I tried out Hubble Contacts for a few months, but came to find out the material they use for them irritates me eyes! The prescription was correct and I could see very clearly through them, but my eyes are already pretty sensitive and the cheaper material made them feel "suffocated" from time to time, if that makes any sense? I spoke with customer service to return my last box that had already shipped out, knowing I couldn't wear them, and the agent was so helpful with guiding me through the return process, checking in with me to let me know when the box would arrive and sent me the return label once tracking showed it was delivered to me. Took off a star due to the quality of the product, but overall great customer service if you do have any issues!Hubble Contacts

I have been happy with Hubble for a while, but there are many things that they could do to improve. For starters, it is incredibly unclear when the contacts are being shipped and it is very difficult to check on the status of them. Additionally, I find that I am charged more often than I am receiving contacts, which is not okay. I shouldn't be charged multiple times a month for a once-a-month subscription. Finally, I have been trying tirelessly to get into my account as I have forgotten my password, and no matter how many times I submit the "forgotten password" request or try to get in touch with the company, I am unable to hear back. Good contacts overall, fairly affordable, but really disorganized and unclear company.Hubble Contacts

Both my girls wear contacts and Hubble Contacts have been great! My oldest has different strengths in each eye, and its still the same price per month to have her contacts shipped straight to me! Fast friendly service. Love that I don't have to get them every month. I get a box every 3 months!The quality has been great! And the cost is amazing!Very pleased customerHubble Contacts

I have had Hubble contacts for years, they r thin but dailies and i tolerate them . But i ordered glasses and the lenses r so cheap quality that the don't come clean. **************** is not for customers, they wouldnt send me another pair nor a better quality of lenses! The prescription was perfect but they weren't willing to fix my issues they just want me to return them and give me a refund! I don't have a Printer so i asked to mail me a shipping label, they declined. They declined to help me at all as a 8 year customer, so I cancelled my subscription and will take my business of $36 a month some where else!Hubble Contacts

They really live up to the cheap price. Contacts are no bueno unfortunately, they always burn after a couple hours of wearing them and I can see clearly for like the first couple hoursHubble Contacts

Great services by Great people. Save money, save time all at once. Hubble has taken any kind of inconvenience out of purchasing and acquiring eye contacts for myself. There are the other brands available on their website as well however I was pleasantly surprised and enjoy wearing Hubbles contact lenses. Very recommended for at the very least an opportunity at the 1$ dollar contacts introductory deal to discover if one likes the brand or not.Hubble Contacts
