Bowlero won't let a person who is diabetic and with health conditions bring their water bottle in to stay hydrated. I got very sick drinking The free water at Bowlero. I tried to outreach to Bowlero company many times about the issue and they refused to do anything about. Bowlero is the worst and just don't care about their customers, they only care more about making money. When someone is diabetic and becomes dehydrated, their blood sugar spikes and this causes serious health problems and Bowlero still won't allow a diabetic to bring a water. The Greedy Bowlero corporation wants you to pay $5 for a bottle of water when Bowlero already is expensive and over charge to bowl at their center. Bowlero just don't care.

As advertised, the promotion explicitly promised "nonstop fun from 11 AM to 6 PM" with phrases like "make it unlimited" and "unforgettable memories." Relying on these claims, I paid $32 to participate. However, my experience directly contradicted your marketing ************ group entered the venue at 1:20 PM, yet staff members informed us we could no longer play shortly after 3:00 PM--barely two hours into the event. This abrupt termination of access is unacceptable and constitutes false advertising. Your team provided no prior warning about time restrictions, nor did the promotion mention any hidden limitations. This incident raises serious concerns:Why does your advertising emphasize "unlimited" access if participants are forcibly removed after two hours? How do you justify charging $32 for a service that was intentionally cut short? What actions will you take to rectify this breach of trust with customers?

I regret to say that my experience with this company was highly disappointing. I found their approach to be unprofessional, and it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and would advise others to consider alternative options for their event needs.

How can a business such as bowlero have an a minus rating when this company has faced a big discrimination lawsuit not too long ago. I would like to have this on the record that bowlero is a shady company and has been under federal investigation for discriminatory hiring practices. There is non stop trouble at our local bowlero with managers who have no idea what they are doing. **************** is being yelled at on a regular basis. Food prices are ridiculous, why are ranch fries 15 dollars for a large? it makes no sense. Bowlero refuses to turn on air conditioning, which can put patrons at health risks. The main culprit always stems from leadership which means the ceo is not doing a good job. The worst part they refuse to turn off the blacklights during the day so league bolwero never get to practice besides league. The blacklight and dark orange lighting make the bowling alley a major hazard, im suprised someone hasn't been seriously injured.

I contacted my *************************************** bowling alley to ask questions regarding prices and a lane reservation for 8 people. It apparently went to some out of state reservation line. Had no idea. Thought I was talking to someone at the facility. She said its $8 a game or $29 something for unlimited 2 hour play, which would be a good deal if we played 3 games. Then tried to tell me booze was $8 each and I should get the drink package, which Im glad I didnt do because they had $3 beer. Anyway, we ended up having a party of 11. No reservation for the 3 others but they charged the same price, when games on Thursday nights are really $4. We only played 2 games and a few more plays on the 1st lane, which I understand the price is more for reservations but I wasnt given correct information. Had I known it was $4 I most likely would have opted out on the reservation. I called the ** of the facility to request a refund of some sort and he said he couldnt. He offered free shoes for a group of 10, and wouldnt listen to the rest of what I was trying to say, but I have no clue when I can get a group of 10 together anytime soon. I had initially called this phone number and was advised Managers were in a meeting and would call me back. No call. Surprise. So we paid $310 for 11 people when it could have been 1/2 that amount. They could have charged the $4 a game for the 3 people not on the initial reservation, but no. More shade thrown if you ask me. Lied about bowling prices and drink prices to try and make a sale. You should know the summer sale prices before trying to be selling reservations. Id just like my $84 back for the 3 not on the reservation (I was advised no when asked for the $4 price), or a discount on the reservations for being lied too about pricing then Id be happy. Not shoe rentals for who knows when Ill be back bowling. This is vile business practices and you should be ashamed.Sincerely, Upset and felt taken advantage of.

Berks lanes in *************** ************ is a great bowling alley. they used to be independently owned and operated. The people are great however ever since they were bought by Bowlero in 2021. they have been price gouging otherwise everything else is good besides bowling. There is a restaurant arcade and a pro shop plus on the website they are not transparent about their prices. Every independent bowling alley website in my area shows their prices online but Bowlero does not.

I booked a party for my business three weeks in advance. I ended up needing to cancel the event because no one could attend. I received an email from Bowlero saying I could make changes to my reservation up to 72hrs before the date of the event. I reached out to Bowlero via email 5 days before my event and said I wanted to cancel the event. I was told I could not do so based on their "terms and conditions". In the terms and conditions, it states that you must cancel 30 days before the event. My event was not booked 30 days in advance in the first place. I was told I could reschedule the event within the month of December. Its December the busiest month of the year. I cant reschedule. I just wanted a refund. I was told "sorry that's our policy. I am now out $1500.00. Totally ridiculous. It was a bowling reservation. Not an elaborate wedding or something. I am in shock that a big company like this would treat a customer so poorly. Cancelling a bowling reservation 5 days in advance should not have been a big deal. Instead, they choose to take advantage of the fine print and keep all my money. I would not send anyone to this business to spend their hard earned money. Total rip off!

THIS DUDE AT THE GOKARTS WAS SO RUDE. there was 7 of us. And they told us at the beginning it was fine and we could all go. Then this dude comes running up saying half of us need to get out because its only 6 people now apparently. And he was the one who told us 7. Not only did he yell at us multiple times, but he gave one group almost 7 minutes, and the other around 3 minutes. I paid $40 for my friends and I to do this and it is 100% not worth it for this kind of service. Idk what stick is up this dudes ***, but he needs a reality check.
