            I am so upset to write this review.... the owner of this business should be ashamed of himself!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had my car washed there today and my key was lost by the worker. I handed him my car key and he lost it... as I confronted him as to where my key was at the end of the wash and dry of the car... he continued to say in the car... My key was not in the car... The worker began to dismiss me... I went to the front to ask for the owner *****... I began to explain to the manager who happened to be working as the cashier... he was also dismissive "what do you want me to do"... I began to ask for the owner... the manager directed me to the back office... ***** came out of the office to verify what happened... then went to the office without informing me... therefore, I was dismissed once again... A few minutes later, ***** came out of the office to say that he went to check the cameras and my key was put into another car and they have no idea how to retrieve it... ***** then asked me to wait a minute... I waited and waited and waited... I was furious... Went back to the front to the manager who again was dismissive... I asked for the owner.... and the manger stated that he left... HOW DO YOU LEAVE A CUSTOMER WITHOUT HER CAR KEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I had to beg for a letter stating that they would pay for the replacement of the key fob.I also asked for a credit for the $200 left on my cash wash card that I bought during a holiday promotion.I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.I am actually disgusted that I even have to deal with them any further regarding my key. Unbelievable!I know people make mistakes but NO professionalism what's so ever!!!!!!!!!!!Don't waste your money here as the OWNER is awful!
