      A dress for a special occasion that I was waiting to be restocked and after it had been restocked, I instantly bought the dress. It Arrived damaged missing bows and make up marks on it after contacting customer service. They said were sorry the dress is sold out. We cant resend a new dress. Heres a label for you to return the dress and get your money back. Nothing else was offered. It was cold and short. And now I have nothing to wear for the special occasion.

      I purchased some items from Zara which was stated delivered on Thursday, August 1, 2024.When I went to pick it up it was gone, I believed that their delivery company stole my package. They took a picture of it near my front door and pick it up and STOLE IT. I will not shop at ZARA again. I contact them to report the item stolen and they, ZARA will not return my money or the item. Zara has the worst customer service and now stole my money. ********************** and their deliver company OPTIMA OVERNIGHT SERVICES are THIEVES.DO NOT TRUST THE WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY INCOMPETENTES AND LIARS.

      The worst customer service I have ever encountered! I recently purchased several items from Zara, and just a few days later, I noticed that these items went on sale for a lot cheaper. Naturally, I reached out to customer service via chat to inquire about a price adjustment. The representative ***, was not only rude but also completely unhelpful.I politely asked, "Hello, I'd like to inquire about a price match since the items I purchased recently went on sale quickly for a significantly lower price." ***'s response was dismissive: "Unfortunately, price adjustments are not offered." When I asked why, she abruptly shifted the conversation, asking if I had any other concerns. I reiterated that my only concern was the issue I had just mentioned. Without addressing my question, she thanked me for contacting Zara, wished me a nice day, and abruptly ended the chat.I am shocked and disappointed by this experience. Why does Zara hire representatives who treat loyal customers this way? *** could have simply explained the company policy in a polite manner, but instead, she chose to ignore my concerns and shut down the conversation in a few seconds. I've been a loyal Zara customer for years, but after this experience, I will never shop with them again!

      I am a great customer of **********************, I honestly spend a good amount of money on Zara, not only in US but in another Country too, but to my dismay I order a jacket size small, they sent me a medium (which would fit almost two of myself inside) I called them, got the return label and sent it back in the same box I received, exactly the same way they sent me, with the sleeves rolled and ALL the **** ON, ****************************************************************************************** that the warehouse said the item was used, I honestly am flabbergasted that they are incompetent to the point of making one mistake after another, and the WORSE thing is accusing an honest customer of wearing the item, SO customers by aware of **********************, never return anything without taking pictures of the tags at the post office before you tape the returning package, DO NOT TRUST THE WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY INCOMPETENTES AND LIARS, now I have to wait 48 hours for them to email me to let me know what they are going to do with my MONEY!I am shocked with all of this nonsense, really disappointed on Zara!!!!!!

      Completely unprofessional customer service. They refuse to answer or provide support on a simple request for guidance on leaving a product review. They are willfully ignoring what I am asking and attempting to answer a question that I am not asking and trying to mark it as resolved.

      WORST SERVICE EVER!! OVER CHARGED ME AND THEN I HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY NEW ONE TO COME IN. THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER A MONTH TO REFUND ME INSTEAD THEY DOUBLE CHARGED ME. NOW THEY GAVE ME A CASE # AND TOLD ME TO WAIT 72 HOURS FOR AN EMAIL BACK!!! CLOTHES ARE GARBAGE JUST LIKE THEIR CUSTOME SERVICE!!!

      A bunch of liars! In this day and age there are many online fashion brands to choose from, dont choose Zara! Weeks go by and nobody in customer service can say what has happened with my order. **************** also lies and tells you your order is going to ship in a couple of hours just to get you off the line. One agent says theres nothing wrong with the order, then the next one says there is something wrong. Exactly what is wrong they dont know! Got 3 different answers from 3 different agents! All lies and guessing! Zara doesnt know what its doing! Dont order from them, save yourself the headache!

      I will never shop with Zara again. I placed an order online for my international trip. The item didn't fit so I was unable to take them on my trip and planned to return once I returned from my trip. Once I returned I created my return label which was accepted and put my items in the mail. After coming across a different order I noticed that Zara had a 30 day return policy. I called their customer service to try to understand why my return had been accepted if it was pas the return deadline when I was advised by the agent that the site will do that if its minutes or seconds past the return due date which I informed it was a whole 24 hours and the site still allowed for a return slip to be processed. So now I am trying to understand from the agent what happens now. Wil the return still be accepted, will I get it back and how will I receive the returned fee that is deducted from me for returning items. The agent continuously repeated that I had already surpassed the return window which I advised that was no longer my question and how I could speak to a manager and their corporate number as I am sure there was some type of exception policy as Zara's website should have never accepted the return if it was past the due date. The agent hung up on me. I contacted Zara again through the live chat where an agent confirmed that agents can't transfer calls and basically said Zara doesn't have managers and their agents are equipped to answer their calls. I clarified if agents were coached to hang up on customers and the agent confirmed yes. So you mean to tell me ware paying $50 plus for shirts for Fashion Nova customer service is blasphemy. **********************'s website placed me under the false pretenses that my items could be returned and now I don't know if I will or will not receive items back that are too small for me.

      Awful customer service on the cashier A new employee always leaves the cashier once your turn comes and she disrespects you with the way she speaks and her rude facial expressions.
