      I preordered a book from z2 comics have emailed them numerous times they won't respond and are just not sending me the product. Its been over a year since i pre ordered didnt know that it was going to take over a year for them to release it for the circumstances.

      On May 26, 2022, I purchased The ******************** Deluxe Edition. Part of that order included a mini accordion. An email was sent on November 21, 2022 indicating that it would arrive in March 2023. When that date came and went, I reached out to Z2 Comics about the status and was given an email response that there was a supply chain shortage and to remain patient. Near the end of 2023, when I inquired again, they said they were still trying to get the accordions. Now, more than two years since my initial purchase, my order remains unfulfilled. Any attempts I make to contact them (email, social media direct messages) go completely unanswered. Because it has been so long, I don't even care about the accordion anymore. The fact is they still have my money and did not fulfill their part of the deal. Ideally, I want a refund from them, but know it's probably wishful thinking. At the very least they need to be held accountable as a business that does not stand by their own purchase policy and takes advantage of the consumer.Here is the link to the items in the order to verify what was promised: *************************************************** My order number is ******.Thank you.

      2 years ago this company advertised a pre-sale on a Broken ************ limited edition graphic novel that would be ready within 6 months. After repeated delays and little information this company shared they would begin shipping the item soon. Its been 2 or 3 months since they announced this update and now its almost 2 years after I pre-paid $85 for this product. Either deliver my item or give me a refund.

      I made an order with Z2 comics in May of 2022. The item was a pre-order and was expected to be released that fall. My order has never been received. There are several other people who haven't received theirs either. I have sent Z2 comics an email they send a generic reply. Everyone else that has requested a refund has not received theirs or an answer to their email. Since making this order, Z2 comics has changed the layout of their website but in their terms and conditions and FAQs before they changed it they said that if you have an item on pre-order you are welcome to cancel it anytime for a refund as long as it hasn't shipped. I have attached screenshots of the email that they sent everyone that ordered this where they have said we can request a refund I have also sent a screenshot of the email that contains my order and my order number. I want a refund. I am not in a financial situation any longer to wait on an item that I pre-ordered over two years ago. I will also need the business to contact me because my card that I used to pay has expired since I purchased.

      Z2 comics regularly has "specials" that end up with a bait and switch scheme.I had two orders with them: both of which were pre-order "packages" that have a large number of collectable items. In both cases, only part of the order was fulfilled. Also in both cases, I've regularly written them asking for a status of the remaining items and it's met with "sorry for the delay, we expect them in the future and will let you know when it comes."In all cases, they had an estimated delivery time. And in all cases, they never fulfilled it.In one case, it's been nearly 2 years where I've been getting replies with "we will send it soon" and in the second instance it's been about a year.Then I did a ****** search on "z2 comics scam" and you'll get an outpour of people with the same issue. I can't imagine the amount of people who "forget" they ever ordered something.All and all, they seem like a scam outfit. They don't seem to fulfill their orders and aren't letting customers know - even after years.

      I made a purchase for a product from this company which to this day has not been delivered. I have made several attempts to inquire about my order but I keep being told that theyve had delays. *** recently requested a refund to which they told me they could only give me a $50 refund and would be processed immediately. It has been over 2 weeks and I have contacted them and was told they had problems with their refund system. It appears that this company has had no interest in delivering the products or issuing the refund.

      I placed an order with Z2 Comics on 3/29/22 for a total of $199.99. The credit card was charged automatically for a product with a release date of October 2022. October came and went and I checked the release status and it said early 2023. I emailed them in January because the release date was changed to April. It is not almost the end of May 2023 and I still have not gotten an answer about my order number ******. Ive emailed several times and they always say they will get back to me on a shipping/release date. They NEVER do. I really wanted the item I purchased as it was from my favorite band, but at this point I honestly dont think I will ever see the product, probably never get a refund if I request it either. I have the text on my phone showing they received my order on 3/29/22 and that my card was charged, even have a link to my order summary that only states Ill receive a text when the order is ready for shipment. This company really needs to be put out of business, I have yet to read a good review about them, and only wish I had seen all of the negative comments before spending my hard-earned money with them. I will NEVER do business with these people again. Emailed AGAIN today (5/23/23) to see if I can get an answer.

      Date of transaction - Oct 9th, 2022 Order #****** Amount paid - $199 I have not received my order. It has a tracking number **** #****************************** The shipment is still sitting at the facility for over a month and I have reached out at least 15 times to understand what is happening and I have received no response.I didn't want a refund, I just want my order and I cannot get any progress. This is absolutely horrible!

      I believe the transaction took place in October of 2021. The amount was $99.99. The order #*****. The item purchased was a limited edition vinyl record. The item is Judas Priest Screaming For Vengeance 40th Anniversary. I have not received this item to date 02/22/2023. The date of release was listed on their website as July 2022. Then it changed to November 2022. I have sent numerous emails asking for the eta and z2 comics has not replied once. They have a phone number, but they never answer. I would like a full refund.

      I placed an order for a comic book printed only by z2comics on December 1st 2022. The item was already in print and came with an estimated shipping time of **** days. I have had issues with this company before in previous orders where it has taken months to receive items ordered, but there has always been clear communication as to why shipment or delivery has been delayed.Not true for this order. I have contacted the company twice by email because they do not list a phone number at which to call for more direct service. Emails went out January 3rd and February 9th. Both emails were only replied with the same static message that boiled down to: 'our support situation has changed and we'll get to your request when we get to it.'I also reached out today on social media to see if I could get a response from some one at the business, and tagged the affiliated artist so that they would be aware of the issue.At this point, I would like the comic to be delivered so that I can give my friend her Christmas gift, but I would also like my money back for the inconveniences and stress this has caused me.
