I regrettably did not do my rearchitect on Rogers Flowers. I purchased flowers for ***** on 3/30/22 and did not get a confirmation. Their website is misleading say they deliver fast in my area. I tried to call them with the number provided but the numbers are out of service. I sent them an email but no response either requiring a refund. They have some reviews on their website but they dont look legit.Customer Answer

I ordered flowers for my sister. In addition, my credit card was fraudulently used. They were never delivered. I tried calling and emailing multiple times, customer service would not help me. They kept talking over me and yelling at me. I had to cancel my credit card in order for the charge to not be made. Tried calling the company back today and could not get any resolution. I placed an order , Order #******, on 2/1/23 for a sympathy flower arrangement, Large Candy Cane ************ $80.50, to be send to a coworker for the passing of her mother. The order was paid for via my personal credit card and I received a confirmation of the order via email. My credit card was charged immediately. However, the flowers were never sent/ delivered/nor received by my coworker. I tried calling the phone number of ************** and was greeted by a female employee who immediately put me on hold. A few minutes later- she came back on and refused to help me. Refused to send me to a customer service agent, refused to allow me to speak to anyone other than her, and refused to look into the matter to find out what happened to my order. She rudely told me that the only option I have is to send an email to **************************************** and hope for a response. I have emailed that email address. I also tried using their chat feature on their website- however, they end the chat as soon as you send your message. I would either like the item that I purchased be delivered to my coworker or I would like a complete refund.Customer Answer

I have not received my refund nor have I received the purchased goods. I have reached out a couple of times via email (see the attached emails) with no response from them since 4/1/23. I have previously sent in several other emails to the BBB prior to this communication to update my claim.
I have also included a screen shot of my credit card account showing no refund has been received.

I placed an order for a floral delivery on March 30, ********************* Brooklyn ** from a business advertised as the #********** Florist, Roger Florist, in the amount of $66.85. When I didnt receive a receipt or confirmation of order but found this amount debited from my bank account, I immediately attempted to reach the business via their phone number listed on the website as well as their Live Chat but both were non-functional so I sent an email to their customer service and received no reply. I then filed a fraud complaint against Roger Florist with my bank and the *** and will contact the Commissioner of Police for Suffolk County, **, ********************************, as I learned this business is not located in Brooklyn, ** but in ********, Suffolk County, **. I encourage others to do the same as I am astounded that the BBB has received over ***** complaints of theft/fraud in less than a year about Roger Florist and this business website continues to steal money and collect customer account and banking information without penalty, investigation by law enforcement, shut down of website, and arrest of the individuals behind this theft.Initial Complaint

I ordered flower delivery after looking for local florists in **********, **. This website came up as a local florist, family-owned with 4.9 stars on ****** reviews. The website has photos that look like they were taken inside a flower shop and has logos of accreditations floral associations. Everything looks legitimate. My credit card was charged $53.48 but I never received the confirmation email. The next day I called my friend about if the flowers had arrived and she had not gotten them. When I tried calling Roger Florist I was first hung up on and then after calling multiple times was put on hold music over and over. I then tried using their chat feature and my messages kept failing to send. Thats when I ******d Roger Florist ********** ** scam and came across all of these complaints. Thu Mar. 30th. Ordered an arrangement for sympathy purposes. Did not do due research into company and have found that they are most likely a scam website that has got me for 75 dollars. I don't trust that this bouquet will be delivered or even made, much less thought of except by me.Customer Answer
