            On January 5th, ****, I placed an order for the book and a necklace as a gift for my daughter. Three days later I received notification that the order was shipped. That was great news. Issue was I never received that order until January 28th, ****, when this was suppose to be 2 day shipping. This is not the worst part. When I open the box, the insert card, which explains the meaning of the stones in the necklace is for the wrong date. I've sent pictures of this to a them and all I seem to be getting is the runaround. Oh the correct one is shipped or oh I'm sorry Ill send it again, etc. and this is been going on for almost a month now. Without the correct care, it doesn't make sense to give the gift because it wouldn't make sense to the receiver. I've ask them for instructions on how to process a return and no one has responded to me. People work hard for there money, and when they make a purchase they expect for it to be correct, Mistakes do happen but you need to fix it!

            I ordered the birthdate candle for my sons 20th birthday. Being that what I say isnt always heard, the most heartfelt words which are the most cherished are in writing. As a graduate educated Technical Writer and Web Writer I can certainly attest to this being true.I paid the fee to have a personal note added with the candle. This note was very important for many reasons, my son entering his second decade of life being one. The note was missing. The charge is on my card. I need a refund and there is no option for refunds. My only option is the arduous task of contacting the credit card company to dispute the ****.I am very disappointed. Order with caution.
