I told her I could give them balance an DD info on the account still was rude then she said she would send me a link to my phone to verify. then another teller started to be rood and interrupting me they told me to leave. there are several different ways that could have been handled.I will be closing my accounts I do have other banking options they seem to not care if the customers are happy or not. it is our money we should not have to get this frustrated trying to get it. 1 starno stars, been a customer of Chase for at least 2 decades, only now have run into Chase's deal breaking inconsistencies. i was added to an account that I had been managing for 3 years upon my father's passing, when I was added, my father's name was removed and we lost ALL his bill pay payees and ***** recipients, not only am i having to re-enter them all, but Chase is telling me to add them under my other profile, this is unacceptable, and I am repetitively having to reconfirm my identity EVERY time I try to log in to my mother's profile to conduct business. Don't do business with Chase, CSR's will introduce themselves as supervisors and then can't get anything done. I had a CSR tell me there were no notes in the sytem concerning my issues, which I know was a lie since a previous CSR said he could could see the history of our issues over the past week & ½. Chase = perpetual frustrations. Although confirmed multiple times to manage and do business for my mother's account, Chase now seems to need me to call them and conference in my mother any time I use their online system with the desire to transact their online servicesReview fromSTEVEN D

1 starChase misrepresented the interest penalty on a CD, I deposited over 100k and we clearly explained to Chase that we need the funds to be liquid as we were in the midst of purchasing a house. Chase said the early withdrawal would be one month' interest which we were fine with. After almost nine months and just a few days to maturity we withdrew the funds. The new Chase representative deducted over $2,800 in penalties instead of the one month. I have been banker for over forty years, I would have never placed funds in the CD knowing that as my other savings account at another bank earned just as much as the CD. Chase took advantage of two seniors, we complained but just received a bogus investigation from India. The Branch offered nothing. They are a greedy NY bank and misrepresent themselves with terms hidden in dozens of pages of account agreements they supply on you on way out.Review fromErik H

1 starI am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience I had at your branch located at **** ******** *** ************* ** ***** on Saturday, March 29, at approximately 10 AM. During my visit, I encountered a kind and professional representative whose name I unfortunately do not remember. She was attentive to my concerns and followed up with me later that day around 1:20 PM. However, the follow-up call with her colleague from your team was quite the opposite. The representative I spoke with did not introduce herself, and her explanation involved an analogy that was confusing and unhelpful. When I tried to respond, she interrupted me multiple times, and despite my request for her to allow me to finish speaking, she threatened to cancel the call if I did not let her speak. Ultimately, she hung up on me after I asked for her name. In my 20 years of banking with Chase, this has been the most unprofessional experience I have encountered. The interaction was rude, disrespectful, and left me feeling unheard and frustrated. Additionally, when I attempted to report my concerns through the general Chase number, I found that there was no mechanism for the branch manager to follow up with customers, which was surprising and disappointing. I believe that constructive feedback is essential for improving customer service, and I hope that my experience will be taken seriously. I look forward to your response and any steps you may take to address this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.Review fromKaren G

1 starI would leave zero stars, if I could. I have been battling with Chase for three weeks now, and it has been a nightmare. I have been a loyal client for over 15 years; my credit card was hacked three months ago. The charges were dropped and I had to be issued a new credit card. I regularly check my online account now, for safety purposes. Three weeks ago, I get my statement in the mail, and the disputed charges were now back on my account, with no forewarning, as Chase had "conducted an investigation, and deemed those charges valid." I was stunned, and still am. It has been an ongoing battle, going back and forth, with no common sense on their end. I am ready to jump ship, and move both my credit cards, as well as my auto loan; they don't deserve my business, and have treated me with no caring, nor respect. My community's police dept. and the BBB have been most helpful, thankfully.Review fromLeslie S

1 starEvery single time I call into Chase customer support, I cringe because they say "Thank you for calling Chase, Mr. ******. How can we help you today sir?" It's hard to believe that in 2025, I have to continuously be reminded of my assigned-sex at birth, and misgendered with incorrect pronouns and honorifics. even by companies like Chase, that supposedly have corporate DEI initiatives.Review fromDonna G

1 starLOUSY time disrespecting irrational senseless experience! Opened checking and savings acct to take advantage of promo requirinv X amount of $$s deposited by certain date Set transfers from the Chase Bank app with my external Credit Union... They sent different amts of change needing to be verified to make sure they hit the account before the transfer was done. The verifications were completed... Every time I try to get the money to transfer the Chase Bank keeps rejecting it Literally hours on phone multiple calls with different levels trying to get around the insanity so I can get my $ in the darn Bank .. First they lied & said that they called the credit union & because they didn't have me on the phone they couldn't verify the account Checked with a credit union who keeps records of everything and they never called Call back or round & round with baloney & people that are just kind of idiots to deal with -button pushing task doers... Then somebody tried to tell me oh no what's on online dept, they sent something to the bank but your bank rejected it which doesn't make any sense because they had already connected with my bank account & the funds they deposited were already verified and they could go back and forth Literally 2 more hours on phone. nowhere I have 8 hours into it at this point. my $$ is in there & if I don't put more money in then I lose the benefit of the promo that I went through all these hurdles to take advantage of to begin with no branches anywhere near where I live... And then they kept saying your credit union is rejecting it. there's somebody in your credit union that's rejecting it & I called the credit union back Another lie! And they don't have computer systems that would reject it &even agreed ridiculous I remembered why I shut down my Amazon card with Chase also bologna back then. Going to shut everything down now. My current Chase card and bank accounts. They stink.Review fromLuiz F

1 starTerrible experience. After I opened my account and had a check from my employer deposited, they restricted and closed my account. I've been treated as a criminal. It has been almost two months since Chase is holding my funds and refuses to give me back. I have been trying to solve this problem in the branch a lot of times and they can do nothing. So, think twice before doing business with them.Review fromFlorence S

1 starHorrible Bank. I am victim of fraud for 6850.00. The bank was not helpful at all. The staff don’t care to help. After being a customer with them for too long Their customer service is pathetic. Do not take your business to them. They did not put a fraud alert on my account until I requested one. My phone was compromised so were 45 other Passwords including my bank. Plus the bank has been comprised 3 times one was January of 2025. Terrible customer help.Review fromKathleen S

5 starsThey could care less about their customers. I was hospitalized last April-May. Somehow someone hacked my ***** account for 2 transactions of $250. As soon s I oticed that when I was discharged I contacted Chase and actually went to my local bank representative for help. We provided the attempts which equalled 9 times someone tried to take money and they were successful twice as stated. We provided proof that I was in the hospital and could not have done the ***** payments. After months I received a letter that they said that I DID MAKE THE ***** PAYMENTS FROM MY COMPUTER......NONSENSE. No matter how much proof they had they refused to help me get my money. My bank representative was upset and upset as well, making even more phone calls for me. Chase out sources and they hardly speek English well or understand what you are complaining about, I have to change all of my accounts and my family cannot believe that after being rescusitated I had to deal with this. Big millionaires who do not care about their customers.
