piece the first week of January 2025. The salesman made promises that were total lies, and after being without furniture in our living room for over six months he told us we had to reorder because there had been a problem with the material we had ordered. We started the process again in August 2024 and he promised we would have our couch in 4-6 weeks. It was only when I went to cancel our order in January 2025 that miraculously we were on the schedule for delivery and would be subject to a restocking charge if we declined the delivery. This was the most horrendous shopping experience I have ever endured and you can be sure my husband and I will never set foot in this business again.

      I ordered a kitchen set on 9/01/24. Was told the delivery would be the following week.as it was in stock. The day before they called and said the table wasn’t in. They delivered the chairs and a loaner table. Waited two months and got a call that there was a delivery. Day before delivery they called and said it was damaged and ordered another one. Was told it was expected to be in 11/17/24. I keep getting the run around. Still haven’t received my table.

      This customer ordered a special order dining table and chairs the table came in damaged customer was informed and was given loaner dining table to use until hers came in , this customer recived there dining table and we picked up the loaner table . This order has been completed and is resolved

      My husband and I are 80 years old, and we had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered on August 26, 2023 a couch and table and gave a $600, deposit. We go to ******* the end of October so had the sales manager, ***, write on my recept that if the furniture was not delivered by end of October he would refund my money. The furniture was supposed to be delivered the Sat. before that between 12 and 5 and we were to get a call one half hour before they came. It got later and later in the day and I kept calling the store because we had a committment at 5:30. They told me they had no way of contact the driver. *** said if we did not get delivery or call by 5:30 we should leave and they would deliver it in a few days. We stayed home till 5:50 and left. They claim they came at 5 to 6. When the second delivery came they had a love seat not a couch. At that point I asked for a refund. Spoke with a ******** who said they would not give the refund. she said we would discuss it when we returned. I also tried to contact ************** or ********************** the owners and ******** would not allow it. I told her at the very least to refund my money for the table which I no longer needed. When I got back I went to the store and spoke with *** in person. He did not care about his promises and deferred to ******** who did not budge. They delivered the couch and table today, June 8th. So I am stuck with a table I do not want. This experience caused us great anxiety. They should have given us the refund when the furniture did not come in time. They should never treat customers that way. I assumed wrongly that *** being the sales manager would uphold his word.I would recommend people go elsewhere for their furniture.

      on 10/21/2023 customer was scheduled for delivery the delivery service arrived at 555pm the customer was not home. it was then rescheduled for the following tues, cust. refused delivery . customer then told us that they were going to ******* (snow birds) asked us to hold the delivery off until end of may early june. Customer was scheduled for 6/8/2024 and received all the merchandise that we stored no charge for 8 months. special orders are non cancelable or non refundable. gallery furniture has went above and beyond for this customer

      We ordered a dining room table on 9/4/23 along with a custom protective pad. We paid in full that day. The first table they delivered the delivery men damaged, the second came out of the box damaged and we had to fight for months to get a replacement. i have spent the past nine months calling regularly, sending emails, most of which are unanswered and I still can not get the table pads delivered. They kept pushing back when they would be ready (originally promised in 6-8 weeks). Then *** been told more than once they are in and will be delivered only to spend more time on hold and told no one was home so they couldnt delivered. We have been home, never received a call or had anyone come- security cameras confirmed a delivery was never attempted. This store either has the worst customer service or they have stolen our money.

      Where do I started about how terrible this company/place is. First off ordered my couch 2/17/24 still no couch. Spent *****. I am beyond frustrated. Everytime I call I get the run around and get told to call again next week. I have cursed yelled and even showed up with nothing. This is beyond ridiculous. They never have an answer for me and I am always being told to keep calling and maybe it will come. I was even told at one point it is in ******** and it will be here next week well next week comes they say oh its on *********** cant find it try again tomorrow. Called the next day and still have no answer. They keep telling me lies and dont want to answer me. It is now to the point that when I call they dont answer. They definitely see my number and are refusing to answer. I have been told every single day that someone will call tmrw or later still nothing. They refuse to give my money back and will not do anything. This is beyond frustrating and disgusting. I want my money back. I am tired of the run around with still no couch. Everyone should know how terrible this place is. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

      Unfortunately this is a misstatement of the facts **************** placed ab special order on 2/14/2024 for a sofa and loveseat , cocktail and end table and a 3 piece sectional . The time frame was approx. 6-8 weeks . *************** received delivery of her sofa an loveseat on 4/6/2024. **************** is well aware that her cocktail table and end table also are ready for delivery . The 3 piece sectional is delayed by the factory , *************** was offered numerous times a BRAND NEW loaner 3 pc sectional to use until her sectional arrived . Unfortunately sometimes delays happen beyond gallery furnitures control. once ms ******* 3 pc ********* arrives she will be contacted immediately to schedule delivery. gallery furniture has offered brand new loaner sectional we have offered split deliveries we have done absolutely everything to try to please ms. strong. special orders are non cancelable and non refundable as stated on ms ******* receipt that she signed. Gallery furnitures offer still stands for the new loaner sectional to be delivered immediately along with the cocktail and end table that *************** ordered. Once the 3 piece sectional that ms. strong special orderd arrives we will schedule the delivery immediately. we are very sorry for any inconvenience the delay has caused

      We ordered a sofa and ottoman September 9th 2023, our contract said "1 to 2 weeks". After two weeks I start to call to set up delivery. I was told, "try next week". Called the following week, I was told "call again in 4 to 6 weeks". Of course now I can't cancel as I signed a contract, a contract that said "1 to 2 weeks". I remained patient. I called late October and was told " November 17th, as issue with the fabric ". I finally called November 21st and asked to speak to a manager I did not have my order number on me but gave my name and number and waited for 3 hours for a call back. No call back so I called again and was told "she is on her lunch and makes her calls later in the day? No one called me. I didn't get a call until the end of December to say delivery will be the 23rd. It was delivered but no ottoman, no one told me no ottoman was coming, of course I have to call these people who refuse to communicate with their customers, they say it came in damaged and to call next week. So the run around phone game continues so I finally call and ask for a manager and yes, I yelled at her and cursed. She asked me "why are you yelling at me, it's not my fault". As a consumer I am outraged by this unprofessionalism. She offered a temporary ottoman until the new one arrives and here it is March and no ottoman and no call. I am beyond disgusted with this business. I want to correct ottoman to be done with them.

      I ordered furniture in August of 2023 from Gallery furniture in ******* ** and was promised delivery in September which never happened 3 months later I still had not received my complete order and decided to cancel 2 items which were never delivered. After 2 months of waiting for My refund and multiple calls,and promises for the past 2 months I decided to write this review to warn future customers to avoid this establishment

      I would never recommend this store to anyone they are a bunch of liars there I purchased something back in October was told would have by Xmas sadly never got it finally came with wrong piece on Jan 16 promised two more times that it was an honest mistake and was bringing the piece which was scheduled two more times for them not to show or call finally canceled order thru ******** which is also a problem and a bunch of lies finally to be put in dispute through td financial it has been the worst experience dealing with the people that work there dont ever buy from there unless you want aggravation

      I ordered a bedroom set on July 4th which was promised to be delivered within 1-2 months as per the call representative. After 4 months, it's yet to be delivered. The manager, ********, **** and ****** (call representative) are a bunch of pathological liars. Every time you speak with any of them, they will give one excuse after another as to why the delivery cannot be made. After failing to comply with the delivery date multiple times, they refused to provide a refund even though full payment was made in good faith. This is absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had dealing with ANY company EVER. I can expect this type of shady customer service in a third-world country, not in *******! AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
