    Do not order from these people. Their system is all messed up and my credit card transaction was not going through because their website could not handle different shipping address from billing address. But thank god it did not go through because when I called my credit card company to inquire, they said Wine Enthusiast had so many troubles that they are on their blacklist and they do not do any conflict resolution for that company.

    Do not use this company. I just ordered some racks from them after receiving a 10% off discount code as a thank you for going to their site after visiting to view their racks. That discount link took me to their site, where I ordered and applied the promotional code wed been sent. However the discount was not applied. So I called their customer service and was first told that the discount had been discontinued. When u then explained that wed just now received it, I was then told that it clearly stated that certain items were excluded. I then asked why then when we were viewing their racks we were sent the promo.and why that **** took us to their entire inventory (and clearly stated on the link that the discount applied to our store, I was asked to forward the email. After forwarding and a few minutes of researching by their rep, he pointed out that at the very bottomif you scroll ALL THE WAY to the end of the email.there if very small fine print (so small I had to zoom in to read), it does state the exclusion. Clearly this is a tactic that I do not appreciate and I will not rest until I make sure to call them out on every social media site I can possibly do so on. Its not at all about the $..its about the principle and unfair retail marketing of this company that I take exception to.

    No ability to get in contact with customer service. Item ordered 3 weeks ago was missing all hardware, wait times for service rep ******* 40 minutes with no-one answering. No response to repeated automated call back requests. No response to service tickets made on their we site. They claim the service team is backed up from holiday orders (a month ago) which would point to likelihood that most of their products have defects or ship damaged.

    Our sincere apologies that we were not able to supply the parts. As a result of that, I see that we issued a full refund for the item purchased. Hope that in the future you will reconsider us for all your "Wine" needs.

    I received a 160 bottle wine chiller on time, however, I have called customer service twice left two messages and have never received a call back. In addition, "white glove service" is not quite that; they did unpack the chiller but didn't quite put the plug in all the way when they installed the chiller in my wall unit so after I put 10+ cases in I had to empty it pull out the unit only to plug it in and reinstall it and reload it. They also left some packaging in my driveway and street. I would not recommend these folks!

    I understand that we made contact via phone , the customer spoke to a tech support rep on 2/1 /****, we are replacing the control board. We also offer compensation for the inconvenience. I am sure that this will address the concern.

    Ordered the 32 bottle wine cooler for Christmas. Cooler was delivered directly to ********** where it set untouched until we got around opening after New Years. Box was banged up a bit. When we opened the plastic around the top hinge was broken in half and the top of the door had a chip busted. Tomorrow will be a full week since I submitted a customer service request via email. I received an email from them the day after I submitted. They indicated they would Respond quickly Today I spent 51 minutes on hold on their service line. No one ever picked up. Very disappointed in Wine Enthusiast.

    The top of the decanter we ordered is broken. Glasses are ok. We have tried calling for 5 days. On hold for over 30 minutes. Tried the call back offered & no return call. This is a Christmas gift. I have never run into such poor service.

    I should have read the reviews before ordering the Wine Enthusiast VinoView L 155 Wine Cellar. They incorrectly marketed that the product has a humidity sensor which can be monitored via the app. When I followed up with them after the product was delivered, Wine Enthusiast passed the blame to the manufacturer and offered no restitution for misleading marketing. Their app has not been working for the last couple of weeks and the wine cellar does not maintain the set temperature which defeats the primary purpose of having one (the unit is only a couple of months old). I have not heard back from them despite raising the issue a couple of times.

    Ordered a Eurocave wine fridge that arrived with a defective compressor. A repairman arrived to investigate the unit, determined it was defective the moment he entered my apartment and then proceeded to call wine enthusiast to set up a replacement. While he was on hold for more than 30 minutes, he damaged my brand new table. The cost to replace the table is $2000, and to date Wine Enthusiast has not made any meaningful offer to repair $2000 in demand. The only offer to compensate was $125 in credit, which is less than they offered for the defective unit. Wine enthusiast has refused to provide insurance information, identify the repairman, or make a meaningful offer. Do not bother purchasing from this company. Its not worth it. I will be issuing a stop payment on the credit card and initiating a lawsuit.

    Worse experience ever! The barrel table that was delivered does not look anything like picture of the item on their website. It rather looks like bad quality copy, totally unfinished look. And they want me to pay $550 to send it back. Ridiculous!
