      My order number is **********. I placed an online order on May 24 th and havent received even after a month. I have tried reaching out to the business several times but they take forever to respond. While i investigated the issue on my end, i found that their shipping partner has delivered my order to the wrong address. I have shared all the details with the company but have not received any response. I am very disappointed with the experience and I want my money back now.

      My husband bought me Donna Karan perfume for me for my birthday at Belks store. It is a 3-purse perfumes. only 1 out of the 3 works. They don't spray. I have tried to work with the company. I have sent them everything the have wanted. Receipts, UPC, Pictures, everything they requested. I also told them, I would send them the vitals of perfume, in the original package for them to see. There responses is they will send it to the management team, I have had them resubmit it 3 different times to the management team. I keep getting the run around. All I want is what I paid for 3-purse Vitals of my favorite perfume Cashmiere Mist.

      On October 15, 2023, I purchased the Black DKNY ******************** with convertible strap. In less than two months, the trimming around the handle started ripping off. On 12/6/23, I contacted DKNY customer service and spoke to Lodden or ******. She stated that I can email pictures of the bag for review. Which I did through email. I started corresponding with a customer rep named ******************* via email on 12/13/23. I provided proof of purchase, pictures, and description of the issue. The value of the bag is $198. On 12/19/23, ******************* sent an email stating "as an accommodation, we would like the opportunity to offer you a replacement handbag. Unfortunately, your current style is no longer available. Please look on our website, dkny.com, for a comparable replacement option and send me the full information along with your complete shipping address. We will check to see if it is available from our warehouse." I provided information of a replacement bag on 12/23/23 and have not heard back. I tried following up via email on 12/28, 1/3, and 1/4. I also tried calling over the phone on 1/3 and was provided with a different email address. I was informed by ******* that there was no phone number that I could call directly. At this time, I would like a refund or the replacement bag that was offered in order to rectify the situation.

      I purchased. Items from the DKNY store. Las *********** ************************************************************************************* 702 474 ****. I ask them to ship it 10/29/2022. I spoke with ******** twice. She tells me I have to talk to the supervisor. She is the only one that can me if it was ship. I have never received the phone call from the supervisor. I fear they stole my money.

      Sending this through to the BBB as I did not receive a response or email acknowledgement from the business when I sent my initial product complaint to ************************************************* and *********************************** I purchased a pair of ****** Wedge Sneakers (Part #********) on January 14, 2021 for $71.25. I only wore the sneakers 3 times and the zipper broke on third occasion. I sent corresponding pictures of the craftmanship of the product to both product support email addresses for the company in hopes that I can obtain assistance. I never received a response back or email confirmation that my complaint was received. The quality of these sneakers were very poor and I have been a long-time support of the brand since the early 90's, but the zipper should not have broke only after 3 wears. I am seeking that the business contacts me regarding this product in hopes to reach an agreement on either fixing this issue or refund.

      On August 15, 2022 I ordered an item off the *************************** paris.com website I paid for Express shipping I was supposed to receive my item on August 17, 2022 and I never received my item I called them on August 16, 2022 because my card had been charged a second time For ***** under its affiliate Donna Karan they informed me once the item shipped I would be refunded my money the item never shipped and they still have over $300 of my money. I called the company and they stated they canceled the order and I should have my money back in 48 hours. then I was charged again on August 18, 2022 and my charge for August 16, 2022 fell off. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute and I was informed that it would be about 20 days before I would see any of my money if that because they have to investigate. I think this is an awful long time and donna karan.com is fraudulently charging my card I had to get a new card so my card would stop being charged and Im without a card / money waiting for my new card I would hate for this to happen to anyone else and this needs to be investigated thank you for your time. Also I was informed by Donnakaran.com that it was my card that was the problem thats why they charged me more than once but if my card was the problem when it comes to funds I dont understand how they have over $300 of my money and charged me twice. I need all my money back because like I said earlier I still dont have a product Ive attached photos of the charges and photos of the item I ordered that I never received included is also the order number thank you.

      Ordered a black leather jacket from Donna Karan/DKNY website on Friday, Feb 4th, 2022. I also paid an addition $20 to have it express shipped. It is now Thursday, Feb 10th. Not only do I not have the jacket (total price paid $281.98), they never even sent me an email saying it was shipped & the website shows no tracking info. It would appear based on a large number of similar reviews that this company has a lot of internal issues that are misleading. They have only responded to one email after 4 emails from ******* was a non-response. They don't respond to their ******* DMs. They don't seem to want to put anything in writing. The State Attorney General should look into their business practices. Imagine the additional number of customers who don't complain and how large the issue really is. A lot of people are wasting their valuable time trying to receive an order for which they paid & there is no care or concern from the new owners of Donna Karan's website. I need a refund for $281.98, which includes tax & the $20 extra dollars I paid for no reason to have it express shipped 2 day, only to have never received the item or even tracking information showing it was shipped. This looks to be purposeful deception on many, many people as if it is standard procedure for them. Please see the established pattern of poor business practices: **********************************************. Now they tell me the jacket was on backorder, yet no email to inform me my 2 day express shipping was useless in this case or that it was backordered. They haven't listed it as backordered at any point in the last week on their site. This is all very deceptive/misleading. Why allow customers to pay for 2 day shipping when they know I now see that Donna Karan sold her name & the business that charged me for the never-received jacket is *************, whose stores are all closing. Is this a case of 'take the money and run'? Request full refund for item never received and horrible customer service.

      I ordered a bag from DKNY 8th September 2021, Order number: *********. The money came out of my account (my bank statement states card payment to ************ via ****** The cost was *****. On the 18th September I received an email from DKNY stating THEY had cancelled the order. I sent an email on 26th September asking when I would be refunded, they responded stating they had forwarded my concern. I contacted them again 0n the 9th October with a response stating refunds can take up to 14 days. I once again contacted them via their customer service twice more and have no more replies and no refund has been received.Ive searched trust pilot and have noticed that DKNY makes a habit of this and several people have had the same experience and none of them have received their refund. Thats fraud.This is supposed to be a reputable Company yet Ive received better service from a back street shack shop in Bali.Please could you look into this for me.Kind regards ***** *******
