  These guys are a complete scam and I HIGHLY recommend you avoid using them to buy or fix an HVAC at all costs. They sold us a unit in the summer of '23 and we've already needed them to service it multiple times. The service at this point has cost us more than the unit. Most recently the heater hasn't been working. When they come over -- and even that is dramatic because they never show when they're supposed to and then lie about having come or called you (even though iphones note missed calls too ... moronic) -- they diagnose a problem but almost never have the capability to fix it on site. So then they take the unit out of the house leaving nothing but a shoddy piece of cardboard to cover a freezing, gaping hole. When they eventually returned the unit, the problem persisted. $500 for what, exactly? No record, ***, that the issue they claimed was actually the issue. Which is curious because NOW they're saying the issue is something else and they want to charge for that too. No credit whatsoever for the fact that they misdiagnosed the problem to begin with. These guys are liars, cheats, frauds and incompetent miscreants. DO NOT USE THEM. Do not buy from them. Do not get service from them. Steer clear. Consider yourself warned. I only clicked one-star because I was forced to. Zero stars.

  This company is a complete scam. They have thousands of different websites, but its the same company. They charged $3,000 to fix the *** but they didnt fix anything. Then they said it was a problem within the building and we were the only ones with no AC at all. They sent new technicians to check, and they told us it was the compressor. *****, the owner, said he couldnt find the compressor and that he would issue a refund. He completely disappeared and didnt issue any refund. We have been without AC for weeks! Terrible company, terrible service. COMPLETE SCAM.

  THIS IS A VERY BAD COMPANY. They don't care about what they are giving you for your money. I placed an order late April last year and the delivery was done around November 7, 2022. Fall was not so bad compared to the winter that was very cold. The Unit was not working for all winter. I had to use a portable heater to keep the kitchen and living room warm. Then came summer and the unit still did not wok; it was useless. I called the company to complain about the Unit. They send 2 technicians to fix what ever did not work and they failed. I call them back again, the technician tried to fix it but still the unit wasn't cooling air. I lost count for how many time a technician came to fix the unit. Finally one day, the technician came and took it back to their place to fix. Unfortunately, I did not get the same unit back. They brought back a very old and ***** unit with the cord broken in four places to replace my bran new Suburban heater/air conditioner that I paid $3,973.92 for. I told the technician that the unit that they brought to my apartment is not my new unit but he told me that it is my new unit. I find out how terrible the unis was is wen I put it on heat and I wat to pout it on, tried to put it on standby the unit never stopped. I decided to check inside and outside. I found that everything was ***** wherever there was a s**** I did not enjoy the unit at all. This unit is just plain headache. My desire right now is to get my money back but it seems like this company is the law and they can take people money at ease without serious consequences.

  They told me an issue with my HVAC which wasn't accurate, they left without fixing the problem even though I told them it still wasn't working and to please not leave. I then called them to come back and was told they would return later that evening and they never showed up. The next day two different techs came and they still couldn't diagnose the problem. They left again despite me telling them it still wasn't working and they could not answer simple questions about the hvac. They did not seem qualified to do their job and it seemed I knew more about hvacs than they did. They did not stand by their 3 month guarantee and stole my $1,000. They have not responded to my phone calls or emails. Run far away-- not only because they are not professional but mostly because their techs do not know what they are doing.

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I called them to fix my ac unit that wasn't working and to check on my one in my bedroom. They first gave me a window from 1 to 5 pm and said that they would call 30 to 45 minutes before they arrive. Well, 5 pm comes and goes and no one shows up or calls. After calling their office, they come at 6:30. Fine, whatever. They tell me that the living room unit either needs a new part or needs to be replaced, and we elect to replace it. The bedroom unit needs to go for cleaning, but can't be cleaned here and needs to be taken away to do so. So, they take the bedroom one away and say they'll get it to me on Monday and the next day (window from 1-5) they replace the living room one. Everything good so far... but then on Monday, I get a call from my super telling me the new unit is leaking onto the apartment below mine. So I call the office, and the front desk tells me that they'll have my bedroom unit delivered to me on Wednesday and they'll send someone along to check the new one that's leaking. On Wednesday (window from ****), two guys show up who clearly have no idea what they're doing and who don't bring my bedroom unit and know nothing about it. These two guys take the cover off, look at the leaking unit from the outside, and put the cover back on in 2 mins - saying that it's supposed to leak because it's a new unit. I call the office AGAIN and get told that the unit will be delivered on Friday and they'll send over a specialty technician (window from 10-12).On Friday, at 11:45 I call and ask what's going on. First the woman tells me I'm on the list. When I pressure her, she ends up telling me that the technician called out sick from work today so they're not sending it today and they will get it to me tomorrow. THIS IS THE FIFTH DAY I HAVE SAT AROUND WAITING FOR THEM - THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE THEM
