I PLACED AN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OVER 7 MONTHS AGO. AT THE **** I DIDN'T REALIZE IT WAS SOME KIND OF AUTO ORDER. I was charged a second time. I sent an email again to cancel. This past week I was charged AGAIN. I'm now being told I have to return the product in order to be reimbursed. I have moved since I ordered this product in june. I saw this product on either ******** or Instagram. Sounded great. I wore the foundation for a year or more. Then due to health reasons I was not in the sun as much and my color became lighter. I tried to discontinue my subscription but it still kept coming. I decided if I was going to get it id try a lighter shade. That didnt work either. I managed to call the company and spoke to very nice lady who promised I would not receive product or be charged anymore. I now have four (4) shipments that Ive been charged for and would like to return and get my money back. Help!!Business Response

I had cancelled my subscription to Il Makiage after receiving the FIRST installment of makeup MONTHS ago. They just tried to take another 38 dollars out of my account after so long and I haven't signed up for anything new with them. This nearly 40 dollars is going to hurt me financially.Business Response

I took an online survey for makeup consultation to find my match. I was offered a free bottle of makeup minus shipping fee. The bottle arrived with a free gift of makeup concealer. About three months later another package arrived. I made several attempts to contact the company by going back to the site but it kept trying to get me to sign up. I eventually made contact to remove my information and nolonger bill me. Then about two months after that I received another package of concealer. I returned the item but have not been refunded. Now every two months I get a package and I return item unopened. I need a refund of my money to be credit back to my credit card, which I never gave permission to bill my credit card to this companyBusiness Response

On 1 1/29/22 I ordered a sample of IL Makiage cosmetics. I was charged in full. The same day I received a notification that I was charged another charge of $82. I havent even received the product . I didnt know anything about a pre authorization charge. I emailed as soon as I got the message from my bank. I tried to cancel on line and discovered I had to cancel by emailing them immediately and I requested a refund. Their customers service rep apologized and assured me that the pre authorization charge would drop off my account within 3 to 4 days. Safe to say it been 5 days and that charge is still on my account and I havent seen their products to even ship them back to their company. This is a rip off and giving me a $30 off coupon isnt helpful when you are not pleased with their false advertisement of a 14 day trial for $6.00 but in reality its $88!!! I have been emailing this company all week and nothing has been resolved but an apology.Business Response

A pre-authorization, or a temporary hold, simply authorizes the card, the funds are still in your account and do not get transferred to us unless you choose to keep the product 14 days after delivery. I have canceled your trial today 12/12, so you will never be charged for the items. You were never actually charged for the order and will never be charged for it. Any hold should have fallen off of your statements by now. Ive also refunded you for the shipping cost. This company put a hold on my account for the full price of the product when they advertise a free trial. I am very upset that they have the ability to do this. The company originally declined my order and then two days later put a hold on my account. I've not received any product and do not want it at this point. I first ordered a trial of the foundation makeup in March after seeing their TikTok ad. In hindsight I wish I wouldve read the multitude of complaints against IL Makiage first. When placing the order I specifically did NOT enroll in auto replenish. Which is why I was completely surprised to be billed another ***** in July. After emailing customer support and telling them I didnt have auto replenish they immediately issued a refund and told me to keep the new product if and when I received it and apologized for their error. Imagine my shock on November 11th when I saw ANOTHER $***** charge on my credit card statement. This company deceptively enrolls ALL new customers in auto replenish without their consent. Then every 3 or 4 months they withdraw money hoping youll never notice or decide its too big of a headache to return the product. Theres only one word to describe this deceitful business model: SCAMBusiness Response

I purchased makeup foundation from them over a year and a half ago and today I saw an attempted charge on my account for ***** when I did not buy anything. Plus I did not receive anything in my email about a order confirmation. They are scamming people out of money and keeping peoples cards in their system and using those cards to make transactions. And now Ive seen it first hand. My card should not have been saved in your system to begin with. I do not appreciate the lack of professionalism and the fact that you all cannot own up to the fact that you tried STEALING from me
