      Historically, I've purchased Donna Karan clothing in-person, in various department stores. However, today, I tried ordering from their website for the first time. Immediately upon completing my checkout, I was notified by my credit card company that Donna Karan charged me twice for the same order; one charge in the amount of the full purchase, and a second charge in the amount of the purchase before tax. I immediately telephoned their customer service and spoke with ********, who informed me this was not their normal business practice and I'd need to submit an email screenshot of the charges to their customer service department via email, so that the matter would be escalated for review. I did this immediately. Next, I set up an account through their website to monitor my order. The account was very vague, listed a rounded amount for my order charges, and provided very little info, aside from indicating that the order was pending and had not been fulfilled. Feeling uncomfortable, I tried canceling the order, but found there was no option to cancel online. I called their customer service again, and magically, ******** answered again. Ultimately, he refused to cancel my order, citing it had been 27 minutes since I placed the order, and they only cancel orders within 20 minutes of placement. He refused to transfer me to anyone else, citing all management was out of the office, even though their call center would be open another two hours. He also explained that it was merely a coincidence that he happened to answer again, as they have a very large call center. Everything about this matter is highly suspicious and sending fraud vibes. I've already initiated the necessary steps on my end to resolve the matter with the assistance of my credit card company. Advice to others...if you must purchase Donna Karan products, do NOT do so via their website; put your trust in a department store with in-person humans. Or better yet, avoid Donna Karan products altogether.

      I have ordered a pair of sneakers and it has been weeks since I received a status of the order. When I call to cancel and get the order cancelled, they tell me that they will take "days" to send me a confirmation When I asked for a supervisor they stated I will get a call back, This company is a nightmare to shop online- best to go to a store that carries the brand,

      What is going on at Donna Karan. Havent received order in weeks, havent received replacement order and the customer service is horrible. Once this is resolved never again!

      I contacted DKNY for the first time on 6/25/24. I was first told the sheets I bought had a one year warranty. Then a manager denied it but then another person told me there is a warranty and it will be reviewed and they will contact me. Over five months later, I still can't get them to do the right thing or even have an honest conversation. This company use to be one of my favorites for home goods, clothes and perfume--Not any more.

      Ordered a purse on line on October 14 and it has not shipped yet. Have called customer service 5 times and they keep ***************** needs to look into it. I was first told I would receive it nu .October 29, o received a fed ex number but it still says shipment was to have been done in October 24, I want my money back is they cannot figure this out and deliver the purse I ordered,

      I completely believe all of the complaints in reviews! I purchased fleece DKNY sheets that were pilling after a few days on a bed. Other basic brands purchased at the same time for less money are still like new after 1-1/2 years.I have been trying to get a credit for over 1-1/2 years. The company responded fairly quickly and wanted a receipt and pictures which were provided. Then I heard nothing. Eventually I followed up and they wanted all the information sent again. This has happened for three rounds at this point. My thought is that the sheets should just be replaced and let a customer be satisified. I have never had difficulty exchanging or replacing anything before regardless of the cost or size of the company. Shame on you Donna Karan! Not everyone is rich and can afford to ridiculously prices products.

      I WAS ROBBED at DKNY at Las Americas Premium Outlets in *** ******* **********. While I was shopping at the store, I left my NIKE bag at the register, next to another bag from DKNY that I was about to purchase while I went to the fitting room to try out a blouse before paying for them. Nobody else except me was at the store shopping at that time. When I came back to the register, I noticed that my bag from NIKE was not there, only the bag from DNKY was left. I asked the associate about my NIKE bag, and she said she did not know, so I went back to the fitting room thinking that maybe I left my bag there, after a few minutes going crazy searching for my bag, I did remember that I left my bag at the register because I was about the pay for it. So, I asked again and told the associate that my Nike bag was at the register. After I assured her that the bag was at the register, she remembered seeing two ladies entering the store that approached the register and grabbed my NIKE bag and left. The associate told me TO NOT DO anything about it as the robbers carry knives and guns and it would be very dangerous to follow them. The associate didn’t even contact the security guard from the mall saying this happen very often and they just cannot do anything. I reached out customer service explaining this odd situation, but unfortunately ********* ******, Sales Manager was unable to come up with a satisfactory solution saying DNKY is NOT responsible for my personal belongings, which is unbelievable as this happen inside the store that supposedly have insurance related to this. While I don’t believe the bag was stole by two ladies that appeared out of nowhere (I truly believe the associate stole my bag and made up the two robbers’ appearance). I am disappointed with the associates not making customers aware of this frequently-robbers at the store and with the Regional Sales Manager response telling me that there are not people entering to steal goods from the store.
