            I paid $495 on January 17, 2000 to iCareer Solutions for their professional resume writing service. Shortly thereafter, I put the project on hold for personal reasons. Other than receiving several documents via email from one of their advisors which were to be used as a framework to start writing the process, they performed none of the work as outlined in the resume "package" I purchased. The documents were not returned to ICS at this time. On Nov 11, 2020 I emailed ICS founder **** ****** directly to let him know that I was interested in starting the project. He emailed me back promptly and we had a brief call on Nov. 12 to review the process. The following week I had to put the project on hold again. Again, the documents needed to start the process were not sent to ICS. On August 12, 2021 I sent an email to *** ****** requesting a refund of $495, but received no reply. Follow-up emails to *** ****** were sent on 8/16 and 8/19, but again there was no response.

            I used ****’s services in 2021. At the time, **** had a policy of guaranteeing results after using his services. All instructions were followed, yet when his resume did not result in any interviews and I requested a refund he stopped responding to me. Above all else, it is not acceptable to arbitrarily decide to not uphold a policy when it doesn’t benefit you. That is unethical and poor business practice. Zero stars.

We only offer refunds on full service packages that include a ******** *******. This is because, in our experience, a ******** ******* is just as important as a resume. Im sorry that that you had decided not to proceed with the ******** *******  development.Also, in your email, you stated "Its been nearly 6 months since Ive used the resume to apply to roughly 6 to 7 job opportunities."This is not nearly enough applications for that span of time.
