i have received 3 emails all on the same day giving me minutes to complete the connecting of my digital wallet to receive the remaining balance that is owed to me. I have tried to connect multiple digital wallets (Robinhood wallet, Metamask, Phantom, and Coinbase wallet) all with no success and being told that they are unable to verify the wallet is suitable to receive my claim and to try a different account or wallet. i feel as if at this point opening up 4 different accounts is going to get me the same response.

My wife retired with an employer-backed 401K with ****. We were having such problems with this institution we changed brokerage. She contacted **** and was told she couldn't do that. We knew better and began calling in DECEMBER, 2022. After 6 calls we were finally told to fill out transfer papers and fax them to VOYA..We had to do this 5 times for them to acknowledge they received it. It has been listed as in the review stage since April 27 upon checking yesterday, the company said the previous employer had not released the funds. We contact her former employer who was agitated because he sent this to them 3 times in April and May and sent us proof of delivery. He called his Voya rep and she said it was all my wife's fault. We simply want our account transferred immediately, an apology, and no $175 transfer fee for the hassle. We can supply a large number of supporting materials including who and when we talked to representatives and her former employers proof of releasing the funds multilple times.

Voyager does not include tax documents on its app. It advertises that they are free elsewhere. However, the other company apparently wants you to pay for the documents. It would be nice if Voyager was upfront about this issue.

The company is being purchased by *******. They are turning over all customer accounts and customer Personal Identifiable Information to ******* without consent from the customer. I instructed ****************** to refrain from providing my information to ******* and they refused to comply. I attempted to close my account at Voyager to prevent this information turnover, but they would not allow me to do so. They placed a single cryptocurrency asset in my account without my consent, and then would not allow me to close my account because it contains this single asset. I told them that I voluntarily forfeit the asset, which I never consented to receive, in order to complete closure of the account. They ignored my statement.

Hello to anyone and everyone reading this. The following statements are as per a fact basis broken down without getting too much into detail. I opened my voyager account about 2 years ago. When I opened my account the cryptocurrency XRP was traded freely on the voyager market/app. For those who dont know; XRP has since been taken off of all major exchanges around the world and most certainly the states. This is due to pending litigations and court proceedings with the SEC. Long story short, the SEC is trying to say that XRP should be a stock, in laymans terms; as opposed to the current, cryptocurrency that it is categorized under. Now fast forward a few weeks/months after I had bought a large amount of XRP from voyager, and XRP is stopped from any sort of trading on the platform. I was not able to withdraw my XRP, I was not able to sell it, I was not able to convert it etc! During this time of which was about a year, I had been sending email after email after email to voyager, only to get ZERO replies! ZERO! I was patient and I let my XRP sit along with a few other coins I had bought. But as of late, I am not even able to log into my account anymore! This is absolute ridiculous buffoonery! To say the very least. Now this is the next step I decided to take before any further steps need to be taken. I had an issue with another company years ago, and BBB got me in touch with them and got my issue resolved. I can only hope that this issue will unfold in such the same manner. I can only assume that anyone in my shoes would be extremely frustrated and would expect an immediate resolve. Nonetheless, I want to thank the supposed representative who will be handling this case in advance: for both you and your time. That said, I thank you again, and look forward to hearing from you soon!

Voyager froze my account following my request to update my phone # in February of 2022. The hold was placed for no valid or objective reason - there was no problem with my account, no suspicious activity and i am using the same phone to which i originaly downloaded the Voyager App. It has been 8 months and they still have not lifted the hold on my account, despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue and provide identification. I send them my Driver's License as proof of identity, however they continue holding my money hostage and refuse to lift the hold. No they demand that i send them a selfie of myself, even though there is absolutely nothing in user agreement terms and condition that mentions that a selfie is a requirement. They prevented me from withdrawing funds back in February, continued to hold my funds hostage until they filed for bankruptcy. My account still has not been unblocked.
