I went with the debt relief and they have only taken my money. So I canceled and they were going to send me my money back and was given a date and that has not been fulfilled. Sent bunch of emails etc and silentBusiness Response

I've been with CItizen's Debt Relief for 7 months and all they do is pull money from me and nothing else has been done. My creditors are saying no one has contacted them. I expected something to have been finalized by now. **** mistake trusting them to help me get out from under High interest credit cards. My credit has gone from the 750's to low 500's! To date - all funds withdrawn from my account has gone to pay them and nothing to my creditors. Last communications to them have gone unanswered now that creditors are sending me to collections.Customer Answer

I started the program September of 2022. Recently I got approved for the graduation loan program that gives them all of the funds to work on settling debt. Recently I was contacted from the court system stating I was being sued from a debt in the program. Mind you I told them from the start this debt was a PRIORITY. They then basically disappeared, the original rep ***** returned 1 single email, call, or text. Now I have a warrant out because of a missed court date, THAT I WAS TOLD I DIDNT NEED TO DO ANYTHING FOR BECAUSE THEY WOULD HANDLE IT. What I dont understand is why havent you paid my debt when you have the funds. You made sure to take a 2600 fee but havent paid a *********** I have been paying $301 for over 2 years with zero resolution. Not 1 of my debts is paid or even went down.Customer Answer

I cannot say anything good about this company!! I signed you 9 months ago....they have taken my money for 9 months. I supposedly graduated and another company is also taking my money. Now two companies are now taking my money. BUT there is NO resolution with the creditors I enrolled. Nothing has been paid off. And I cannot reach anyone for any information. I have emailed. I have called. I have used the chat box. I am completely in the dark about what is going on. I reached out To Citizens Debt relief to assist with reduction in credit card debt. There were 2 cards not on the list and ******************** stated he would add them and inform me of increased amount of my monthly payment. I have not heard back. Also, I reached out and told him I have payments due and was told , dont make the payments. My credit is affected through my own increase of credit usage however, not through delinquent payments. I do not not pay my bills and I want this agreement with Citizens cancelled as I am not being informed and my questions are unanswered. If payments are t made, my creditors will cancel my cards and will increase credit issues.Customer Answer

NO STARS! They disappear off the face of the earth after blowing up your phone to get your business. They have done nothing in almost three months but take my money. I am now dodging being served by the companies they were supposed to be negotiating with! They also did not include all of my debts that I sent in. In December 2023, I contacted Citizens Debt Relief company with the intention of reducing some of my debt. I am aware that any program of this type takes time and patience, however, what I did not like at all is that they are so very nice and eager to get your business and will do anything to make the impossible seem possible. As the saying goes "if it's too good to be true." RUN!! After signing up and making my first payment, I decided, I no longer wanted to work with this company because they stopped all communication. I had a few pressing questions and have literally been trying to reach out to Cirizens, calling 3-4 times a day with the message stating "longer than usual wait times." Then the phone disconnects, not being able to leave a message. I have emailed as well, with no resolve. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealth with. Never again, Citizens Debt has put a bad taste in my mouth about any Debt Relief Company. I'll work with my creditors myself and will hopefully, achieve the same results. At this point, I am demanding that they rerurn my money in full.Business Response

March 22 2022, approved a settlement through citizen's debt relief for my Chase Saphire Credit Card in the amount of $3559.Secured a loan through *********** with the help if Citizen's Debt Relief to pay the settlement to Chase.Loan was finalized on March 23rd for $10,000, using $3559 towards Chase.Been making payments to *********** for the loan since April in the amount of $335.***** reached out in December stating they never received my $3559, have no settlement documents, and payments stopped towards that account in June. I have attempted to reach Citizen's Debt for since December 20th. Emailed on Dec 21, Dec 26th and Jan 2. No response. Called Dec 20th, Dec 21st, Dec 26th, Dec 27th, Jan 2nd, Jan 3rd. NO response.I can't get in touch with Citizen's Debt, no one will call me back, no one will answer their chat or email.Business Response

They told me all I have to do is do my payments on time and they would give me graduation loan, also in six months no settlements at all, so I did that and I didn't qualify that was lie number one they use a second party bank. I trusted them for 6 months but no more, I want my refund and I'll try someone else. Since I call them to terminate the program they just promise someone will call me to confirm and they haven't until now.
