I ordered a sympathy plant on 11-8-23 on line for a customer of ours who passed away. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have reviewed my credit card charges for November, December and January (thru today 1-10-24) and there is no credit that has been issued from the Florist.

I'm requesting help obtaining a refund for a service which was never performed. I ordered flowers on 20 November 2023, I received a email stating they don't deliver in the area I had given. I also received an email stating my money would be refunded. After a few weeks I contacted the company inquiring about my refund only to be told it was issued. I waited an additional week and contacted them again. I was told the same thing. It is the end of December and I still haven't received my refund of $61.32.Business response

Bought flowers for my wife for our anniversary on Nov.29 2023. They said the flowers would be delivered, then I received a email stating that they were unable to have my florist deliver the flowers. So the order was cancelled and my money would be put back on my credit card. It's been almost a month now. I called the florist and they told me to give it a couple of more days.Business response

On Nov. 17 I placed a phone order with Baby Blue Florist for flowers for my mother's birthday. The flowers never arrived, but I was charged $61.32 on my ***** *********** I called them two weeks later (at their customer service #) and was told by ***** that they would refund the charge with 3-5 days. They did not, so I called again today and was told by **** that it was "in process" and I should have received an e-mail to that effect. When I asked them to confirm any four digits of my credit card, or my e-mail, they hung up on me. I am now disputing the charge with my bank.Business response

I purchased a bouquet of flowers for $63.22 and got an email saying Ill be refunded due to an issue with the delivery driver. Ive never received a refund this was on November 21st. It is now 12/17 and I still havent gotten a refund. I had to change my card just in case of fraud since they have my information. I called the company and got hung up on after asking for my refund. I tried disputing with the bank and the bank denied it because the company stated theyd send a refund but still didnt! It was the last of my money!!!Business response

I ordered flowers from Baby Blue Florist on October 16, 2023 for a funeral. Baby Blue Florist cancelled my order and sent an email saying they would refund my $85.76. They did not refund my money. I called 3 times and asked for a refund, and each time they said they would refund my credit card. They never refunded my money nor did I ever receive a product from them.Business response
