A hollow customer service line. Poor service to customers and a total disregard for security for gift card holders and no way to dispute charges. Had a fraudulent charge go through and I have no recourse because the company got rid of the people that matter.

My husband died leaving behind a balance on a personal loan. I tried and tried to make payments on this loan but was unsuccessful. He took pride in paying his bills on time and in full. I wanted to honor him. I had just spoke the day before with them about my difficulty in making the payments and was told the matter was resolved and I owed nothing. Today I received a bill addressed to the estate of my husband saying the payment was past due and they would charge a 39 dollar fee if not paid. I want to pay this bill. I've been trying to since he died. I have to call again on Monday and listen to some more recorded messages and finally reach a real person. I am so angry and frustrated.

The systems that they have in place are for machines not people. Not worth the hassle that they put you through they do not value customers. No point in banking with them just a gasoline to debt galore. #**********

Ive been a loyal Amex customer for years, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I was charged a $325 annual membership fee even though I had clearly told customer service I couldnt proceed with renewing my card until they resolved a promised $100 credit on my corporate card, which I also hold with Amex. They acknowledged that the promised callback never happened, yet still refused a refund, claiming I missed the 30-day window. The only reason I missed it was because they didnt follow ********** make things worse, their support team repeatedly denied prior conversations, offered no way to email documentation, and seemed to have no internal tracking of previous interactions. I had to go through the **** just to get a response, and even then, they admitted fault but refused to take responsibility. This process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and opaque. For a company that markets itself on premium service, Amex failed to act with basic accountability. If you're considering their products, especially premium cards, be aware that their customer service and complaint handling are nowhere near what they promise.

I have been with AMEX for 19 years, and they closed my account for no reason. I just renewed my platinum and gold cards together for USD 1000, and I requested a refund and got rejected. They are pretty much robbing people.

I was given an **** Gift Card as a gift. Once I activated my card in the parking of a store $20 had been drained off of my $100 card charged to "CURSOR, AI POWERED IDE" which was a fraudulent charge. Amazing how the charge happened within 30 minutes of me activating the card. I reported this to incomm, filled out their dispute form, and waited over a month to get a response. Their response was " we are unable to approve your dispute. With the denial of this dispute, your case has been closed". Zero reason why it was denied. Lesson learned - never purchase anything associated with InComm in the future as you risk having your card drained before using all of the funds.

Frauds. I applied for an authorized card due to offered incentives but they didn't apply the incentives to my account and said that was never added when I did the application, which is not true. I sent them the link along with the **** but they disregarded them. They also did the "investigation" and never told me the results so I was waiting around to hear back for a while.

I had my ******** ******* card fraudulently used and submitted a claim to this company and was denied reimbursement. There was no comment on why the claim was denied and if there was any recourse available. The company simply said they were closing the claim. As a **** patron for 48 years I am completely disappointed with InComm and would suggest **** stop doing business with this company.

I REGRET getting a credit card with this company. 1 star is too good to give. I got this card with a $15,000 limit. Then they increased the limit to $25,000 without me asking. Then all of a sudden after Christmas 2023 reduced it to $17,000 making my usage more than 30%. After i started paying as much as i could to pay off this card. They reduced the limit again to $14,000 and the balance increased by $500. Im doing everything I can to pay this card off asap. Ive already cut the card up bc I WILL NEVER use this card again. I wish someone had warned me against this company
