I called this company and placed an order for funeral flowers to be delivered to ********** ************. The order number is: *****. They told me they could deliver there so I placed my order and they charged my debit card $85.69. Just a few minutes later I received an email that they canceled my order because they could not deliver to that address and then a few minutes later I received another email from baby blue florist with a refund receipt stating my account would be refunded $85.69 within one to two business days. I have called several times to inquire about my refund as I have not received it as of yet and it is now 20 days later. They continually give me the same answer that there was an issue with my refund and they would re-issue it and I would receive the refund to my bank account within just a few days. That has never happened. I have never received my refund.Initial Complaint

Ordered flowers through their website to be delivered to a coworker on Thursday July 13th, paid with a credit card, received confirmation email and number. Shortly after, maybe an hour or so, received an email stating the order had been cancelled and a refund would be issued.Many emails to customer service and still no refund and help almost TWO WEEKS later. Website claims refunds take 1-2 business days to process, and up to 5 days to settle in the bank.All reviews from other customers have similar if not the same story. And the emails from customer service are clearly a cut/paste response with no personal attention.I am now out $100+ and want my money back!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered a floral arrangement on 5/30/2023 at 9:15 AM, order #***** for a total of $53.44 to be delivered on 6/1/2023. The item I ordered was "Florist Designed Bouquet (#******-4742)" in which the arrangement would be designed with any current available flowers. At 9:23 AM, I received an email that order had been cancelled because "the florist in that area did not have the particular flowers" and I would receive a refund in 2 business days. On 6/21/23, I emailed customer service notifying them I had not received the refund. *************************, "Customer Happiness Manager", replied with "we are looking into this matter immediately". On 6/26/23, I emailed her again asking why I have not received a refund. The email I got back was word for word the one that was sent when I originally asked why I had not received the refund.Customer response

I ordered flowers from Baby Blue Florist on May 17, 2023. Received an email shortly from them stating that my order had to be cancelled to unavailability in the area. I received a cancellation receipt #***** from Baby Blue that day. On June 30 I check my credit card expenses (this purchase was made on my company's credit card) I had a charge however not a credit from Baby Blue. I write an email stating my concern and received an email from ************************* "Customer Happiness Manager", apologizing for the inconvenience. On today, July 21 , again go in to complete my expenses I do not see a credit from Baby Blue Florist. I receive the same ************ apology from *************************. At this point I'm thinking I'm communicating with a bot , not a live person. I state that I will go to BBB and social media, and there was no response to that.Customer response

On June 30 I ordered flowers for my sick mothers birthday. Within 30 minutes of my order I received an email saying my order was canceled. They didnt know why and they would refund my money within one to two business days because the money had already cleared my bank a week later I emailed them And got a reply saying they were looking into the matter. Nothing happened. Today I emailed them again got the same email which leads me to believe its an auto generated email and I believe that this is a false company or scam.Initial Complaint

I placed an order online for a flower delivery for a friends dads funeral on June 27, 2023. Within an hour I received and email that stated unfortunately, the florist in the are la is unable to deliver your flowersin the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your statement within 2 business days or sooner.This email came from ****************************************** Signed by *************************, title: customer happiness manager My order number is: ***** When the order was cancelled I was not surprised, as the area to be delivered is a small town in *******. I was also on vacation, hence another reason to order flowers online as I would not be attending the funeral. I gave the refund a longer time since the July 4th holiday was close by. When I still didnt receive anything I called ************** on July 5, to state I had not received a refund. I was told they werent sure why it had not been processed but they would make sure it gets processed that day and I should see a refund within 2 business days.Sent an email July 11, from the original email that discussed the cancellation and asked if that person could help.. that I still did not have a refund. Again was told it would be handled immediately and they were sorry for the inconvenience.Called again july 14, they said they were processing a refund as I sat on the phone, I got an emailed receipt with the transaction number: *********** There is not a pending refund in my banking account. I paid using a debit card so I should see it there. The amount is $62.67.Customer response

On May 17, 2023, 2:35 P.M. central time, I placed an order for flowers to be sent to a hospital in ******, ** to celebrate a new baby's birth. Order ***** in the amount of $58.06. May 17, 2023, at 2:42 P.M. central time, I received an email stating that the "order was cancelled because the florist in that area did not have the particular flowers" and " I have issued a full refund back to your credit card. The money should be back on your credit card in about two business days." I have contacted them again on May 18, June 12, and July 13. The email replies from Baby Blue Florist, *************************, Costumer Happiness Manager, state "looking into the matter". I ordered from them partly based upon the BBB endorsement on their website. I am simply asking for a full refund.Customer response

Today's my girlfriend's birthday I looked online for a florist to deliver flowers today these people popped up they pride themselves ******************** had lots of options good website so I went with them I ordered flowers I paid $58 and change, and immediately after ordering I clicked on track my order and I got an email saying that they would check into my order and then immediately another email saying my order was canceled due to no florist in the area to deliver my flowers and then I would receive a refund within 3 days so I what I should have done first I looked them up and checked reviews well apparently all current reviews except for two say the exact same thing people ordered flowers immediately got an email saying the order was canceled due to nobody in the area to deliver flowers, and they received what they say are fake refund receipts nobody ever got repaid, over and over again the same complaint 165 complaints so it sounds like a scam to me I don't think it's just bad business 165 people saying the same thing to the t I think this business or scam should be shut down, I have included 4 uploads of just 4 complaints out of the 165.Initial Complaint

- Received an email on June 16 that my order was immediately cancelled because the florist in the area did not have the particular flowers. Email stated a full refund would be issued back to my Credit Card and the money should be back in 2 business days or earlier - I received a receipt for the refund on June 16 - After checking my credit card statement, I realized no refund was ever issued. I was charged in full for the cancelled order - I emailed support on July 2 when I realized this issue - They have responded they are looking into it but are providing no ETA, no confirmation a refund is coming, no refund has been issued. - I have followed up daily since July 2, with no added information given or commitment to refund me in a given amount of time I would like my $62.67 refundedInitial Complaint

I ordered flowers and they took my order and never called me to say they couldn't deliver them as it's out there area. Then they refund my money on 6/22 but I never received it. I called today 7/6. And I was told it could take up to 2-3 weeks. This is unheard of. **** days is what I was told. I need my money and want it returned as soon as possible.Thank you
