      I bought RDR2 (a video game) 5 years ago to play online. I bought it because their website says its a "ever evolving world" and if you look at their last video game, the online is always updated and the company holds their word to their product. Not with RDR2 online. They keep lying and re releasing the same thing every year and absolutely nothing has changed. It's the exact same game as it was 3 years ago and they keep saying the games getting "updates" when it's just not true. I would like for the company to be more open and truthfull about this game because it is not "ever evolving" and I would have never of bought the game or system if I knew that they were going to drag on this product, lie, and push false advertising. If you just visit ANY of their social media's, you'll clearly see I'm one of millions starting to see the cracks.

      The official RDO page for their product is still misleading and falsely advertised. I do not seek 3rd party creators for this company's product. As far as I'm concerned, the rockstar company is still pushing false advertising for their own product.

      I have several Rockstar games. This year I have not been able to open and play my Red adead Redemption 2 game, or even open the Rockstar Games app. I am able to play the other games I have purchased from them. My complaint is that there is no customer service help available to fix these problems. I have been in and out of their sites many times trying to find a way to contact them so I can play my purchased game. No contact seems available. I keep going in circles. After hours of attempts, I am filing this complaint.

      I been emailing back and forth with Rockstar I am getting an error code of CE-******** and each time I tell them they tell me to do something that don't work I spent ****** in three days to try to fix the issue but it still hasn't worked they need to fix the issue or reimburse me

      The company has done nothing to help the matter they just repeat their self and tell me to delete games and re-download because of this I had to pay ***** to re-download gta 5 and then had to pay ***** to get the disc and they made me lose call of duty 2 which is requiring a payment of ***** I should be reimbursed by the company for this amount due to poor customer service and no way of speaking to a live person

      Rockstar Games made an announcement on this page: *******************************************************************************************************************************, stating the following:"GTA Online will continue on to the new generation with more new updates including additional GTA Online content exclusive to the new consoles and **."This refers to GTA's Enhanced and Expanded edition, which includes content called ********************* and contains numerous vehicle upgrades etc.To date, none of this content has been added to the ** version of the game as promised, but has been available on the next-gen versions of the game for almost 2 years.There has been nothing but radio silence from Rockstar on this matter, despite being approached for comment multiple times.At this point, I can only consider the promise of bring the content to ** to be a blatant lie.I purchased my copy of GTA 5 on ** on the basis that I would receive a version of the game on ** equal to that of next gen *************** either bring this content to **, as you promised to do, or reimburse me for the amount paid.

      I have not refused support, as they put it - they have repeatedly closed my ticket without responding.

      I have provided every single piece of information they have asked me for, yet they continue to refuse to assist. 

      If necessary, I can provide screenshots of the ticket in question as proof of their refusal to do their jobs.

      I have an online account on *********************** GTA online. I haven't played in a while and logged on only to find ALL of my vehicles,property, money, and various in game items are gone.this includes limited edition podium cars and, command center, and casino penthouse. Among the cars missing is my deluxo. Calling the support number leads to an automated response directing to online support. Which is non existent. I submitted a ticket for no response to be had. I tried to submit another ticket and was prompted I already have an open ticket and to update said open ticket that they refuse to respond too.

      Problem is I took a little break from Gta4 and was playing another game, somehow rockstar social club has a different email linked to my steam account. seems after reading on the internet this is the norm for anyone that takes a break and comes back. I tried their support , gave them info they asked for and no reply after, there is no support through their phone number, which is ****...They seem to have a limited support staff or people that are not doing their job...or just ********

      I bought and paid for GTA4 and 5 on steam. I have been away from my computer for many months due to illness. I tried playing GTA4 on steam today and it forced me to install their DRM social club. I did. I no longer have access to the email tied to that social club account. I tried to change it, but all it wants to to is send a validation code to the old email address. I tried creating a new account, but it said that the new Rockstar social club account can't be used with my steam account. I tried calling them, but they only do web based tickets. I can't even do that because I can not log in with my old email. They don't even have an email address to contact about this issue. I want them to call me and help me fix this so I can play the games I paid them for.

      My rockstar account was hacked and Im trying to get my account back. I was able to log in my accounts because of my PSN being linked to it. However I cant change my password or email cause of the hacker. The hackers email is ************************** I linked photos of my account. Please help me with this matter

      On March 21, 2020, I purchased the video game "Red Dead Redemption 2" from Rockstar Games, ***** for $59.99, and played it off and on for a couple of years. When I tried to play the game again a couple of days ago, the game would not launch because someone has hacked my account, and moved the game to another account. When I contacted Rockstar's support department to try to get them to restore my access to the game, they requested, and I provided, my Steam information (the service that I purchased the game through) and the purchase receipt, which I still have. However, they want me to reply to an email which they sent to the *hacker's* email address. Obviously, I do not have access to that email address, which means that I am permanently locked out of Red Dead Redemption 2, despite purchasing it.

      Unlink Steam from my old email account (that I can not sign into as I don't remember the password and the email no longer exists which means i am unable to go through 'forgot email' process.) This way I can create a new rockstar account and link it to my Steam. It won't let me reuse same steam with a new rockstar account. Which means I currently cannot play a game I paid for (Red dead redemption 2.) the rockstar support website won't let me submit my own ticket for this. They don't allow us to contact them directly.
