See ***** *. Review. I used the card in 2/24. Paid down to zero. Was then charged a residual interest amount. Paid that. Same thing occurred. Called, closed account and paid off. Today, 10/24, I received a charge for 56 cents. Called and had charge removed. This card is scam. ***** on heb for partnership. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Would give a zero if possible, I have had an issue with my statement every month since they took over my ********************* account. I have been charged interest on purchases made during the billing cycle on every statement I have received to date, Each month I have called their customer service to have it corrected, consistently told it is a system glitch. This past months bill I was charge a late fee in addition to interest on a bill I payed in full and have proof from my bank that payment was received a week before due date. I contacted customer service who was very condescending. I am so frustrated at this point I am going to cancel the card, I had my ********************* card for over 12 years and never once had an issue until the switch to imprint. My experience with this company has been nothing but frustrating.

This company is terrible. Their 'intuitive' website is anything but! Their auto-pay setup didn't work and they charged me for a late payment. I had it reversed. But they continued to charge interest for the few days between when my payment should have been automatically made and when I noticed their system failed. It was ridiculous. Brands should not use this company. It's horrible for customer experience. I Zero stars

Very concerned about the payoff for credit card monthly balances. I used the online payoff for the full balance due now (i.e. all interest and monies owed on the card if paid by the due date). I selected that option and made the payment one (1) business day prior to the deadline to ensure payment was received timely and could verify processing. Payments processed and I had a zero-balance owed on the due date. Five (5) days later I was charged a significant amount of interest. When I called customer service, I was told it is because of the previous month's interest (i.e. the amount I paid off by the due date). I asked will I receive interest on paying of this month's full balance due (i.e. the interest)? The customer service agent indicated yes. Simply stated, there is no clear way to pay off in full the credit card as there will always be some interest charged going forward. When I asked to speak to a supervisor-the original customer service agent hung up the phone. I immediately called back and asked the new agent to speak to a supervisor. This was successful and I was able to work to cancel the card and remove the interest. I will never use them again. I also would not even rate them one star rather NO STAR RATING.

Imprint **** Card Issued by ********************* charges annual fee even after having the account closed within less than a month after the initial card activation. Beware that even if you a high credit limit AND A HIGH CREDIT SCORE, certain $ transactions will be declined and you will not be able to achieve the amount of SPENDING FOR points promised in the advertising associated with the affiliated airline. I DO NOT RECOMMED the Imprint **** Card Issued by ********************* on behalf of **************** DUE TO FALSE ADVERTISING.
