      This product was purchased Aug, 30, 2022.I successfully used this product for a foot bath, shortly after. My second experience, the 3rd week of Dec. 2022, was not good. The Epsom Salts turned to a sticky solution (like glue) and it took a large amount of detergent and solvent to remove it from my skin and utensil. I decided to try again Jan. 17, 2023 thinking it was not the epsom salts but something in the container that caused the reaction. I used only a smaller amount of water and less product but there was the same reaction.Then in the same utensil, I used the epsom salts from the pharmacy and everything was normal. I notice a rancid smell from the package.In addition to a refund $15.56, I hope this information will help in product quality control. I prefer to not involve my Avon rep because it is not her problem.

      I completed a purchase from Avon as a Christmas present for my sister-in-law. When I first tried to purchase the makeup kit she wanted, I tried to check out as a guest through their main site. I clicked the place order button, but the order wouldn't go through. After about five minutes of the website loading, I refreshed the page and lost all progress. I tried again the next day after verifying if my bank card hadn't been charged. I went to ******** like I had before, but this time is said I was using an Avon partner/dealer site, so I needed to make an account. I tried reloading the page multiple times, typing in ********, clearing my recently visited pages, etc., however, no matter what I tried, I couldn't get back to the regular ******** website.I created the account to complete the purchase for my sister-in-law and made sure to uncheck both boxes regarding receiving emails from the company for special orders. I also left a review with Avon saying that I would contact BBB if I received any emails outside of shipping/delivery information about my recent order. Since I placed the order on 12/11/2022, I've received 24 emails from Avon, 2 emails were about the order (shipped, delivered), 2 were surveys, and the other 20 have special offers from my "personally assigned" Avon representative.To me, this feels very disingenuous and shady. I only wanted/needed to make a onetime purchase. I didn't want to create an account or use a "personal Avon rep." I felt forced to create the account, then received emails even though I opted to not received additional emails. I unsubscribed from emails today through one of the emails that I received, but the issue is I never subscribed to the emails in the first place. Avon needs to respect this decision with future customers.I haven't had access to a computer outside of my phone for the last 2 weeks as I was on vacation, which is why I haven't noticed, until now, the frequency of contact

      I placed an order with an Avon representative and was told there was a couple items on backorder. After waiting for a while the representative would not return calls or texts and would not get my items to me. I contacted Avon and they informed me that I would have to go through this repesentative to get this resolved. After I had explained to them the representative had blocked me, would not return calls or texts. Avon is not wanting to take care of this or reach out to the representative or anything. I want either my products or my money back.

      On Nov. 21, 2022 I make an order with Avon Company and was charged by Avon on Nov. 22 by the credit card ending with ****. I was logging in my Avon account and find out my account was suspended and i can not sign in. I call customer service phone number to find out what was going on and they told me it was because they have two accounts at the same address but I live in ********************************************************************** and the other account was at *************************************************************** they are not the same address because the apt number is not the same. I tried to explain that to them but they still closed my account. I try to contact Avon customer service phone number and i find out I have been blocked so my parnet let me use he phone and when I call I was available to talk to **** who told me that they can not tell me anything about my account and order because it have been closed and they do not sent money back and that they can not credit in the account because is closed.       The original Avon order for the Veilment Body Mouses is ******************. I was issued an RMA number and put it in a package with the body oil. I returned these three products because they caused my asthma symptoms to worsen and also because of the money back guarantee on your website. I sent it via ***** 30 days after the purchase date, September 30th. The ***** tracking #************. The package was a bubble mailer and was **** lbs. It was delivered on October 3rd. I received credit on my credit card for the price of the body oil but not the two Veilment Body Mouses. I've called Avon several 3 times now and they take notes and tell me to call back later.

      I am an independent Avon rep. ** an attempt to assist an online customer with ordering online, ****************** erroneous processed an order without my permission or consent & billed me. I called immediately & they REFUSED to cancel the order. I contacted PayPal thereafter & disputed the charge as necessary. Avon billed my representative account for this fraudulent order. This order was returned to ***************************** receipt on their end via **** Avon refuses to credit my account at this time. This order was paid for because I cannot place a representative order without full paying the account. Therefore, they have merchandise back without refunding me. I have tried to get the issue resolved for 2+ weeks. They have refunded me the shipping of $8.69 & will not refund the merchandise order of $65.14 at this time. I am filing this complaint and will be filing a police report if they do not refund the money now.

      I have been an Avon Rep for over 17 years. I decided to retire from selling Avon a few months ago. I have contacted Avon multiple times by email and phone to ask them to delete my website and stop sending emails to customers posing as me. They continue to send out emails on a daily basis. I have stated over and over that I do not want to have any more sales. They tell me that they have inactivated my account but leave it open in case a customer wants to place an order. They will not give me any way to contact someone who can take care of this for me. When I call or send email my concerns are ignored and replied to with scripted responses. I need them to stop sending people sales emails that appear to be sent by me (but are not). I also need the website they control that has my name on it to be shut down.

      I recently bought an Avon Family Size Bug Guard plus IR3535 expedition pump spray and set the bottle on my brand new kitchen table. The bottle leaked ( had never been opened ) and ate thru the top layer of the finish on my table. This product is being sprayed on children but can eat thru a table top ? So dangerous, and I just purchased this table from Grand about 2 months ago. So very upset ! Will not purchase from AVON ever again !

      I need to find out my earnings for last year and this year too from them to get an apt in the state that I am moving too and they are being very uncooperative in giving me this information. I finally got my earning for last year but the girl I talked to will not help me get my earnings for this year. She told me that my sales for this year were **** and yet she claimed that I did not have any earnings out of that. And I know that that is not right. I kept asking her for a supervisor and she did not get me one. Plus she could barely speak English so that did not help.

      In Jan 2022 i purchased products from Avon from on line. I paid via ****** and was given 2 fake tracking numbers. The products purchased was never received. I contacted my Avon rep and called the **** **. They said it was too late to return my money, because it was over 30 days. The package was to travel overseas where i am now, so it would take about 30 days given customs and covid restrictions. I called Avon 4 times they put me on hold 45 mins and never offered a reimbursement or resolution. They said it was too late.
