    I ordered the Kore 2.0 elite fitness band, protection plan and three extra bands. When I received my merchandise and tried to set it up, I found out about the monthly charge of $19.99 to continue to use the watch after the initial free trial period. I have reached out to this company countless times to get return address. I have been unsuccessful in receiving any return information from them. Very disappointed in this company as I have owned one of their fit bands previously and service to use the watch was free, as it should be! I purchased a new one due to being unable to replace the broken band.

    I ordered the Elite 2.0 fitbit watch & 3 bands not realizing until I received them that there was a monthly membership with a $19.99 fee associated with using the watch. This was not disclosed in the advertisement. Nothing on the watch would work until you accepted the membership. I asked to return the items and got no response for over a month. I was told I would receive a shipping label to return the items, but its now 6 weeks later and I still do not have a shipping label or a refund. Very disappointed in this company and their lack of professionalism. I have owned a Kore Health watch before; no membership fee and enjoyed it for many years until the band broke and could not be replaced. I do not appreciate the run around. My request is simple and they are completely ignoring me.

    The company does not provide a fit watch (Kore 2.0) that will provide the current date or time without paying a monthly membership fee for the KoreHealth app that they decided to add after the fact.They also do not honor their Limited Life Time Warranty.

    I bought a Kore Health 2.0 watch about 2 years ago. I am having an issue with logging in. I had a login that worked for the past 2 years. Now it is telling me that my email is not valid. I tried to follow the instructions to reset my password. It comes back telling me that the email I am trying to use is not valid. This is a joke. There is nowhere I can find customer support to get help on this matter. I recommend everyone to buy another fitness watch somewhere else. I cannot bluetooth from my cell phone to the watch unless I am logged in. Now I am completely in the dark about all the data my watch has. It is a terrible way to do business by leaving your customers in the dark.

    On July 25th, I was watching CBS and ordered from CBSDeals.com a KoreScale2 scale they were advertising for *****. When I went to check out after they received my credit card information at check out it showed they charged me not only ***** but another *****. The total was $158.93. I immediately texted them back because they didnt have a number for me to reach them. They sent me an order number: I have sent about 5 or more emails and the only explanation they are giving me is they are working on returning my refund. This is so unfair for them to take my money and not give me my refund. I stopped the order the same day and never received the product.My husband has sent a copy of invoice and bank statement where they took my money. I have asked over and over for someone to call me. This is so unfair. I hope something can be done. It is going on 3 months.Thanks

    I ordered a product from this company,and decided I didn't want it.They promised a 30 day window for a *************** time frame.However trying to contact them via Chat,Email,or Phone is impossible. They are intentionally avoiding contact with customers. Very angry and frustrating.

    Korehealth ************ is a scam. I spent $24 in postage to return the product and got the package back to my address!Their phone isn't answered. The return mail is rejected. The company will not answer their phone.

    KoreHealth - Company won't cooperate to allow return of watch Bought watch in early December, 2022. Watch had problems.I requested to return the watch and get a refund. Have sent numerous emails but they will not give me an address to return the watch for a refund. Have not been able to talk to a person by phone. they stonewall and delay.Their customer support is atrocious. I consider them dishonest and deceptive.
