I was told that my item would be shipped to me within 5 business days from the purchase and since the money was immediately taken out of my account, I assumed that everything was going to be ok. As of right now, the order hasn’t even been fulfilled yet or shipped out. No one has answered any phone calls or emails for days. I’ve wasted hours on hold and online trying to reach someone in customer service but just reached another dead end.Initial Complaint

07/2021 I placed an order around July 29, and the order has not been processed. i having a hard time contacting customer relations. i just want the order cancelled. Earlier part of this year, this company did the same thing and charged my account a week later. plus, the items arrived two weeks later for a delivery.Business response

i requested a cancellation before the beginning of august and was told by the representative of how they were unsure of being able to cancel. it took the shipping department too long to process my order. i placed the order a week before cancellation.
if i didn't cancel, i would had waited two or three weeks before being charged for the order or receiving it. it weird how you do your billing, too. i shouldn't have to wait a whole week or two for charges to show up on my account.Business response

I have returned an order worth $161.95 cents back to the seller. The seller received my package through *** on July 16th 2021 at 11:16 A.M. and was signed by an employee named *******. It is now the 10th business day, July 30th 2021 and I have not received a refund yet. I called several times to ask about my refund and they all told me to wait until the 10th business day to get my money. I called today, and the manager was so rude. He said that they have received my order, but they can not refund my money until the 30th business day. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 30 BUSINESS DAYS to get my money back when they ALREADY HAVE MY ORDER.
