      they allow you to order their items, their website exclaims they will ship the items TODAY. cut to, nah, they don't actually have anything in stock. they allow consumers to buy items even though they do not have the inventory to fulfill orders. its so scummy. i got the runaround for a month from their very clearly AI generated replies "assuring" me the items will be sent to me and they are working to update their website. its all BS. Do not even waste your time! Buy your sheets elsewhere.

      Buffy's business practices do not serve their customers and are designed to increase the demand to drive up their sales while clearly not having the bandwidth and supply to follow through on the demand of actual customer-purchased items. To be clear, this is not a simple supply chain issue, they are selling items they knowingly do not have, while also being aware their website reflects availability that is inaccurate, effectively drawing in customers to make the purchases of out-of-stock items and intentionally concealing from their customers that the product is unavailable until after the purchase is made so they can recognize the revenue in that month and inflate their profits.After purchase, they provide an email indicating the item *just* sold out (I received this 3 business days after purchase) with the option to change the color, get a refund, or wait until it's in stock. The date they provided as the option for "waiting" was only 3 weeks away, so I waited. When that day came around without a no shipping confirmation, I reached back out. The timeline was moved back another month. At that time, I opted to change the color instead of wait (which meant it wouldn't match my other items purchased). After 3 washes, I noticed abnormal wear and tear on the outer edge of a pillow sham. I reached out with a photo asking for a replacement and sharing that we had only used the sheets for 1.5 months. I was asked to share the detergent type as well as the settings on my washer/dryer as well as share additional photos to ensure no "misuse" which is frankly ridiculous. I also do not have the ability to leave a review on their website, which presently boasts 4.7 star average reviews. No wonder!! This company's practices are shameful and I felt I had a responsibility to share my experience in the hopes that someone holds them accountable for their poor and deceitful business practices, at the very least so they can improve to be a more customer-first business.

      Not trustworthy, and do not adhere to their own policies. I wish I'd found this site before ordering a duvet cover. They, like so many companies now, want their customers to do their charity work for them. Even without opening a package, they do not want it sent back for a refund, they want the customer to take it to a charity and do it for them. Photograph themselves donating the item and then, maybe, they'll return your money. Disgusting organization. Have been trying to find the CEO's email online but, naturally, that is beyond difficult.

      Place an order for a comforter through Buffy *** in ******** in February. This was a wedding gift for my nephew. After the wedding I spoke to his mother my sister and asked if her son and his wife like the comforter we sent. She said they didnt receive a comforter from anyone. I purchased the comforter using my PayPal account. So, I reached out to PayPal and filed a claim. They contacted Buffy and asked them to show proof of delivery. Buffy never responded. I then emailed Buffy directly still no answer. This was a $169.00 purchase and PayPal is telling me there is nothing more they can do. Beware of this online seller.

      I ordered two items three days ago for them to email me this morning saying that they were unable to fill my order on both items because they "just" sold out. So if they "just" sold out then why is my order the one to take a hit when the order was placed THREE days ago? Why is your inventory not accurately reflected on the back end to have avoided this? THREE DAYS. There's no excuse. This is poor service, period. I will never give Buffy my business in the future. This is not something that should happen. & I'm really bummed about this because I had been wanting Buffy for ********* finally pulled the trigger just to end up getting nothing in the end. Needless to say, I'll be purchasing from their competitor, hopefully they have it together. I've worked in ************************ before, there's tons of different systems out there to avoid this from happening & I promise you if other customers got the same email that I did this morning you'll be losing more money than you are making it. Shame on you.

      I do not usually write reviews but the $0 for 7 days is a scam marketing tactic. Ive been looking forward to buying a Buffy comforter for over a year. I was going to buy it after my payday this Friday but since they were having a Mothers Day sale and offer a $0 for 7 days free trial I decided to get it this past Sunday thinking it would work out perfectly and I could decide if I wanted to keep it or get their other comforter by the time I was originally going to buy it. Its not free for 7 days! There is no point to the trial because they charge you immediately! They excused this as not really charging the card yet because its just a hold but I dont have access to the funds. My card was charged and my bank cant do anything about it because its pending and set to go through this Thursday (which is only 4 days after ordering!). I got a response to my email requesting a refund saying that they apologize for any confusion. When you place your order, a temporary hold will be placed on your card, which may appear as pending or processing. This is to ensure your payment method is valid, but it will not actually post to the account until the end of the trial. The trial ends 8 days after you place your order. - absolutely ridiculous! This should be clearly stated. I understand them wanting to verify that customers have the funds available but this should be clearly stated. There is no reason for them to advertise the trial without transparency other than to trick people. They have a 50 day return policy so if you are being charged either way dont bother with the trial. I am unable to pick up medicine that I need today because of this. Its my fault for not budgeting better but I wouldnt have bought a Buffy comforter until after my payday if this was clear. At this point I doubt Ill want to keep the comforter just from this experience. Their phone number on the transaction is fake as well you can only contact them via email.

      This company has the worst company service and they have no idea what their inventory is. I ordered something and they took my money and emailed me weeks later saying they just sold out of the color. They listed other colors and I picked one and they responded 3 days later saying they were out of that one too. This is a lot of money for something I dont even want. Not okay

      I placed an order on Feb 9th. The order confirmation email indicated that the item would ship next day with 3 to 5 day ground delivery. On the 14th, the pending charge on my credit card was processed, which shouldn't have happened until my item had shipped. On about the 16th, I started trying to reach the company. Emails were bounced back as "Address Unknown" and I could find no telephone number for ***************** When I eventually found a found a phone number, it had a continuous busy signal. I then reached out through PayPal. The Buffy email link provided by PayPal worked. On the 18th, I received an email from "******" stating that she had followed up and determined that my order was in Fulfillment. On the 19th, I received a 'shipped' email, but the *** tracking number provided was not recognized by *** who indicated they had no details for the order. It is now the 23rd and still no valid tracking information and no pillow. This company is committing out and out fraud. The ***************** should investigate to revoke any business licensing.

      I ordered two pillows for my wife for her anniversary on February 8 and the shipping said it would be 3 to 5 days. I expected it to arrive prior to February 14 which was her anniversary. Today is February 21 and I still have not received it. I have sent three emails and you cannot reach them by phone because all you get is a busy signal. I will not be using them again.

      Shipment never arrived and the company does not insure/guarantee delivery for expensive items. Should at the very least have shipping carriers require signatures for delivery. I filed a police report to have them replace the items and its been almost a week since I sent them what they needed and they have not gotten back to me and sent the replacement out. They are a seedy company and do not have a contact number. Not reliable, not a real business. Would not recommend ordering from here.
