    I had purchased tickets for a jelly roll concert that was rescheduled. Ive been trying to get a refund since it was rescheduled from a Saturday to a monday . The ticket i paid for were ****** each after fees $575.20 my seats weren't even that great and now you can get front row for less than $200 each. They only offered for me to resell but id never get what i paid or lucky to even sell considering how many seats and how low they are selling for .so i was hoping to do an exchange for at-least better seating so i have a better chance of resell for some of my money and they wont allow it because their alot cheaper than I paid , so i asked if i exchanged the 2 and got one or two more to equal the amount and even to lose more money if they would agree and still no . there is no tickets that are better at same price or higher price available and they refuse to refund or do a fair exchange . **************** has been terrible they never answer their phones it took 3 hours to get someone on the phone to only hang up as i tried to figure a solution that works for us both and i was very respectful just looking for a solution that they are unwilling to help with because its basically robbery they way they run their ticket sales that get rescheduled

    I purchased tickets to see ***************** ****** crue def leopard and poison at **********. The show was cancelled 2 years ago. It was cancelled due to Covid . I purchased 2 tickets which cost me ******. Ticket master will not refund my money or issue me replacement tickets . I have tried for two years and have not gotten any where with a resolution. You can only email them and they dont reapond
