On 4/10/25 I was sent an auto-replenish for products I did not order and had already communicated to the company that I did not want.On 4/18/25 I attempted to return auto-replenish shipment, the website would not recognize my purchase so I could return the product.On 4/18/23 I communicated to the company that I am having difficulty returning their product that I did not order. I reported to them while I have communicated to them after returning their last shipment on 1/10/25 that I am continuing to get auto-replenishment. They emailed me back with a link to return the product that was not activated.I called the company at ************. After a greeting by the company, the phone disconnects. I can not find a way through the website to cancel auto-replenish; the only options available are to change the time of the auto-replenish. I've deleted my payment method, emailed the company again, and have filed a dispute with my credit card company.Business Response

I ordered a free trial and would only be charged if I chose to keep the product. I never received the product. I received an email stated the product was being return to sender. So I let it be. This was early March. In the last week I was charged for the product. I have reached out to the company asking for a refund and explaining the situation. Instead I have received emails stating lies and falsehoods and what seems to be an AI response. I have submitted screenshots of proof to them as well and nothing.Business Response

04/26/2025 I signed up for a try before you buy from this company. Which to me means they won't charge you account until you have had the product for a certain amount of time! 2 days later the $ came out of my bank account plus for an extra product that I did not ask for!!! This company has managed to throw my bank account into the negative and overdraft charges have been applied!!!Business Response

I have contacted the company several times about a product I wish to no longer have auto shipped to me based on dissatisfaction of the product. I have asked to talk with customer service and they reply that I must connect through email . I do receive responses stating that because I ordered the product and check auto shipments I agreed to that upgrade me Im stuck with the product for one year. I am not looking for a refund of the product that was shipped but a refund of the auto shipment plan and to cancel auto shipment . I have requested several times , but the company sends me policy that I am stuck with a product that I dont like for a year . After several emails I receive the same auto generated responses and am unable to speak with a human. Buyer beware from this company . They should state all sales are final , because they do not support customer service . Please help me as this product I have is not worth the money and simply does not work as advertised! I just want a refund that I paid paying upfront for the continued shipment of the product . Refund of my payment and to have the auto shipment of the product stopped.Business Response

I completed a 3-day Foundation Study on March 27th for an $85 IL Makiage gift card. The title of the email said that I would receive the $85 gift card within a week. The body of the email said I would receive it in a week or so. It's been a month and I have not received it. I've reached out a multitude of times at this point. Neither of the emails associated with the testing reply to my emails. IL Makiage on ******** messenger has been responding to me and seemingly trying to help, but I'm getting the run around from the testing team and I have not to date received my gift card. I ended up receiving product through a subscription plan I never signed up for. I made many attempts to contact them to receive a shipping label and via communication with email we always got as far as agreeing they would send me the shipping label but they never did. I ended up having to canceling my debit card and keep the unwanted and very pricey product.Business Response

I initially placed an order to Il Makiage back in October of 2024. The order did not work out for me so I cancelled my subscription. Or so I thought I did. 6 months later, I received a bank notice that they charged me for an "auto-subscription" order of $65.81. Upon noticing this, I immediately logged into my Il Makiage account but was met with a message that it was too late to cancel my order. Typically subscriptions will notify you via email that an order will be placed. I didn't receive this email. I also did not receive a confirmation email of when the order was actually placed. I checked my account and noticed that I was on a subscription for "every 4 months", but this order was placed 6 months after my initial sign up. I submitted a form on their "contact us" landing page, but have not yet had my issue addressed. I have reached out to their team on Instagram, and they refuse to help me or truly acknowledge what I am saying to them and just refer me to their "Pro Team". I've sent an email and several follow *** to their Pro team at *********************************** but have not heard any correspondence. It has been 5 days of actively trying to get in contact with someone who can help. I tried to initiate a refund via my online account and their website is not allowing me to proceed. I do not want this product. I do not want to do business with this company anymore. I am very unhappy and still to this day have not received a confirmation email for the order that they placed without my knowledge. I want a refund and will willingly send back their product. But their lack of communication and willingness to help has been nothing short of aggravating.Business Response

I ordered a sample on Friday 4/25/25 from IL Makiage which was supposed to charge $5.90 for shipping , I did not sign up for a subscription or agree to any future products! I have a pending charge on my card for $72.45 . I have contacted my credit card company as well as pay pal ! I have emailed them twice to cancel even though I didnt subscribe to anything! I have gotten no response! They never even got my shipping address so I wont be receiving anything! This is a scam ! This company automatically signed me up for auto renewal when I did not create an account. I messaged to cancel immediately after and was told that they could help if I replied again. I replied and asked them to cancel. I have heard nothing since, and now they shipped the extra item and charged me.
