      After receiving a shirt and 2 gift cards from Untuckit and the shirt not fitting my husband. I tried to do an on line retn for the shirt only to which it kept telling me that it couldnt process the retn bc the order was still processing which isnt true as I did receive the shirtand my Credit card was fully charged for both gift cards and the shirt. so I then began trying to call their customer service for days and each time was put on hold and then always hung up on.then I sent a note 2x to their support problem to which they responded via email and said they would be in touch with me within 24 hrs or so and still no response. Terrible customer service!

      I have purchased a lot of items from untuckit. I was very happy until I purchased a Merino Wool Quarter. Like most people, I washed it. It shank and now I cannot use it. I reached out to customer service through a chat and they were very rude. Apparently there is a note on line that the product has to be dry cleanned. Guess what? No one reads web sites. People buy cloths and except for suits; just wash them. There was no note on the product to say not to wash it. There was nothing on the label. Sorry, I cannot read minds. What a cop out. It's on the web site. Have you ever read my web site. No you have not. People don't ready web sites, they just order stuff. So, go stuff it.

      Purchased two shirts and one pair of pants Oct 31, 2022. Pants were not in stock so store personnel ordered them and said the pants would arrive in 2-3 days. My card was charged Oct 31. A week later the pants had not arrived, I called the store. They apologized and said they would find out what happened and call me the next day. I have called at least a half dozen times more. Store personnel are polite but the store manager, supervisor and/or research department cant figure out how to either get me the pants or credit my card

       On Nov 29 Untuckit responded. After a number of emails, the Company finally found the order on December 1 at 3:15 p.m.  They then went silent until December 6 after I had to email them multiple times for a response.  On December 6 they said that the "internal team" was still looking into this. Whatever that means.  As of 5:00 p.m. on December 8, no merchandise, no refund, no explanation as to why a simple matter of ship the merchandise or credit the **** card has not happened. No promise of any action.

      Hi,

      The customer was fully refunded on 12/22 and received a follow up from management regarding the whereabout of the package and the refund. The customer responded with a thank you on 12/22 but we will have our manager follow up again. The refund was processed, the customer should see the refund in their account in 5-6 business days depending on their bank. We apologize for any confusion, we will send the refund notification again to the customer and let them know that banks do not typically process the refund over the weekend/on holidays.

      I purchased approximately 10 wrinkle free shirts from untuckit in ****************** mall in ******* **. I went home and laundered them exactly as instructed by the staff. The shirts all contained a wrinkle free tag on them and we were assured these were a wrinkle free item. Following the first wash the shirts were quite clearly not wrinkle free. Further, following the second wash, one of the shirts effectively began to disintegrate. Following repeated requests to return the defective items for a refund, the company refused to accept anything that had been washed. That is what prompted this filing. I simply with to return the defective and mislabeled/misadvertised items for a full refund.
