      I ordered shirts on August 27 2022. Never received the order and have asked for a refund 3 times still no refund as of today September 24. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.

      I purchased a large, regular fit shirt that was a final sale item. When I received it, it was a vastly different size than the other three large, regular fit shirts I had previously ordered. I double checked the size on the tag and on my online order information; both confirmed that the shirt was a standard large, regular fit. I went to return the item realizing that from time to time a mass produced product will fail to meet specification. However, the return policy states that final sale items cannot be returned. Yes, this was my fault for not reading the policy before buying, but I'd had really good luck with the three other large, regular fit shirts I'd ordered from them. The bottom line is that Untuckit's Final Sale products are obviously rejects that other folks have returned for some reason. They should make this more clear on the final sale portion of their website. It's pretty deceptive. Now I'm stuck with a $70 shirt that fits someone significantly taller and heavier than I am. Super frustrating.
