      Ordered hundred of dollars worth of clothes for my kids. Recieved about 30$ of my order. The parcel I recieved was practically empty. H & M took my money and my clothes adnd is refusing a refund. Despicable. ***** and temu are more trustworthy than H & M.

      On Sunday March 30th I went into the H&M on ******************* (***********************) to browse. I was looking for some stuff for myself but didnt find anything. So I went to browse for my daughter. I bought her a few on sale items (4 items) . I bought one pair of jeans back to H&M today (April 1st) for a refund. My daughter didnt care for the jeans. The last time I shopped in H&M was last year back in Nov/Dec 2024. I was told by a store associate today that it was a red sticker sale item and she pointed out on the receipt where it said finale sale for red sticker . Up until that point I knew nothing about not being able to return on sale items. Ive been a longtime consumer of H&M and we were always able to return sale items. H&M didnt have any visible signs on display stating ANY of this. The cashier when I first purchased the items never spoke of my items being finale sale. And ALL the items I bought had a red sticker tag on them. I called ******** service they told me they couldnt do anything. It was up to the store. I returned back to the store. The manager who was there today (who was condescending) stated that the sale signs says Final Sale which isnt true. Their sale signs just say Sale in red. It was very disheartening. How no accommodation was made. I then realized how money hungry H&M is and how they really dont care about their consumers. How was I suppose to know about a new policy after the fact? Its very deceitful to not inform consumers ahead of purchase that if nothing fits or they change their mind its final sale no returns/no exchanges . And I needed to bring this to their attention as a longtime consumer of their products. Ive been shopping with H&M ever since I was in college (my 20s) I am now 40. Me shopping there all stopped after today though. The manager at the store offered me 30% off my next purchase. NO THANKS. They kept my money and thatll be the last money they see from me. I will never shop in any H&M stores ever again.

      Been working since January 30th with the company and still have not recieve my pay card from company. I am a homeless person and don't have an address to send the pay card so I asked the manager if I could send it to the company which she approved it. Now they're having an issue with payroll system logging me into to the payroll system and I still have not recieved any form of payment from them it is now March 13th.

      The customer service was a huge disappointment. I purchased a sweater, and when I got home, I noticed it was missing diamonds. Unfortunately, I wasnt aware of the new return policy for sale items. When I tried to return it, the sales associate told me I couldnt and was rude about it. I then contacted customer support, and they told me I could return it for store credit. So, I went back, spoke to the manager, but she said there was nothing they could do. I reached out to customer support again and was asked to send pictures and my receipt, which I did, but I still havent received a resolution. After following up, I was told my complaint would be forwarded as feedback. This experience has cost them a customer of 20 years. The lack of communication and poor customer service both in-store and online was completely unacceptable. I wont be spending my hard-earned money with businesses that dont value their customers anymore. At this point, its about principle.

      Terrible customer service. I called to ask about my price total. I calculated it and it shouldve been around 95$ and I did include tax, but on site it said that my total was 126 and that was AFTER a promotion and a coupon, so basically it was 126 after 30$ off and 20$ off. I called the lady and she told me that she would put me on hold, ok. But then the hold music ended and I was there for another 20 min. I called back the number and told her I was calling about my order again, after she stopped responding. I said hello? Hello? And then she HUNG UP ON ME?! I called back again and she hung up on me, didnt even answer my call. Its just so disrespectful, no attempt to communicate and now I just feel like I was scammed out my money from H and M. EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I wouldnt even call it customer service.

      I had placed an order online on cyber Monday deal! HAD the worst experience with customer service. I had a coupon of 20% off and forgot to apply it on my order. Emailed H&M and also called them to get it adjusted but they refused to help out. And kept mentioning theres nothing we can do but you can use the coupon for your next purchase! I wont be ordering again if they cannot do price adjustments on their end! The supervisor that I spoke to also mentioned that even if I tried to cancel the order on the same day , I only had a minute to cancel it. I cannot cancel it within 30 mins of so! Im sorry is this like a food delivery service where you only have a few seconds to cancel the order! Thats just ridiculous! Thats not how retail works. I believe there should be assistance provided to me with this order by H&M.

      I have had multiple orders from them get processed and never make it to the delivery service. It feels like a scam, if I hadnt of been paying attention they would not have contacted me to refund my money. The order is just in process for over a week. When I called I was told it was the delivery services issue because they were back up. But when I contacted *** they never even got the package from HM. This has happened multiple time to me now and customer service told me it wasnt enough to establish a pattern.

      H&M has the worst customer service ever! I hate that I like their products. Especially their home decor otherwise I wouldnt shop with H&M at all. Their items are always out of stock. Ive had to report missing items in my order a few times. My last order I received the wrong item. I ordered a bowl that cost $29.99 They shipped me a vase that cost $2.99 and the item I actually ordered is out of stock. **************** did not help me with this matter at all. They advised me to dispute it with my bank. They are horrible!

      Very poor customer service! I ordered a few items and *** lost the package. H&M customer service told me to call back when it said it was delivered and they could help. The girl today was so rude. She refused to open a case and hung up on me. Classy! H&M must be aware of these issues because they ask you to rate the customer service rep. **** only applies to their customer service hotline. Ive always had a great experience in store.
