      I hired them in December of 2022. It is almost July. The communication is a horrible. I have to schedule a week or more out to speak with the tax preparer, who is actually the second tax preparer I was assigned. *** must of quit or been fired. Not that he was much use. The service is hot garbage at best. I keep getting told that my case has been expedited. I guess from mega slow to super slow. Ive been asking for a refund for over a week.

      I am not a customer of this company nor will I ever be a customer with this company. This company keeps calling me from multiple numbers up to three or four times a week. Never leaving a message just spamming my phone number. I have no desire to do business with this company and have never done any business with this company. I have sent numerous cease-and-desist letters to this company as well as blocked many of the phone calls that have come in or ignored them yet this company keeps contacting me. I need this to stop and I will request through the Better Business Bureau the assistance in doing this, this is a formal complaint lodged against **** accountant.

      I contracted with 1-800-accountant to complete my taxes. The company purposely waited to schedule meetings etc until after the 30 day trial period and when they did setup a meeting, they were a no show for the meeting which put me outside of the 30 days. They gave me a partial refund since they didnt provide me any service but I am requesting a full refund for money that I paid and service I did not receive.

      In March of 2023, I subscribed to **** Accountant. Their role was to file my taxes, handle my book keeping and file relative state related paperwork. Their book keeper never touched my books. I reached out the company twice, with no action on the book keepers end. I am now grossly behind on my books and the filing on my paperwork. I have asked for a refund of these services, as they were never provided. I asked for a refund on 6/2/2023 and today 6/12/2023, My subscription was canceled, by the money I paid for services that were never performed has not been refunded.

      ***** Accountant reached out to me at the beginning of launching my business in or about July 2021. They promised me to assist me with everything booking, tax filing and tax planing related for both my personal and business entity. From the get go it was very difficult for them to respect and join out established meetings. As time went on I kept worrying more and more about filling my taxes and making sure that everything was properly done because I wanted to take advantage of write offs and deductions and a startup business and I did not want to have a huge tax liability. As of today I have not been able to sit down with them and prepare my 2020, 2021 & 2022 taxes. I've emailed them and express to them my concern and have not heard from them. In addition to all of this they have limited my online features due to lack of payment even though one of the conversations we had was that I'd pay the last payment on the agreement once they helped me file my taxes and I get a return.

      On November 4,2022, I received a call from ******, demanding me to make a payment, she said with the payment, I get their software for my business, free tax advisors, and they will do my bookkeeping, and filing of my taxes. I told her I need to take a couple courses to prepare me more, she said no, you don't need to do that, we are here to help you. I had to call my bank, as I explained to ****** that I have a $500. Limit s day, so no transaction can come out without the banks permission. I made the payment of $1317.45. she said next payment is in 30 days ****** went to take the payment automatically, my bank called me immediately, they said they knew it was fraudulent, so my account was frozen for 60 days. I had no access. I said to her, I signed up through Zhen, and they said it's free. I told my son, who has 2 businesses through Zhen as well, he said no ma, you pay nothing. ********************************************************* to pay. After the payment, I called,spoke to ***** in *****, who was ********************** did not mention a 30 days refund, ******* also tried to help me, he said I could get refunded. January 23,2023 I made second payment of $1317.44. total of $2634.89. and I only got a call from ** explaining how the business work. I got nothing else. My business is still not up and running. ****** said I have to pay and I can start when I am ready. How do I start when ***** said I only have their service for a year. I have read most customer reports on this company. It's shameful that they can scam people and gets away with it. I would love to have my money back. I had a car accident, was out of work.       I have hired the 800 accountant service after a lengthy conversation with the sales rep.Expert advise from multiple accountants, multiple levels to review and file my taxes.Unfortunately, I had to track down my advisors for missed appointments. Tax advisor was unaware of the tax extensions in **********. New advisor and accountant was assigned to my case and after paying the initial taxes federal and state, the accountant didn't add one of hte dependent and forgot about the initial taxes she had asked me to pay. Manager **************** took over the case and he said he fixed the issues. Again, ****** (manager accountant) didn't catch the mistakes the previous cpa had made. Now ****** is telling me they will waive the future cost.I do not want the future cost waived. I cannot trust this company to handle my taxes. All the errors would have cost me over $15,000.00 dollars. I have hired another accountant company to file my taxes. 800 accountant did not finished the job and they made multiple errors, I have mentioned to my advisors and emails of all the errors. As of today I have found errors of the tax filings. Refund for the prepaid funds of $2,781.39 back to my credit card. Thank You

      800 accountant is not reimbursing the fee's I have paid in advance for the income tax filing. Submitting a copy of the message from the 800 accountant and I. ****** R the accountant handling my case have acknowledgement of discarding the filing which she had prepared.

      I had to hire another CPA to file my income tax. ****** M the 800 accountant manager refuse to accept his mistakes and offer to credit for future services. Why would I accept the future services when the current service was voided due to multiple mistakes.

      I have opened an credit charge dispute because the service was not completed.

      I have not received the refund for the payments I have made. The work was never finished and I refuse the future payment waiver.  800 accountant refund policy is a joke. The clients have to pay in advance believing the work will be done correctly.

      Payments are paid months ahead of the tax preparation date. When the client finds an error and not satisfied with the work the 800 accountant refund policy has already lapsed and offers a waiver for the future tax preparation. Why would anyone ask for the refund and accept future tax preparations 

      from the people they cannot trust. The attached clearly shows the future payment waiver due to incomplete work. I would like to receive my refund for the work that has not been completed. 800 accountant refund policy is a joke, client has to pay up front months ahead when issue arises they hide behind 30 days refund policy.

      I hired **** Accountant to do my taxes December 20th 2022 and they charged me $2600 and told me I didn't have to do anything they would take care of everything. I submitted $28,000 worth of receipts I was supposed to get a refund of $12,000 . They didn't do anything and never contacted me telling me what I needed to do or anything. As time got nearer to April 15th they basically just threw their hands up hung me out to dry. Basically what happened was I paid the $2600 and got nothing in return. Fraud at it's very best.I could only download ********* of very many that I have but have several more if you need them.

      On April 20(23), I made my first payment to said company. Never using any service or receiving any product by may 6(23), I decided to refund, i called and expressed my feelings. I was told the billing ppl would call me back after the cancel. After no call and a cancelled extra fee I ask was isn't it canceled and where is my refund. They stated we can start it now (refund) and your within your days but she didnt handle the process. I said ok she proceeded to make me wait for about an hour. Then another gets on the phone to tell me I can't get my refund cause they are are considering the day of as my day of cancelation. Making it out of some 30 day agreement date. What I have in my pictures are my first transactions and the canceled charge, plus all my phone records with them.

      Unfortunately I lost my father about seven months ago I was his sole caretaker along with my mother but shes also handicapped shes blind in one eye. My father was in hospice at home for over a year until he passed away. Shortly after that I was trying to do some thing to help my mom make up for his income loss and so I started cleaning on top of my regular job. I wanted to make sure my taxes were handled correctly and that everything was OK for me and my mom when i called 1 800 accountant *************************** said by going with them it would be a gold mine a treasure chest that they would help me get a big refund back. Well That was in January and I had given them all of my information at the end of February early March so that my taxes would be done. They kept stating they didnt get my paperwork and they were giving me the runaround they also had me with several different accountants instead of just one I never had the same person on the phone it was very confusing.. I started trying to get a hold of *************************** or anyone else to tell them I no longer wanted to service very early on Because I couldnt afford $260 a month for someplace who wasnt helping me at all.. Not to mention on top of it all about a month ago I have broken my leg Im in a really bad position Im just trying to take care of my mom and I feel this company has absolutely taken my money and not helped me one bit.. please if you can help I would be forever grateful as there is tears streaming down my face as I write this. I cant imagine how many other they have done this to. Thank you for listening.
