            I ordered an item from a company that this company ships for and it said no answer when according to my cameras nobody came to the door then a couple hours later it said delivered when again according to my cameras nobody came to the doors and then the next day it said no answer again went according to the cameras again no one came to the doors and then a few days later all of a sudden an entry for no answer for a few days prior popped up that wasnt there before so the driver falsified that there was no answer that there was a delivery attempt when there wasnt I paid the extra for the signature delivery and because the driver falsified the fact that he tried to deliver it three times my item is being returned to the manufacturer Ive read the reviews for this company and they do the same thing every other customer why get a job for this company if youre not going to actually deliver **************** and are going to falsify tracking entries?

            Horrible business practice, ZERO transparency or ability to get any information/response from their customer service called phone number attached to business during working hours and no response, only able to leave voicemail their tracking portal that vendors point you to when you inquire on shipping information after being pointed back to them via customer service hasnt been updated in two weeks and has never included a shipping number or Delivery ETA.All while I have already purchased & paid for over $500 of goods that I cannot even get a response as to where they might be currently sitting. PATHETIC excuse for a company!
