      I am horrified and left seething after dealing with Zara customer service chat. They are so horribly trained, incompetent, unhelpful, and absolutely do not have a culture centered around their customers. I bought a pair of boots that did not have any noticeable damage on them. I tried them on in my house and they were too large, so I immediately packaged them up and shipped them back. Then I received an email saying that the boots were in worn condition and that they couldn't accept my return. No, I did not go out wearing too large boots with the tags still attached, and then try to return them. The soles were in perfect condition. But after explaining to Zara customer support that if they felt something was not right about the boots it must have been how they were sent to me, and sending photos which clearly show they are unworn, they refused to say anything back to me except "the warehouse determined these are in worn condition, we can't do anything for you." I am so disappointed. I love zara clothing, especially for my 2 year old, and now will never shop there again.

      Their customer service is the worst. So much so they rely on automatic registers to check out their customers and they believe so heartedly they are accurate when they have failed and made pay for items I didnt buy and promised the pending charge would go away and if it didnt to then dispute with my bank. So I did and they countered. Such a scam.

      I am extremely disappointed with Zara USA's customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years, shopping with them multiple times a month. However, I recently encountered a refund issue with an order, I returned a white dress a few weeks ago, but despite receiving refunds for other items, this particular one has not been refunded.Ive contacted Zaras customer service several times, and their response has been incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. Their attitude has been very poor, and its disheartening to see such a lack of concern for a loyal customer. I expected much better service from a brand Ive trusted for so long.

      Zara has a disgusting online service. I request a refund on a completely new items, shipped them to the warehouse. They held items for more than a month and did not notify me, no refund issued and I got all items back and do not know what to do with them. Everything was unworn, new and unaltered. Do your refunds at the physical store.

      I do not understand why Zara keeps playing with my money and the nerve that they have to disrespect me is absurd. How can a customer service Agent disrespect me this? I have a birthday party planned for my daughter and now I dont have an outfit and they refuse to help me. This is my hard earned money and I am a customer. I come first. Customers do make your business ********************** just incase you forgot. Send me my money or replace my items because I will not have my babys birthday go to waste. Try someone else. Learn how to treat and respect customers.

      Looking at all the reviews I must say I am not surprised at all! Zara has got to have one of the worst customer service ever! I purchased I coat online and I was shocked when I got it. It was nicely wrapped but when I opened it, it was covered with white threads and in the right pocket I found a receipt from Dollar Store and a used glove! ZARA SENT ME A FREAKING USED COAT! It was disgusting. I didn't want to return it, because I loved the coat and it was out of stock, so I asked for a different kind of compensation. All they could to was free shipping. I laughed at them and said they were mocking me. This is absolutely disgusting on Zara's part. The s***** person who returned the coat without cleaning it is one thing. Zara not inspecting the coat before shipping it out is terrible business and no care about their customers at all! I had to pay $22 for dry cleaning. No compensation from Zara fore their mistake! Nothing! I am beyond disappointed and I will definitely NOT be shopping there anymore!

      1. Poor Product Quality:Last year, several items I purchased became unwearable after the first wash. I never even had the chance to wear them, resulting in a significant waste of money. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again this year. All the clothes I bought for my child shrank after washing, rendering them unusable.2. Unacceptable Customer Service:When I contacted their customer service for assistance, I was subjected to a disorganized and inefficient process:Online Chat: I was initially asked to provide the order number and reference numbers for each item, which I did. However, I was then required to provide individual photos for each item. Given that I had already provided the reference numbers, I found this request redundant.Additionally, the chat system did not support photo sizes from my phone, forcing me to manually edit and upload each image. When I informed the agent that I needed time, my session was abruptly disconnected after just two ************* Support: Frustrated, I called customer service, where I had to repeat the entire process, reciting reference numbers and providing photos yet again. I was told to return to the chat system, which added to my frustration.Repetitive and Inefficient Communication: Despite assurances that I only needed a case number to proceed, I was repeatedly asked for reference numbers and photos. I had six orders with over 50 items, many of which had already shrunk after washing. the agent suggested I refrain from washing the remaining items and return them if I suspected shrinkageleading to 36 return requests.Throughout this exhausting process, the agents were impatient and unhelpful, constantly pressuring me to provide information quickly without acknowledging the time and effort I had already invested.

      I've been shopping at Zara online for years without any issues. In my most recent order, I purchase 5 things, after trying them on, two were extremely small (and I had sized up from my normal size based on the sites recommendation), so I immediately submitted a return request and mailed the items back the next day, in the same condition they arrived and with tags. I then received an email 10 days later saying they wouldn't re refunding me for one of the items because it didn't meet their return criteria. I attempted to speak with customer service via chat but they didn't know what the criteria was that wasn't met, said there was nothing more they could do, and abruptly ended the chat while I was responding! Before the chat disconnected, I even brought up that it didn't seem to matter to them that I have over ************************************************************************* anything else. I later received the item and it had max a 1/4 inch deodorant line on it, but otherwise looked that same as when I originally got it, which was brand new. This feels like a way to simply scam people out of money at this point since there's no way to dispute their claim and no reasoning to why it didn't meet their return criteria. I can't say I'll purchase from them again at this point.

      What happened to this store? At one point this used to be my favorite Zara I went to get clothes and ring them up at the men's section. The workers were busy chatting and laughing and said that I need to go checkout at the women's side. I went to the self checkout and the new system they had was super confusing as all my items were miscounted as I was leaving they hired a non English speaking security lady who told me they had to check my bags when I mentioned the self checkout system is confusing the manager was very rude and condescending told me " I had to pay attention to the screen" when checking out. Id rather go to the ******* or ***** location. This was a terrible shopping experience.

      I will never buy anything else from ZARA.,I bought four items December 28 the clerk that typed my number and typed her own phone number and so therefore when I got back to the I live in to return the items that did not fit with the tags attached I was told they cannot find my receipt they couldnt scanthe barcodes on the clothing on the tags and they would not issue a refund nor a store credit. How is this allowed in the *************? hasnt the Better business ***** done anything to resolve this Matter
