    On **** A slot machine on MGM online froze in the middle of a payout. It is still frozen now and for 10 days they have been holding my money and running me around in circles. After 5 days of complaining, they decided to put me through a manual verification freezing my account after having the account for about 3 years. In the meanwhile I completely necessary account verification steps taking a selfie and with my license holding it to my face in two different states I had to do this. However unrelated, as of now. 10 days later, I still have not been paid and the game remains frozen. Usually this matter is handled in about 3 days. It has happened to me 4 times prior on the same game, Divine Fortunes Megaways. The providers name is NET-ENT and there is a glitch in their game that freezes your game at the end of your bonus round (big payouts). They rely on a clause they have stating "a malfunction voids any bet". I argue that is ridiculous and provides too much leeway for the provider/casino to unfairly not payout correctly. They advertise to you the same experience as a casino but in the comfort of your home/phone but I'm sure if I was at ********* or any casino and the slot machine hit a nice payout, I would be taken care of quickly and compensated. MGlM has a track record of unfair practices and only when media/authorities are notified they make right on their errors. It freezes the game at a stage where the bonus spins actually would continue because 5here are falling wild horses still, but the provider eventually will unfreese the game, cancel your current spin, and pay you out the amount won so far when it frose. In my case, my spin would have continued if not for thealfunction. Please pay me for my slot machine win and for holding my money so lon, apply some form of comps. Thank you

    I have been trying for months to withdraw my money from MGM Sports book, they have my bank account, debit card, PayPal, etc and will not send my money. I have reached via email and phone to try and remedy this situation and they keep saying I need to provide screenshots of my Apple Pay account information to withdraw my money. When I do send screenshots of this information it is always deemed not satisfactory. This is just ridiculous and frankly this is wrong. Please help me resolve this issue, PLEASE!!
