      Im writing to file a formal complaint about this companys unacceptable handling of my account and funds. After discontinuing use of the platform and canceling any pending transactions, a large and unauthorized withdrawal was suddenly pulled from my external bank account without my approval. I did not authorize this deposit, and I immediately requested that it be reversed.Despite my clear communication, the company restricted my account, citing a "manual review" due to risk concerns. However, all legitimate transactions had already settled, and there is no valid reason for them to continue withholding my money. When I attempted to access or withdraw the remaining balance from the "Instant" section, I received a message stating my account was not authorized for transfers.Ive repeatedly requested a same-day resolution and the return of my funds, but all I've received are generic responses that ignore the urgency and fail to address the fact that this deposit was not authorized by me. It's deeply concerning that a financial service provider can pull funds from your account without consent, then freeze access with no clear or immediate recourse..

      I recently opened an account they took two payments totaling up to $56. I tried to transfer the money any they said it was denied and they took my money. I closed my account and emailed customer service no response. I just want my money back.

      Something is definitely wrong with my account. I haven’t been able to sign into my account since 2018. Because i changed my number. I’m looking into the account and it’s saying it’s been still taking money and depositing money. But i never signed in until 2 days ago. Where was this money being deposited to? And i never signed in to request a deposit can someone look into this asap. Where was this money being deposited to? I don’t see any account linked to the transfers.

      I have been locked out of my account. I tried to cancel but I still get hit with a fee every month despite trying to cancel multiple times. Their resolution bot is designed to keep you going in circles and for some reason you cannot call them. They make it impossible to cancel so they can keep charging you a fee. This is a scam company that needs to be stopped. It should be illegal for a company to hide themselves from being reached out to by customers. This is an absolute scam and someone needs to stop this company.

      This company is the worst ever. I have tried to find a number to call them so that I can get my money back that they have continually pulled from my bank account over drafting it at ***** dollars a pop everyone you pull money over that is not there. I am very disappointed at what they have been doing and that you cant contact a live person.

      Do you not use this company? I repeat do you not use this company? Ive been a customer of theirs since they first started up and everything was great until I started having larger deposits into my account and their transfer policy changed. so instead of my funds being available within one to two business days after the deposit its about 3-5 business days before the monies transferred from my bank account. Dont let there be a large transaction where in my case it was $7000. you would think after its been transferred to your Qapital account. You can then transfer money wherever or even your spending account. Not the case they will place your account on hold or freeze your account unbeknownst to you And then, when you try to transfer funds youre not able to transfer funds then they tell you that theyre just auditing and theyre wanting to make sure that the fence clear and that theres no chance of it being taken back which they now say takes another 3 to 5 days, so why would it already takes 3 to 5 days for the money to hit my capital count? I know I have to wait another 3 to 5 days before the so-called hold they have is removed from my Account makes no sense at all. Also, because I did not know there was a hold on my account. I ended up being charging in a selfie for my credit card company because I made a payment when my account wasnt on hold and when they tried to withdraw the funds they werent able to because capital put my account on hold Now Im asking them to refund me the *** charge that my credit card company is going to charge me and Im sure theyre gonna tell me theyre unable to do that but things have not been right with them over the last few years. I do feel like some funds are not transferred to my account based on what my calculations are, but they tell me that its correct. ***** with a company where you cant speak to anyone should have been a red flag but because of these issues and that its costing me more money Im closing my acct

      Others said it well. The company started charging a monthly subscription fee with no clear notification or approval of the user. I would also argue this is illegal under GDPR because of the insane ways they try to stop you from leaving the service and ending the monthly subscription.

      This company is a total scam. I, like other reviewers said, created this account in 2017 and used it for maybe less than a year. It was 100% free and I never consented or agreed to upgrade my account at all. My profile was totally inactive and they randomly decided to charge me 8$ a month for years. I just now noticed and had to go back and forth with someone over email for weeks to even get a resolution. I NEVER consented to any of these charges and will be disputing them.

      Closing my account, every time I try to make changes or update my account they're requesting me to send over my drivers license and other personal documentation. None of these documents were requested when I first opened my account so I don't understand why they're requesting them now. You can't call and speak to anyone everything is done through email. I refuse to send my personal documents through email.

      I had money withdrawn from my funding account. It said it was scheduled to be available in my Qapital account on August 2. By the end of the week I was still unable to use the money. I messaged Qapital and they said it was a glitch and $348 was erased from my account. They said my funding account didnt have enough money to transfer, however that money shows withdrawn and it has seemingly disappeared.
