      Order a part for my fridge. Their website was very confusing and the wrong part came. I accepted the fact I would have to pay to send it back along with a restocking fee. Took the company a long time to get back to me via email. No one answered when I called. I shipped the part back **** months ago and no refund. They are asking for the tracking number which I do not have anymore since it was a long time ago. Seems this company has zero customer service skills and do not want to refund for returns. This is a pattern. Buyer BEWARE~

      I have requested the partial amount for the item I ordered. I ordered and received two different refrigerator bins from this company, PartsIPS.com on July 15, 2023.One was correct, and the other did not fit in my fridge at all. It is not the same part that is pictured on their website, which is what I need. It is much smaller and a different shape.I emailed them the day I received the package to let them know they sent the incorrect part, as the part I needed showed the CORRECT image on the website.They responded that they had sent the correct part according to their website (even though the image is CLEARLY not what was sent) and I could return it. They emailed an invoice indicating that I would be refunded 20% less than what I paid, and I would have to cover the return shipping fee on am item THEY shipped incorrectly. They state in their return policy that they deduct 20% restocking fee and it is the customers responsibility to cover the return shipping fees. This would be acceptable if I had ordered the incorrect part. However, they sent something that looks nothing like what is pictured on their website. This is not my mistake, it is theirs, and to be expected to lose 20%, plus an additional $12 return shipping fee is robbery.There are hundreds of reviews of this company stating the same thing: ************ sends the incorrect part, and expects the customer to return with 20% less and return shipping fees. This is a scam, and it is blatant theft. The phone number to the company does not work, which indicates poor and shady business practice. I am requesting the full amount that I paid $36.24 and $5.49 shipping, because they knowingly sent the wrong part. OR, I will return the part for the FULL $36.24 that I paid refunded back to me, plus the shipping fees I incur to send it back.

      I made a purchase, received a damage part. No matter how many times I call, the number rings then disconnects. I contacted via email to receive a phone call and they say it's not possible. I don't do well explaining via email and am uncomfortable with it due to anxiety.

      I ordered part # ******** per the description it indicated. A set of grates. They only sent me one. I contacted them by email. They said I received 2 deliveries and sent me the tracking numbers. I responded back and told them that is true. One delivery was the 2 screws and the other was one grate. I told them, true but if you look at the *** tracking information you can see one delivery was for .70 which is the screws and the other is ****lbs which is 1 grate. The grate is cast iron. They sent me the tracking numbers. I have called them over 30 times and never answer. Till 03/15/2023 someone finally answered. I expained everything to them and they said they had to check in to it. 4 days later I emailed again and they informed me they will be changing the description of the grates. All I want is the second grate.       I have a Frigidaire dishwasher. I ordered a product labeled Frigidaire BASKET SILVERWARE 2 - Part# *********. The silverware basket that was pictured on the PartsIPS website when I ordered the part was the correct silverware basket and would have worked as a replacement to my broken Frigidaire dishwasher silverwate basket. What I received from PartsIPS - listed on the shipping box as an "Electolux Basket Assembly, Silverware, W/2" and on the packing slip inside it is listed at Product "WCI **********" from "Pick List *******" - however, was not what I ordered and did not work as a replacement basket for my dishwasher. I called PartsIPS, and all they would say on the phone is that I would have to email them with any issues related to the product received. Over email ******* wrote that: "We did mention on website that we will send out substitute part, which was a lie, as the product page did not use the word substitute, and PartsIPS has made no offers to send the correct part or provide refund for my purchase. Second, even if it did say "substitute part" - which it did not - the part sent me is not an acceptable substitute for the order. For example, when compared to the Frigidaire item I am replacing (which was shown in the PartsIPS product page picture when I made the purchase), the received basket is not long enough, it does not separate into three pieces, the plastic separator between the first two and last two segments of the basket is too high and on one level, it does not have as many basket segments to hold silverware, it is an Electrolux (not Frigidaire) part, and it does not fit well in the Frigidaire dishwasher. All those deficencies makes the part sent to me NOT a substitute, and certainly not an acceptable substitute, for the Frigidaire silverware basket, and NOT an acceptable replacement part for a Frigidaire dishwasher.

      Ordered parts from this company a month ago, part was damaged. I have sent several emails with pictures of damaged part and did not get any response. Now when I try to call the number, it says the number is disconnected. I sincerely hope they are out of business.

      I ordered a dryer seal #********. WP********. On 11/12/2022.The total cost charged to my credit card was $52.26. I received the product on 11/18/22. When I opened the package one of the rubber attachments was not attached to the rubber ring. The part is damaged. I contacted PartsIPS, and sent them pictures of the damaged part. They are telling me I have to pay a 20% restocking fee and pay for the shipping to return the part. Then they will refund me the difference. Im not asking for a refund Im asking for the same part to be sent undamaged. I dont feel this is ethical for a company to send you me a damaged part and then I have to pay the extra money because they wont exchange it.

      Better Business Bureau:

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Parts International regarding complaint ID ********.  I also contacted my credit card company and gave them all the documentation. They also have not received a response from PartSIPS, so they temporarily gave me back the $52.26.   They stated they are making one more attempt to reach out to PartSIPS and I have to wait another 45 days. If they hear back from the company they may have to reverse the credit.

      Placed an order. IMMEDIATLEY called to cancel. Person on the other end who sounded like they were on a cell phone said just send an email. I had already sent one. I told him that. He said they would take care of it. I got shipping information the next day from them. Replied to that email to cancel. Package arrived and I refused delivery. They've not responded to one email, but they refunded me $24.26 LESS the amount I paid. I'm assuming for shipping fees even though I called and emailed to cancel within 5 minutes of purchase. I've already started they dispute process with on my credit card. Do NOT use this company.

      Ordered part WPW10106710 from Parts IPS. The picture showed the testing probe for $164.17 (plus shipping of $12.99 and tax). I ordered the item. I received an order confirmation. Today, I received a different part in the mail. Part W11224254 from Reliable Parts (another parts distributor). The part that was sent is a testing kit, but not a testing probe, like shown on Parts IPS Website (or the part number on my invoice). The part sent is only $7.83 on Reliable Parts at ****. This is an entirely different part than what I ordered. I only wanted the actual part ordered from this company. I have emailed them to request a refund. I don't want to pay a 20% restock fee or the shipping they charged, as they sent a completely different product (marked up almost 21 times what the **** is). I would have never, ever ordered this product from this company. This is very deceitful. This company must know that the wrong product is shown. I will be putting in a dispute with my credit card company after 24 hours if I don't hear back from them. This was NOT a purchase I would ever authorize. I have attached a copy of my invoice received from the company upon order. I also have a printout directly from their website (where it goes when I click on the link to view order details). Neither the invoice, nor the order details on their website (as of tonight) show that the part sent was different.

      I ordered a product labeled part #WD28X21715. However, I was sent a different part then I was informed it is a replacement part. However, the replacement part does not fit my dishwasher. The part I placed an order for fits, not the part the company decided to send me. Upon contact, I was told they do not carry the part that I ordered, even though it shows in stock. For a return on an item that I did not order, they would charge me to pay for my own shipping and a 20% restocking fee which would make it so that I barely receive a refund at all. I would like the correct item sent, or a full refund including the company paying for the return shipping and I do not want to be charged a restocking fee for their misleading sales tactics.
