      I purchased two blouses online from Elie Tahari (Order Number ********) approximately 10 days ago. When the order arrived - one of the blouses was the wrong size. I followed the directions on the Tahari invoice (visit their website: *************************** or if you need further assistance e-mail: CUSTOMER ********************************************************************* to initiate an exchange. To my surprise, the Website is non-functional and the e-mail address is also non-functional. I was surprised and somewhat alarmed to find that this designer operates such a negligent organization. Based on my inability to reach Tahari via the recommended methods mentioned on their invoice I decided to call their customer service phone number ************* and ************). All I can get over the phone is nice music and then an eventual voice asking me to leave a message. I have left a couple of messages on the 800 number and still no response. I am currently stuck with a blouse that is the wrong size and I'm out more money than I have ever spent on a blouse.

      Order #******** Order date: 4-20-24 I purchased multiple items from the Elie Tahari website, including a final sale dress (ONE SHLDR SCARF DRS - Style E702C603) that arrived stained and snagged. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via phone and chat, I have received no response. Over a ten-day span, Tahari has made zero attempt to resolve this. I requested an exchange or credit due to the damage initially, but given the items condition and their lack of responsiveness, I am now seeking a refund. I understand the terms of a final sale; however, I expect the item to be in new, undamaged condition. I am purchasing new clothing directly from the retailer, not from a second-hand seller.

      I ordered a women's-sized 16 Elie Tahari Pleated laser cut dress in Boysenberry on April 2, 2024, & on Friday, April 5, 2024, I received a size 0 dress. I'm sure that I marked the size as 16 not 0. However, since it was purchased as a sale item, this item can't be sent back & exchanged for the appropriately-sized dress, nor can my money be refunded. My order is ********** *** am out $103. I don't even know anyone who is small enough to wear a size 0 dress. Thanks for your help.

      I made an online purchase on Friday, March 8, 2024. Upon purchase, I received an email stating that my Oder was confirmed. Once the item has been shipped, I would receive an email confirming the shipment. I have made several attempts to contact customer service by email and phone. The phone continues to ring but no one returns my call or responds back to my email. This is unacceptable. You have my money but I have no item. The unfortunate part is that the item is final sale and Im concerned as to what will happen if my order is never fulfilled .

      Elie Tahari the company is just awful. In an order I placed they sent the wrong size pants. All I wanted was to have them send me the right size for the order I placed and for me to return the pants that were the incorrect size back to them..I went on their returns page and called the phone number 4 times, emailed them 5 times and did the chat box where there was not a single reply. I also called the two HQ phone numbers and could not even get an operator to route me to the right ***** I am a military officer and integrity and honest are key and this company Lacks both,. If I don't hear back from them I will be sending an article to the *************** about how bad this company is. order number is ********. Pants were ***** the shipping was *****, the tax was ****. Is it asking to too much to be able to actually be able to contact anyone and at least hear back? No one is ******* the emails, phone calls or chat boxes, not to mention there is no human to talk to when you call their HQ OFFICE.

      Since I have been waiting a long time for some items from close to two weeks ago on one of them I received a notice of an in-stock item being cancelled for some unknown reason. It was cancelled and a refund processed, even with the item still in stock. I re-ordered it and received it quickly. This has made me concerned about the status of my other unshipped items Ive been waiting for about 2 weeks. Do I need to re- purchase them as well? I have practically begged customer service to respond, with no luck. Ive never experienced anything like this, even from lower end retailers. These unshipped items are included in larger orders, where some of the items are shipped and unshipped others (showing in-stock) are not. I have contacted Elie Tahari through phone, email, and chat multiple times over the last few days to receive some information on the status of the unshipped items in my orders, with no response of any kind, and leaving voicemails. Orders I have more recently placed have been shipped either tracking. So I dont know what to do about the older orders? The items show in stock, and I would still like them. Im perplexed as to why, when this company has read multiple complaints and desperate contacts by their customers with no response, why are they not improving in this area? I have spent thousands of dollars with Elie Tahari, and this has caused a lot of undue stress. I dont understand why no one will get back to me? Their website mentions how a customer can feel free to contact them for help, but they wont help? Ive been to the point of almost crying due to ********************** I simply have wanted to know the status of the items, and if I should re-order them. Order# *********

      I placed an order for two coats in January ****, same design but one in camel color and one in ash color. I received two coats on January 31, but they were both camel color. I want to return the second camel coat and get the ash coat I ordered. I have sent 5 emails to customer service and left one message on their support line starting 1/31/24 when I received the coats. No response!! So, I called their store in ************ and two associates said they would contact customer service to reach out to me. Still no response!!! Order number ********. I want an exchange for correct item or refund of wrong item.

      I purchased a jacket. I received a message that it had been delivered around seven in the evening on January 13. I immediately went to retrieve package (within ten minutes) and it was not there. I called Elie Tahari customer service immediately. Since then I have called and emailed numerous times. Calls are unanswered and emails consistently bounce back.

      They simply told me to file a police report. Since I live in a different state from where the delivery was to have occurred, this has not been easy. First try they would not take complaint over the phone. Will try again.

      I placed an order with Elie Tahari online through an Instagram ad on January 10, ****. Throughout the entire order process I kept checking to make sure no items were marked as final sale because they were discounted. I took photos of my cart. I would not have purchased all the items if they were final sale because I recently had a baby and wasnt positive of sizing. After I placed the order the confirmation had almost all the items marked as final sale. At no point until then were they marked that way. I did go into the website itself afterwards and they were marked that way if I had placed the order directly through the website, but they were not marked that way if you placed the order through Instagram. I checked again on Instagram 4 days later and they still were marked that way. I received the order on January 14th and immediately reached out via email to their customer service providing photos and asking for it to be resolved and allow me to return 2 items. No response. I reached out again on January 16th via email. No response. I reached out again on January 17th via email, twice because I received an email from them on the 1 item that I was able to return online, but no response to my questions or emails. On January 18th and January 19th I tried the customer service chat option instead. No response. On January 22, I called their customer service line. No one answered the phone. I left a detailed voicemail. No response. I sent a 5th email this morning expressing my sincere frustration with their customer service. I have been reaching out to Elie Tahari for almost a full week now in every single way they provide and I have yet to receive any response.
