hi, I had ordered a puffer coat through this company online 1/15/25. It was said to be delivered on 1/25/25. I found out based on the photos I had showing it was delivered to the wrong address. I called Donna ***** immediatly to inform them my package was delivered to the wrong address and they then told me to send an email with a photo of my door step and my address so I did. After not getting back to me I called for an update and was told over and over they are looking into it and kept telling me to call after 3-5 days but every time more and more time passed and I just kept getting the run around. At another point I asked to speak to a manger and they told me each time they are unavailable. At some point they rudely told me to call my bank instead of trying to work with them and when I did my bank told me they refused to send my money back. Im at a loss with what to do because I have proof I ordered with my correct address, proof of my item being delivered to the wrong address (photos and all) and they are impossible to work with. I have never dealt with a company this rude, unorganized and unprofessional. I have proof, my case is a very simple one. Please help!!!Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Fossil Canada and paid using Apple Pay. Unfortunately, my old address was used, so I immediately updated my shipping address on February 6, 2025. However, my package has still been misrouted to *********, **, instead of my correct address in *************, ***I contacted Fossils customer service multiple times, and they keep telling me to wait. Now, they are saying I have to wait until February 19, which is unacceptable because I am traveling on March 5 and need this package before then.Despite my attempts to resolve this issue, Fossil has not offered me a reshipment or a refund, even though the package is clearly lost or misrouted. Their lack of urgency and unwillingness to fix the issue has caused me unnecessary stress.I am requesting an immediate reshipment to my correct address or a full refund. I purchased a DKNY ***** from online Macys. It was advertised as leather which I had no reason to doubt. However, after a few months usage, the corner that was worn, revealed that it is indeed is not leather. In December 2023, I purchased a DKNY jacket from ******. After the jacket was dry cleaned for the second time during the summer of 2024, the buckle detached. The dry cleaner confirmed that the issue was due to a manufacturing defect. I subsequently reached out to DKNY, providing supporting documentation, and requested a refund. DKNY acknowledged my inquiry, stating they were investigating the matter and that their refund policy is valid for one year. However, despite my follow-up, I have not received any further communication from DKNY or resolution from them. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Donna Karan International Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
DNNY customer service finally replied to my email. They agreed to compensate me for the damaged/defective jacket through ****** and provided a link. However, the link doesn't work and I have not yet received any compensation and they have stopped replying to my messages regarding a different way to reimburse me.

I purchased 3 items from Donna Karan ******** last July 12, 2024 & the transaction was posted to my Master Card credit card on July *******. They creditted P8,000 (more or less) back into my account after they e mailed that 1 of the items (jumpsuit) was out of stock. I e mailed them last week informing them that as of this month, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED the 2 ITEMS I PAID for. My order number is **********. I placed an online order on May 24 th and havent received even after a month. I have tried reaching out to the business several times but they take forever to respond. While i investigated the issue on my end, i found that their shipping partner has delivered my order to the wrong address. My husband bought me Donna Karan perfume for me for my birthday at Belks store. It is a 3-purse perfumes. only 1 out of the 3 works. They don't spray. I have tried to work with the company. I have sent them everything the have wanted. Receipts, UPC, Pictures, everything they requested. I also told them, I would send them the vitals of perfume, in the original package for them to see. There responses is they will send it to the management team, I have had them resubmit it 3 different times to the management team. I keep getting the run around. On October 15, 2023, I purchased the Black DKNY ******************** with convertible strap. In less than two months, the trimming around the handle started ripping off. On 12/6/23, I contacted DKNY customer service and spoke to Lodden or ******. She stated that I can email pictures of the bag for review. Which I did through email. I started corresponding with a customer rep named ******************* via email on 12/13/23. I provided proof of purchase, pictures, and description of the issue. The value of the bag is $198. On 12/19/23, ******************* sent an email stating "as an accommodation, we would like the opportunity to offer you a replacement handbag. Unfortunately, your current style is no longer available. Please look on our website, dkny.com, for a comparable replacement option and send me the full information along with your complete shipping address. We will check to see if it is available from our warehouse." I provided information of a replacement bag on 12/23/23 and have not heard back. I tried following up via email on 12/28, 1/3, and 1/4. I also tried calling over the phone on 1/3 and was provided with a different email address. I was informed by ******* that there was no phone number that I could call directly. At this time, I would like a refund or the replacement bag that was offered in order to rectify the situation.Business Response
