            I placed an online order on Nov 8th 2023 for OMBRE LEATHER EAU DE PARFUM Color: OC Size: 50 ml ORDER NUMBER ******** .I paid 165.27$ .My order was sent out with a courier called route and supposedly left at front door I did not receive my package .My order is time sensitive as it is a birthday gift .I contacted *************** an no one wants to help me resolve my issue .I purchased from *************** why was my order shipped with some random company that I cant even get ahold of either regarding this issue .This is my first time purchasing on *************** an after this headache I dont think Ill be returning.Its been days already an I still have not received my package .

            The business practices and policies of *************** is very unacceptable especially for a high end brand. I placed an order with them valued almost $700. I never received my package via **** I called TF they said it can take 4-6 weeks to investigate. *** is at fault for incorrect delivery, I opened my own claim with *** 1 week after TF opened their claim. *** advised they processed claim and sent to TF. I called TF to ask how many days for my refund to be processed they are still telling me 4-6 weeks and they need to do additional research. The policy is no good for consumers, even when a consumer is not at fault TF still makes you wait a long time! Absolutely ridiculous I will never purchase anything from their online store again. It is now 1 month since I placed an order and cant receive my item or refund!

            Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you experienced with a lost order. A *** carrier claim investigation was submitted on 9/26/22, and on 10/4/22 we confirmed the claim had been completed by ***. As they confirmed the package was lost and the claim approved, we refunded the client in full for the order that same day (10/4/22).
