  Absolutely horrible company. I keep on getting calls from them to the point of harrasment. They are very rude and have no professional manners at all. I told them if they keep on calling I'm filing a police report for harassment and they are in clear violation of the fcra where they CANNOT use threatening words such as "you owe us". I would like them to to clearly stop calling multiple times a day.

  They are an spam Because they call everyday And they dont talk just hang up They dont even know why for what they call Once they talk I ask them why they contact me but they dont answer And try to collect money from me but they dont give me any information about Thats what I see all the reviews

  *** was contacting me non-stop for a week. As it turns out they had the wrong person to try and collect a Fed Ex bill. Not only did they have the wrong person but they had the wrong state....******* is a ways from *************. Incompetence and complete careless attitudes is a cancer at that place. ***

  I'd leave a lesser review but you can't. They faked invoices from to collect payment that we as a company didn't owe. We verified with the company that our account was in good standing. Also the errors on the invoices were noticeable. Our AP team said they were rude and hard to get a hold of when they first contacted us saying we owed. After looking into them, I'm finding it so hard to believe that this company has a A+ BBB Rating on here. The other reviews I read are accurate to how this company operates.

  Unethical and attempts to collect fake debts. They apparently gave no due diligence processes. Look for someone more reputable if you need a collection agency.

  The female that answers the phone when you call is extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. I received an email from them in error and called to let them know the balance they emailed me about was incorrect and paid. Didnt get anything resolved because of the negative nasty spirited female on the phone who hung up in my face 3 times. Definitely not a good look and bad for business.

  Concerning to read of similar experiences. I was recently contacted via email by a Recovery Specialist at AG Adjustments, **** for non-payment of products received in 2019. I shared supporting documentation (invoice, check number, $ amount) and a limited-image of our bank statement showing that same check number and amount written and cashed. Recovery Specialist guy said he would dispute this claim for me and see why they sent my company to collections. I asked if being sent to collections would affect our business negatively even though we paid in full two years ago? He would "find that out" and suggested that I call his client and find out why they sent us to collections. I asked if he would provide his clients business contact of whom he suggested I reach out to...he said "no", and his client "could not verify the payment...so at this point we would ask for a copy of the canceled check" from my bank. His client banks at (and cashed our check at) the very institution we bank at. HIS CLIENT HAS ACCESS TO THE SAME BANKERS AND INFORMATION I DO with a phone call or email. There is no need to provide a check.So I come here to research AG Adjustments, **** and I see reviews about potential fraud. Not saying this particular Recovery Specialist is a fake or an even a dishonest collector...Im just saying that he asked for more than he gave. It doesn't make sense and it doesn't feel right. Giving away your routing and account number to a stranger on the internet is likely a very poor and regrettable decision. Especially after proving money isn't owed.It's not intuitive to think like a criminal and its easy to fall victim to fraud. Just mentioning this because cyber fraud is real and prevalent, and difficult to remedy. Any information updates or corrections that arise I will return and adjust my review accordingly.
