      I ordered flowers on 11/27/23 from this company to have flowers delivered to my daughter, she had surgery and I wanted to send her her favorite flowers. The amount was $67.82. I ordered in the morning and around the 4:00 PM I got an email stating that the order was canceled because the delivery person couldnt deliver for unknown reasons and that I would get a full refund between 2-3 days.. it is day 3 and nothing. Ive emailed multiple times and they do not respond. I checked on here and saw how bad their reviews are and the exact same issues I am having. Also, they go by Sarata Flowers as well. I cannot believe they are able to do this and that their website hasnt been flagged. I would really like my money back.

      Placed an order for same day delivery of flowers. Vendor accepted payment for $62.67 on order # *****. After charging my credit card they replied they could not fulfill the order and would credit back the payment. Original order was placed on 10/19/2023 - no credit has been issued. I have contacted the company repeatedly who says they will fix it, but they have not. I have also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. This company is a fraud and does not provide the services they claim to offer.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The merchant did not follow through with issuing a credit. I have attached the credit card dispute I filed with USAA and it shows the business has been unresponsive to them. No credit has been issued to the credit card I purchased this on. It is the business' responsibility to follow through with refunding the amount they charged for an order they did not fulfill. Their proof of an attempt at repayment is not from a banking institution, but appears to be from their internal computer systems. An internal error on their part does not constitute any attempt to make good on a refund they owe. If they cannot refund the money, they should send a check to my home address to cover the cost of the order they did not fulfill. Their response is 100% unsatisfactory.

      I called the Baby Blue Florist to place order for flowers delivered to congratulate important for me person on special occasion. Two hours later I called them to get confirmation of delivery but they said the flowers never were sent out, the order was cancelled. I did not received cancellation notice and the special surprise was ruined because I couldnt get flowers delivered from any other place at the time I found out it was canceled, too late. The order was placed on September 18th, order number *****, amount $56.97. I called them 4 times every couple weeks but they only saying itll be refunded but never actually refunded. At the recent phone call they just hang ** in a middle of conversation, very rude

      I placed an order on September 19 for flowers. The website claimed to be local to ************ and even had some blurbs about the importance of shopping locally. Immediately, I received and email saying that my order would be canceled. The money was then taken OUT of my account on September 22. I emailed and called on September 29. I was told them refund was pending and to wait a few days.I called again on October 2 and spoke to ******. I was told that the bank had refused the refund, but the would send it again. I have received no refund, and the website is clearly a scam operation.
