      PartsFPS is a company listed on the internet as a parts provider listed within *******.The contact phone number provided is bogus and leads to a recording: "Cellphone not available"The Contact us link does not work.This company is reviewed on Trustpilot and has 23 reviews. 21 of those reviews are rated as a "0"All indicate the exact same issue I have with this company. Although you do not find out there ratings until it is too late due to clever advertising on the web.Attached is a copy of an order placed. The item is pictured on the site and offers the following item:Pictured/Listed JET FORCE drain valve, for Frymaster fryer.After the order what you actually receive is a drop ship generic china item not nearly the same listed/Pictured.Instead a much lower quality generic item. The listings and company statement in no manner advise they swap out the Pictured/Listed items with much lower quality generic junk After the purchase arrives, customers immediately attempt to contact FPS Parts, and find the Phone number does not work and the contact us does not work.If you reply to invoice to where was charged on a credit card you get the pasted reply.If you want to return the parts you ordered, please see our return policy below. - We retain the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned. - In order to obtain a refund, prior approval must be given by us.- Please obtain a return authorization number. I am wanting this company to provide me a full refund and if they desire the item back to provide a return ship label, but can only get a automated response telling me to pay for return ship plus 20% restock for generic bogus item.Order number #***** I refuse to pay shipping and restocking for bogus company with bogus information and not item as described.Company need reported to local police department for Internet fraud!

      On Aug. 26, 2021 I ordered 2 ea. Jenn-Air **** top cartridges P/N JEA7000ADWA in white (**). They shipped me 2 ea. JEA7000ADBA cartridges in black (BA). These parts were shipped from Reliable Parts in ********, ** directly to us. I contacted Reliable Parts and they indicated that PartsIPS ordered the black cartridges to be shipped (white was not available). Total price for the cartridges was $406.30. I called Parts IPS more than eight or nine times to finally get someone on the phone. They said to contact them via email which I did - over and over. They finally responded with multitude of road blocks to include their return policy which said I had to pay for the shipping back to Reliable Parts and it was strictly up to them whether or not to give refund. I fought them with more emails and finally gave up. They wanted me to send the parts back without an RMA number but note on the paperwork "Did not need part, returning for credit." I assume this was to scam me with the 20% restocking fee. I returned the parts on 10-14-21 to Reliable and will attach the proof of delivery. The parts were in the original unopened packages. I provided the *** to PartsIPS and have not received a refund in the amount of $431.32 which includes my return shipping cost of $25.02 or for any amount thus far. The only response has been that they would check with the warehouse! I have since checked online reviews for this company and found my complaint to be identical to many others listed. This is a SCAM perpetuated repeatedly!

      Placed order on 9/18, received the wrong product, multiple attempts to resolve. Received only generic messages until finally asking to send the product back at my own expense and receive a refund minus shipping which is not acceptable. Was also sent an invoice to return the item that did not match my purchase. Would like a full refund and will return the incorrect item when I receive prepaid postage label.

      I purchased a microwave door from Partsips and they incorrectly displayed online a fit for my current microwave door. I want to return it and they are giving me the run around telling me I need to pay return shipping and get an RMA number which they won’t give me and it’s their fault! Plus they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee and again it’s their fault! You cannot get a hold of them on phone and I have emailed them several times with all information and still no RMA!

      I placed an order Friday night and realized five minutes later that it was the wrong part. Since it was the weekend and their customer service is only open Mon-Fri, I emailed them immediately to cancel the order and then early Monday morning I called customer service. I was told that in order to cancel the order, I would have to email them. I explained that I had already done this, and asked the customer service rep to confirm that if I had emailed already, the order would be cancelled. He confirmed.Today, however, I got an email saying that the order had shipped, and when I called back, they told me that because it had shipped from the manufacturer they can't cancel the order.

      Purchased a refrigerator part - the PartsIPS website stated it should fit my refrigerator model #. Also stated refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. When part arrived, it did not fit my model. Reached out immediately to find out how to return and was told to send email requesting a return authorization #. I have sent 4 emails requesting this and have called numerous times and was told the only way to return was via an email request. I still have not received an RA from them. I am approaching the 30 day return deadline in 9 days. Told them today that I was reporting to BBB if I didn't hear back today. Representative said to file a complaint if I didn't get a response today. I am requesting a refund and will ship the product back once they provide the ***
