I placed a pre-order order on June 18, 2021 for a comic book *****************************. They said it would be release in November 2021. They sent an email before that saying it would be release in May 2022. I want a refund. They ain't responsing to my emails.Customer response

I bought 2 items from Z2 Comics on March 21st. They said it would ship in **** days. They have not shipped yet. I messaged the company about this, they have not responded. I spent $69.98 for these items, one was supposed to be a gift.Customer response

Ordered the Sublime: $5 at the Door - Super Deluxe Edition. It's been almost a full year now and still haven't received the rest of the order (the 'Doin' Time' on Dalmatian-print vinyl LP and exclusive new '*** Dog' art sleeve design by ***** ****** I've written over 15 emails back and forth checking on status. They just reply "Due to global production delays," the rest of the order isn't available yet. This was over a $200 purchase. If they don't have the products available, they shouldn't be selling them! They sent one piece of the purchase at a time over many months, and still haven't received a large piece of the order.Initial Complaint

I paid ****** on 7th June 2021 for: ***************** & THE BLACKHEARTS - 40x40: Bad Reputation/I Love **** *** ***** I paid for the deluxe version which should include the following;DELUXE EDITION (OVERSIZED HARDCOVER, LIMITED EDITION OF ONLY *****) INCLUDES:Oversized Hardcover Deluxe Edition Graphic Novel Graphic novel "Jukebox" Clamshell Case Three (3) Exclusive *** Prints *********************** Blackhearts White ********* FLY 3 Mini Guitar Amplifier *********************** Blackhearts Dime metal collectors coin This was due to release in November of 2021. I did not receive any confirmation of the product shipping to me until 2022. I then received a package on March 17th and was informed this was my package I had ordered. When I received this package it only contained part of my order. It was missing :*********************** Blackhearts White ********* FLY 3 Mini Guitar Amplifier *********************** Blackhearts Dime metal collectors coin I have since repeatedly emailed Z2 Comics daily to resolve this issue and send out the items I have not yet received but to no avail. The package I got came to the value of 60 euros. Which means I have paid for goods I have not received. I have attached the receipt I received with the part of the package I did get. Ordered a Sublime super deluxe bundle and I still haven't received the whole order. They won't respond to emails anymore. If you check out the comment section on any social media post by this company, you will find a lot of people w same problem. No matter what book was actually purchased they are not fulfilling orders. This company should be shut down let alone made to comply. I spent 200 on my set which is 180 dollars of extra stuff. The quality of the items is a joke and already not happy about that but I just want everything I was told I would get at this point.Initial Complaint

On 5/25/2021 I paid $300.99 for a Deluxe Comic Commemorative set of the rock band Alter Bridge. It was supposed to include a hard back comic, bandana, special edition vinyl record (which I received)-autographed drum head, guitar picks (which I havent received). The autograph was the main reason that I ordered the Super Deluxe Package. I have emailed them 3 times and they keep saying the rest of my order is in production. I asked for at least a partial refund with no response.Customer response

I'm making this complaint against z2 comics because 6 months ago in July I pre ordered a book, Dirty Poetry. I never received the book. It came out in October. I have contacted the company numerous times and they either tell me "soon" or do not respond. I would like others to know about this so they do not make the mistake of using this company. I would like my book.Customer response

On Jan 28th, 2021, I ordered the ATL super deluxe comic bundle. My order included framed prints for the $200 I spent. After I ordered, they kept delaying their release date for the ***** with super late communication. Once I finally received it this week, I noticed that they secretly changed the product description and removed the part about the frame prints without notifying customers. They have since completely removed the product and description off their website.
