              Zara provides an incorrect return policy online. The return policy online states the following:CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN The return must be handled within the established period: Online purchase: you have 30 days from the shipment date of your order.However, the manager at the *************, ** location wont accept returns after 30 days from the purchase date.

              Zaras return policy is absolutely unethical. I returned clothing that did not fit. They are sending them back and charging me bc allegedly they have been worn. I am a 45 year old woman and I have never worn clothes and returned them. That is also unethical. I cant even wear the clothing being returned as one is too big and the other is cut so low I couldnt leave the house with it. Customer service was a nightmare and there is no power I hold as a consumer. Beware when you purchase from Zara. I will never ever purchase from Zara again.
