Order ************ highlighted the discrepancies between advertised prices ($97-$397) and the reality of official Platinum tickets. The lack of clarity regarding these tickets left consumers in the dark, questioning Ticketmaster's transparency.During the presale rush, a countdown clock pressured purchases, hindering the thorough review of ticket details. Attempts to cancel the order immediately upon noticing discrepancies were futile due to Ticketmaster's interface limitations and unclear cancellation policies.Contacting Ticketmaster's customer service revealed a disturbing trend of deflecting responsibility. I purchased tickets to see ***************** ****** crue def leopard and poison at **********. The show was cancelled 2 years ago. It was cancelled due to Covid . I purchased 2 tickets which cost me ******. Ticket master will not refund my money or issue me replacement tickets . I have tried for two years and have not gotten any where with a resolution. You can only email them and they dont reapond
