I ordered some Christmas decorations from a seller. Seeing that it arrived on time, I paid a little more. The seller sent me the two Christmas decorations, one of them was wrong, it was not what I bought. I wrote to the seller, he never responded for several days with no luck. I filed a complaint on ****. No one did anything. request a return stamp. Prepare it and send it the same day. The package has been going around for more than 35 days without reaching its destination. I put a new case and **** says that the seller needs more days because the package did not arrive. The package has been stopped since December 11 and no one does anything, only 10 more days and 10 more days. There is no longer support, just a machine that always arrives at the same place. I put a negative review with photos and evidence and they deleted it in less than a minute. I have been buying on **** since 2011 but I will definitely look for optionsReview from Santana W

I placed an order and paid using Apple Pay. For some reason, even though I entered my correct shipping address directly onto Aeropostales website, its saying that the order is going to my address associated with Apple Pay. This address is incorrect and I have not lived there in years. While the order was still processing (literally minutes after the order was placed,) I tried to call for support but their offices were closed. I immediately sent an email asking my address to be updated, and they refused. Then they told me to contact the delivery partner to have it changed. I did this, and was not given the option to change the address or return package to sender. I contacted Aeropostale again via email to advise of this and they just keep telling me to contact the delivery partner.Review from Alyssa W

Received a gift card for Christmas & though I havent shopped here since high school, I tried to find items to buy. When I received my order, it was actually an order for someone who lives in an entirely different state. When I reached out to customer service they were TERRIBLE. Wouldnt provide a return label, wouldnt ****** my correct items, and would not refund me.No one should ever shop here & a company with a business model this terrible doesnt deserve to be in business.Review from Keisha B

I was making a purchase online and was told sign up for the email you get 15% off your order. My code wasnt working and all I was told was to pay in full and request a refund for the discount that wasnt working. Thats ridiculous and unprofessional. Why should I have to wait weeks or days to hopefully get a refund I dont think so. That was false advertisement and I should *** the company for such.Review from Deanna P

Whatever you do, never buy anything from this company. Their return policy is a nightmare. I originally bought 7 items from this company and decided to return 3 of the items. Finding their return portal was almost impossible. You have to go digging in their website to find the link. A couple days later, I decided that I actually didn't want 2 more items from my order so I wanted to add them to the initial return request They wanted to charge me an additional $8 for the second return (for a total of $16). Considering I haven't sent the first return, I decided to call to see if they can either cancel the return request so I can make a new one or add those two items to my original request. And this is where s*** hit the fan. I had to contact them on FOUR different occasions and in the end, I'm just paying the $16 and never using this site or company ever again. The first time I called, I was in the middle of explaining what the issue was and the phone just hung up. No callback nothing. Next I sent an email and they told me to "log out of my account and clear my cookies"!? Called again and they said they'll email me a free return label and I should receive it in 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. Never got it. The fourth time I officially lost it. The rep was not listening at all. I told him I had already initiated a request and want to cancel it because the last rep said he was going to email me a return label and I never got it. After asking me which items I wanted to request, he proceeded to tell me that "a return request has already been initiated". Yes, that's literally what I said and the reason for this call is because I don't want to pay an additional $16 for returns that haven't been sent yet. Cue more non-listening and me repeating back the initial 5 minutes of this conversation and he sent me a return label that costs $8. At this point, I don't have the energy to call again but this experience has been a total disaster. No wonder this place is going out of business.Review from Jason O

Bought 2 pairs of jeans online. They did not fit called a store in locust grove georgia which is 35 miles from me only to be told that I can't get even get an exchange when I called the night before and they said I could . I was told to mail them back after driving 70 miles using my gas and 2 hours out of my day.. came back and called customer service and said send me a return label only to find out they are charging me 8.00 for returning their product.. after I spent around 20.00 in gas to drive to their store and I was told by their employee that I could..the way I see it aeropostle owes me money .. what a rip off companyReview from Apryl D

Ordered some pants online in august they never arrived. Asked for refund or credit they said they would refund. Here it is October and I still havent received my $116 refund. Oh and I called today and they tried to convince me that I had received my credit. There is only a withdrawal from aeropostal on my account, nothing showing a credit.Review from Lynn L

Purchased some shorts and jewelry on 9/15.Didnt work out for me. Took merchandise back with receipt. Paid with cash and debit card. Young girl said her computer couldnt read the receipt so she could not give me back my money. I told her, youre holding the receipt?? It was last week. She told me her computer would not read it so shes not giving me my money. Asked to speak to manager, she stated she was, although she had to ask other girl why she couldnt get it to work. Both girls were very unprofessional and rude! Terrible customer service!Review from Denise S

I would never think a business like Aeropostale would be as badly rated here as it is. I ordered on August 6th, received shipping confirmation on August 7th, and I waited two weeks until reaching out to customer service because the shipping status never changed. Long story short I've called multiple times, finally cancelled the order because it was never coming and still haven't received a refund or confirmation about a refund. **************** has told me the same thing multiple times, that I would receive a confirmation email for my refund in ***** hours, but it has been weeks. I told them I will charging back my credit card if I don't receive the confirmation in the time frame they stated. I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing.
