Cannot use app. Locked me out, and will not let me reset password from app, or online on my phone using Safari. I also cannot reset password with my PC at Korehealth password reset. I was looking to purchase a bathroom scale when I happened to notice the Korescale,which cost about 5 times as much as an ordinary scale. I went ahead and paid the extra money because the scale had additional features that ordinary scales do not. After enjoying my Korescale for well over a year. I pulled it out to use one day to find out that they now wanted a monthly fee of $19.99 in order to access the additional features that I had been enjoying at no additional cost! I cannot afford an extra $20 a month for something I believe I paid for with the original high cost. I would like my access to the additional features returned at no cost,as before.Customer Answer

Purchased 2 watches during May 2024 and unable to use any feature without having to "upgrade" and pay monthly fee of $20. Internet says the watch does not require monthly fee but it does if you want to even activate the watch. completely useless without paying monthly. I ordered 2 Korescales Gen2 as Christmas gifts. The order number is **********. They arrived on December 9. On Christmas, they were opened and it was realized that to fully utilize the scales you must pay a monthly fee which was not clearly indicated in the information about the scales when I purchased them. The people I gave them to did not want to pay the monthly fee. So, the day after Christmas, I emailed customer service saying I wanted to return the scales. They responded asking for my order number, which I then provided. They then responded saying my request has been elevated to management and they will get back to me. To date, I have not received a response despite reaching out to them several times asking for an update. This is a simple return and I am getting the run around. I suspect they are dragging their feet so they can then say that I am outside the period of time to make a return.Customer Answer

I purchased 2 Kore 2.0 Elite watches, that said came with a 1 year warranty and one year app membership. I get the watches and says register for your warranty, go to site and it say 30 day warranty and to get it you have to review the watch. I have done 6 emails and every time they say I do get a one year warranty and one year membership. I follow this salute and same thing every time. I have tried 4 times still same thing. On November 6th I purchased 5 Koretech scales. They weren't as advertised and worked poorly plus they didn't notify me as the buyer that I needed to subscribe at $19/mo to get the app to actually see the data. I paid them $360.78.There were no instructions for how to return the product. I called and emailed their customer support. Eventually I got a response saying someone would contact me but, despite multiple follow-up attempts on my end, they refused to respond or offer a path to return the product and get a refund.Customer Answer

> 2 transactions were charged to my **** that I did not initiate/authorize/approve. In October 2020 I purchased a Kore Trak watch with a lifetime warranty - order #: *********. In March of this year, I contacted Kore Health on ********************************** to advise them of my watch band breaking and then about my watch not working at all, it would not charge so I could no longer use it. I was told that I would receive a replacement watch as soon as stock arrives. Several emails and months later and I am still getting the same excuses that they still have no stock, they even told me there were no planes in the air and as soon as stock arrives they will send me my replacement, they also said they would upgrade my watch to the new version since I have been waiting so long, today 5th Dec, still no stock. However, If I go online I can buy a new one, they just can't send me my replacement as they have no stock. I think I have been more than patient and when I bought my watch I got the life time warranty so I believe it should be honoured no more excuses about stock or no planes in the air, please just send my upgraded replacement watch. Ordered 2 KoreHealth compression socks so with the $18 shipping charges totaled $77.89 on Nov11,2023 and received email on 11/27/2023 stating the order had been delivered. Oddly enough, there had been no tracking number provided and now its going on the 5th day since they claim they were delivered. During the past 4 days, I have contacted the only contact information they provide as their email link displays an error. I have called ************ every day and left a message of my order number, phone number, and order dateno returned call. I decided to look at BBB rating and discovered unlimited complaints and an F rating! Wish something could be done about Scam companies to protect people.
