1 starThe *** Broadcast is on the East Coast. I am a small business owner in the Midwest: they approached me indicating there was interest in my specific business area which is a niche (Medical Tattoo). They wanted to do a 5 minute free interview to see how much potential interest there was. They indicated being aligned with all the major streaming platforms (*****, Iheart, *******, ******** Amazon, Utube) They did the free interview and said it 'scored higher' than 90% of other interviews...then they pitched me on a Podcast interview series --it was $10K!!! I said no way; they cut the price in half--said they would pay for 75% of the costs, do five- 30 minute interviews with a professional host, offered other support to "boost my visibility" --a local Billboard (2 weeks) a commercial that would run for a year on all of their channels. All for $2500. The Producer indicated that she would be very tied to me during the process to provide feedback for every show, every step of the way.....I should have NEVER fallen for this predatory approach to *** ***** business...but I was so hopeful it would help. In reality, I had to HOUND them to execute on any of the details--it took MONTHS to design a Billboard (which I ended up creating the design for--and I have been unable to view (when parked along the freeway waiting near the darn billboard!), I wrote the commercial (which I've never heard on air). The Podcasts went OK, but I submitted questions and script for each one--the host who interviewed me was good--and none of this is her fault-(-its mine for believing them!) The Producer who was going to work hand-in-hand with me was hard to reach (off to find her next victim), the Podcasts are Ok, but I paid $500 each! and had to pay someone else to make smaller clips of them (no one listens to 25 mins of anything now!) Overall, the experience did not generate ANY additional interest for me or incremental business. It was a total WASTE of money---please DONT FALL FOR IT like I did!Review fromSusan S

1 starThe pressure to purchase this podcast was intense. The company was insistent that I purchase the lower price one time slot for $500.00 when I said I could not afford $5,000.00 for 20 podcast shows. I checked this BBB complaint site after I had made the purchase and immediately contacted their office. I emailed the sales person and asked to cancel the purchase since it was three weeks out. I contacted my credit company and they said they have to wait until the date of the said show before they will take any action. Be wary of this company! There are several complaints of folks who were taken for a ride and not given the service this company says they offer.Review fromGeraldine O

1 starThey forged my name on documents after they charged my credit card and said they provided 20 podcasts, billboards and kiosks which I never saw or signed off on. The information they forged and supplied to **************** disputes was inaccurate and illegal in my industry. I would never sign off on. They did that too and refused to give me my credit or do the podcasts they charged me for. I am pursuing legal action with a lawyer.Review fromPamela K

1 starI would give them a zero if I could, I also got scammed and am still fighting with *********** to get my money back. I saw these reviews after getting off the phone with them and I had given them my credit card because they told me I could not get the discounted rate they quoted unless I gave them a card and they would send me a docusign contract. I never signed the contract and I called them and replied to their emails telling them so and they ignored my calls and emails. They actually submitted fake documentation to *********** and a falsified docusign contract that I actually never signed and is still sitting unsigned in my docusign account right now. They have a fancy website but they told *********** they did 3 podcasts, billboards, etc none of which was true. They falsified all the documents. I even sent a rebuttal to ************ at this point I am sending more information and I think *********** might be involved somehow in this scam.Review fromTamara G

1 starI've faced the same scam with PBN. They contacted me by phone for an initial free 5 minute podcast. Immediately afterwards, I was contacted saying how incredible my podcast was and how listeners want me back. They used high pressure and aggressive sales tactics to sign me on for a 10 podcast series with them and a digital billboard promoting my work and my book. This was all promised verbally over the phone. I was trying to promote my business and my newly published book at the time and believed them. I checked out their website and thought they were legitimate. I paid $5,000 for their 10 podcast series plus a digital billboard advertising my work and my book to be displayed in a prominent location in *** for two weeks and signed their Docusign. Immediately after doing my first podcast, they called me again and said that I was selected to be their "Professional of the Year" selling it to me like this was something special and for an additional $6,500 I would have my series extended and do an in-person interview, do a special podcast with a famous retired basketball star and have all these perks. I felt pressured and said no way could I pay $6,500 so they said could I pay $3,500 and pay the rest later. I had already started my podcast series (which are legitimate - my podcasts are on their website and on other streaming services like *******, ****** etc.) I paid the $3,500 and then looked them up on BBB and to my horror read these reviews. I immediately called them, and demanded my $3,500 refunded. To appease me said they said they would extend my podcast to 13 shows (some would be on ******* and they are) and extend the display of my billboard for one month rather than two weeks. I cancelled my credit card with my bank and got a new one so that PBN could no longer charge me. I completed my 13 podcasts in July 2024. To this date, my billboard has still not been displayed despite numerous emails and calls to their offices. I demand my $3,500 be refunded.Review fromMaya W

1 starI am so shocked that a business like this can still scam people after seeing so many people scammed by them. I am also a person they scammed in March 2024 but I was just a little bit smarter than them. They did invite me for their 5-minute "FREE" Podcast. Well, I heard back from this sales-lying individual a week or so afterward that the phones were off the hook. That I did so great he could not believe it! They first offered me the 5K plan, but when I resisted, they offered me the 2.5K bundle. They are so sneaky and pressure you to give them your card information. 5 minutes after I hung up the phone with them, I did a quick search on them and what did I see? The same thing you are looking at, reviews from well-meaning business owners who were victims to a heartless bunch of crooks who only want to steal your hard-owned cash in bright daylight and **** in your pocket and tell you it's raining. I never signed their Docusign but they initialed it and sent it to my bank's investigative team saying that I agreed to their non-refundable policy. I however had all the emails I sent them responding to their Docusign email saying that I would not sign it because I no longer need or want to do business with them. After a couple of rounds of still trying to keep my money, I was able to get my money back with the help of the fraud team with my bank. If they are trying to scam you, use the leverage of this site to show your bank that these pple are going around scamming everybody they can.Review fromRhena M

1 starZero Stars. 100% bait and switch. PBN is full of lies. They promised a podcast in their apparently non existent studio. They created lies regarding why they would not deliver their promise: 1. Illness in the studio, 2 ***** has skin cancer, 3. Pipes burst in the studio 4 whoops sorry, now the studio has been closed, "we'll get back to you soon." Pure scum bags. I regret giving them a *****. I have never experienced a more shameful business in my life. Please do not get sucked into their lies. The other complaints here on BBB mirror my experience with them. I had my credit card investigate to get my money back. They failed. I don't feel like writing any more about them. Stay away. I believe all of the 5 stars rating here in BBB were written by their sorry, pathetic, lying, thief staff.Review fromKaley C

1 starNot very kind people at all. I never leave reviews but after this phone call I need too. I did a show with them a few months ago and of course they say it was great got great responses and offered me 10 thirty minute shows for 5k. I decided to decline because I wasnt ready and its a lot of cash. I just get another call, its been a few months, guy was named *** greeted me so friendly mentioned my show that they ran it again it did great they want me back for another, I started to mention I was going to grad school and before I got any further he said alright good luck to you and hung up the phone I was mid sentence and stunned. I understand its business I sounded like a no and he didnt want to hear any past that. However, rude mannerisms and abrupt behavior create a bad impression for the whole company. Not impressed.Review fromMelissa T

1 starThis company is a total FRAUD!Like others, I was approached to do a 5-minute interview, after which came the hard sales call saying their phones were ringing off the hook with people wanting to work with me. I was told they had rated me a 9.7 out of ************************ on a contract to do 5 interviews after me refusing 10, it was a huge investment for me and the salesman told me "he would retire" if I didn't do really well from the series. I wasn't given a chance to research the company, if only! I was also promised a billboard which never eventuated. After my first podcast I got another hard sales call, this time from the Senior ******************************************** telling me they were awarding me "Professional of The Year" and that only one person a year would be given that title. They wanted to extend me to 12 shows and made all sorts of promises about how it would propel my business. When I said I wanted to think about it they refused and said I had to commit on the spot. I was on my way to a remote location and did not have strong enough internet access to check them out for several days. When I did I was horrified. I was scammed with a sales script, the whole thing was fake.I contacted the company with my concerns and that I wanted to cancel and a refund given that I was mislead with false claims. They had charged my credit card again before I could even sight the contract. I was assured that the claims I had found online were from before PBN had been bought out by AEMG and that they didn't engage in this sort of thing anymore. What a lie!I was also pressured to keep going and that if I wasn't happy with the results that they would refund me. Again I contacted them and said I wanted to stop. They assured me I would be refunded, I wasn't so I disputed it with my credit card company, they then provided photoshopped "billboards" that didn't even have my business name on them and claimed I participated in 10 podcasts with them. These people are frauds, RUN!Review fromJacob G

5 starsThis was hands down the best thing I've ever done for my business. Not only has it been super effective, but it's been so much fun too! My following has grown substantially and I have the opportunity to positively effect millions of people every week!
