      I ordered flowers for $69.18 not even 20 minutes later I received and email saying the particular florist didn't have the selected flowers and that a refund was issued. it is now a week later and I have not received a refund and I then read MANY reviews of the company doing the same thing to multiple people

      I purchased flowers on May 18th. I received an email saying my order was cancelled and the amount was refunded. I waited until May 25th, and sent an email saying I never received a refund. I received an email back saying they apologize, and are looking into it. I still have not received my refund of $53.44 for order *****.

      I ******d online same day delivery for flowers they was first co to come up I ordered $54 worth. 16 mins after order was placed I received email stating it was cancled and money was returned. Few days later I called back to check on refund and was told give 5 more days. So in 6 more days I called was told techanical issues and was re refunded two days ago. So after that I went to ****** review to see Im one of many with exact same story. My hard earned money was just took from me. If I did that Id be arrested

      On 6/1/2023, I ordered flowers online from Baby Blue Florist. I immediately got an email saying they didn't have those flowers and they were cancelling my order and giving me a refund. Since I liked their prices and selection and I needed flowers sent to a funeral home, I submitted another order to them. I got another reply saying they didn't have those flowers and they were cancelling my order and giving me a refund. I have emailed with ************************* 3 times asking for my refund. She tells me she's working on it. I'm worried that too much time will go by and she'll forget to refund me for my 2 canceled orders for $62.67 and $81.14.

      This website advertises that they can deliver same day locally to you. I ordered flowers for a dying loved one, they accepted the order and charged my card. It was my last $70 I have for another week and the purchase went through successfully. Shortly later I got an email saying my order was cancelled with no explanation. I had to call them to figure out why, to be told that my address is too far away to be delivered to. So they lied and said they could deliver to me, charged me, and cancelled. They issued a refund for me but it will take 3 days to receive. Well my loved one will be DEAD before I can get my money back and get them elsewhere. I was robbed of the chance I had to give joy to my dying loved one. Im so infuriated and so sad. This is wrong on so many levels. There should be a feature on the website that verifies you live in a deliverable area BEFORE they charge your card. After reading the other complaints on this business, Im afraid I wont get my money back at all! Please help me! These people should NOT be doing this, how can you do that to innocent people who are trying bring joy to their dying loved ones?!

      Placed an order online. Immediately received a response that the flowers were unavailable in. The order was canceled when I replied that I would like different flowers then they said that they could not deliver to the address and I would get a full refund within three business days. Never received a refund and communications have ceased after reading multiple reviews the same thing happened to many other people.

      I ordered three bouquets of flowers on Saturday (5/13/23) for Mothers Day. I originally ordered two, but someone in customer happiness management informed be that one of my orders was cancelled and I would receive a full refund in about 2-3 business days. So I ordered another to replace the one that couldnt be completed. I chose this company because when I searched for local florist they came up numerous times in my search come to find out later they are in NY! When I replied back asking the customer service employee (by the name of *************************) if I could ordered *************** of equal value to replace the one they told me was cancelled, she said they already processed the refund. I took her word for it and ordered the third bouquet. Mothers Day came and went. I was told there was no issue in delivery, which is free according to their website, yet my two recipients never received their flowers. The weekend and Monday came and went and still no delivery or communication from the company about the delay in arrival. I clicked track my order on their website (#***** and #***** only because the other is supposedly cancelled and refunded). I got an email response that was clearly automated stating that they would be in contact about the order status as soon as they look further into it. I decided to give it the full day after the weekend, maybe they were behind in deliveries, but nothing delivered, no communication returned regarding the tracking information and of course absolutely no correspondence returned when requesting a full refund (after ************************* was so quick to respond originally). I paid about $180 for all three bouquets and I would like my money back and to inform folks to NOT do business with this company as they are con artists. I know I was scammed when I later looked into the business review on social media and found the same people complaining with the same story as mine. Im disappointed and frustrated.

      I bought some flowers for my 94 year old aunt. This was on May 5th. I was charged $53.44. I was sent an email at ******************* The flowers were never sent. I tried to email them but it said Babyblueflorist.com was not a valid email. I am 71 years old and cannot afford to order flowers that are never sent. I would like my money back from this obviously crooked company.

      On April 25th I place a delivery order with this online florist who claimed they could do same day delivery. My order was confirmed and charged to my debit account through my bank. Within a matter of minutes I received another email stating I would be refunded due to lack of product. And to expect my refund In 2 to 3 days. I have still not received a refund as it is may 9th. They ignored multiple emails and order status checks. And I called their phone number at least 7 times before reaching a person. They at first tried to tell me they could see Id been refunded which I can prove through bank statements I was not. Then offered to again send a refund. After further investigation I found many poor reviews with very similar stories online that this company does this very regularly to others. In fact there wasnt 1 good review of this scammer company. I would like my refund but even more so Id love to see this company shut down. They do this to people buying flowers for funerals even. Its disgusting.
